Grr, grr, grr… My alarm began to ring. I opened my eyes and sat on my bed and yawned sleepily. Gosh I still need more of my beauty sleep but I have an endorsement deal to sign today and it worth millions.
I looked at Kylie’s side of the bed and discovered that he was not there Infact his side was cold instead of warm. I was puzzled and I began to imagine that Kylie did not sleep beside me last night but where did he sleep last night.
I angrily got up from my bed and went to take a shower after that I wore one of my expensive dress and shoe. I walked out of the room.
That Alicia should better get my food ready because I have an appointment and I can’t leave on empty stomach.
I entered the living room and I did not see Kylie. I searched everywhere but he was not around the house. “Where could he be?” I wondered.
I headed towards the maid’s room and as I turned the door knob, I discovered that it was locked. I knocked the door and she replied me saying that she is in the bathroom.
I waited and after some minutes she opened the door and I stepped into the room but I began to perceive Kylie’s perfume like he is here.
“Where is Kylie?” I asked her
“He is not here ma’am, he was here to give me instructions on what to do but he left here long ago”.
She replied
I stared at her and looked around her room suspiciously and walked out.
?Kylie Pov?
I came out of the bathroom after Layla left the room.
“I told you not to sleep in my room last night but you insisted and she almost caught us” Alicia said
“I am very sorry besides I enjoyed you last night, you know it has been long since we did our marital duties”
She blushed and hugged me while I pat her back. I love Alicia so much but I just have to do this. I walked out of her room and went to the living room but I discovered that Layla has gone to work. Besides Nanny Rita is traveling today on a temporary leave which would last for a month. That means I and Alicia have the house to ourselves everyday, am so happy.
?Stephanie Pov?
I watched as the maid cleaned my living room. I am very bored today and I wonder why. I decided to check the Internet maybe I can find something interesting and I saw my crush picture. My heart skipped a beat. I love him so much and I would do all I can to get him. My phone began to ring and I picked the call.
“Hello Steph, I sent that lady to work in our victim’s house but you ate not doing your job, we need more information on her”The caller said.
“I have been trying my best don’t rush me please” I replied.
“Hope you know what is at stake, get more information about her soon or I would give you a deadline and if you fail, I won’t give you what I promised” The caller said.
“Please don’t be angry, I really need what you promised me, I will put more effort in my mission and I promise to get back to you soon” I said and ended the call.
I sighed and began to think of my next action. I got up and dress up so I can visit Layla. I miss her

LAYLA’S GLAM

I got to Layla’s Glam and smiled sadly. I walked in and greeted the receptionist then I proceeded to Layla’s office. I knocked but I did not get any response. I pushed the door and entered the large office.
I saw Layla sitting on an office chair and it was obvious that she was thinking about something because she has a sad expression on her face.
I approached her and tapped her lightly, she jumped up and was obviously startled. I began to question her:
“Layla, what were you thinking” I asked.
“Oh, it is nothing Steph am just tired and stressed out” she replied but it was obvious that she was lying I know her too well.
“Don’t you dare lie to me Layla, have you forgotten am your best friend and I know when you are telling lies”
“Okay, Kylie has been acting strange since the girl you recommended began to work with us he is always taking sides with her” she said
“And that is because you are rude Layla, am very sure you are at fault” I told her
“Does that explains why he did not sleep in the same room with me last night, and this morning, I was looking for him and I ended up perceiving his perfume in the maid’s room” she replied in tears
“Calm down Layla, I know you are thinking Kylie is cheating but I think he is not cheating maybe you were too hard on the maid” I said to her
“Okay no problem, I would be nice to her so that I won’t lose my Kylie” She said and I hugged her, if only she knew what was awaiting her.
“Layla, Kylie told me that you are always stressed out this days so while I was coming here I branched at a hospital and I got this drug for you” I said to her and her a bottle that contains liquid substance.
“Thank you so much my best friend. But how should I use it?”
“Make sure you use it every morning and night” I told her and after spending some times with her, I told her o have things to do at home and I left. Immediately I got home, a call came in and I picked it.
“Steph, have you delivered the substance?” The caller asked.
“It is all done boss” I replied.
“Finally, the poison would ve ki||ing her slowly, I can’t wait to attend her funeral” The caller said,and I can hear laughter in the background.
I cut the call and went to the kitchen to make a cup of coffee.
