Get out, I shouted at the 15th applicant that I have rejected today. Actually I am looking for a house maid but all these ladies does not please me, some are looking more attractive than me and I don’t want that because it would make visitors stare at them not me. I want to be the only beauty and that is why am LAYLA STONE.?

After spending hours at the interview I ended up employing a yo in lady they Stephanie recommended for me and my manager is stressed out after I rejected nearly 40 applicants now I need to go home and meet the love of my life. I walked out of my office and beckoned on the new maid to follow me and she hurriedly took her bag and began to follow me. Well let me tell you more about myself.
( I am Layla Stone the only daughter of my parent we are the second richest family in York Ville while the Lone’s are the first. I envy them though but my family does not associate with theirs and I wonder why but that is story for another day. I have a best friend named Stephanie we are childhood friends and I love her dearly and I believe she lobes me too. I have a boyfriend named Kylie he is cute and caring, Stephanie actually introduced him to me and he is very rich just like me but I don’t know his parent)
I walked to the receptionist and gave her my office key. This is actually my father’s company, he has a lot and this is just one of it. I am actually overseeing our fashion company and the name was changed from “world of beauties” to “Layla’s Glam”. I actually convinced my dad to do that on my behalf. I Walked toward my car and the driver hurriedly opened the car door and i sat at the back seat while the new maid named Alicia sat at the front seat. The car began to move and I stared at the beautiful scenery as our car drove past.

A car horn jerked me awake and I discovered that I have been sleeping and we have reached my mansion. The gate was opened and the driver drove in. I saw Kylie sitting at the garden and I know he has been waiting for me. I rushed out of the car and rushed to meet him, he embraced me and planted a kiss on my forehead.
“How was your day dear and hope work wasn’t stressful today?” he asked with smiles
“It was fine honey, infact I employed a new maid so she can assist Nanny Rita”
“Sweetheart you are old enough to tale care of yourself you don’t need a Nanny anymore”
“I need Nanny Rita, you know she has been taking care of me since I was a kid and she is like my second mother”
“Okay, no problem but where is the new maid??”
“She is over there” I pointed at Alicia and beckoned on her to come closer.
She came closer and I introduced her to Kylie. He seem happy that I employed her but I trust my Kylie. I immediately crashed my lips on his and I dragged him inside the house. Alicia quietly followed us and I hope she understands the message I just passed. Immediately I got inside I told Nanny Rita that I employed a new maid. Nanny Rita was obviously pleased and she took Alicia to her room. After some minutes I called Alicia and told her to prepare dinner.
“But Layla,don’t you think it is too early for that” Kylie said.
“Too early for what??”
“She just arrived, let her rest for a day or two”
“What are you now trying to insinuate? Do you mean Nanny Rita should cook for us While Alicia is here?? I don’t think you are getting yourself”
I replied him and walked out of the living room.

I sighed after Layla walked out. I am tired of her rude and bossy attitude, but I can’t back out now. I walked over to the kitchen and hugged Alicia from behind and she turned and gave me a sad look.
“Alicia am sorry for what happened at the garden this evening you know you are my love” i said to her.
“I know Kylie but I was missing you that is why I asked that your boss to let me come here as Layla’s maid but she sound rude, how are you coping?”
“I am trying my best Ally love”. Ally love is the nickname I gave her and she loves it when I call her that.
“No problem, please leave so I can continue my cooking”
“No Ally, I am here to assist you I know you are stressed out”
“But I don’t want Layla to catch us here you know that would ruin our plans”
“No she can’t catch us, she is in the room taking her bath and she usually stay long in the bathroom”
Alicia laughed.
“She sure love her skin and I can’t blame her since she is the CEO of Layla’s Glam and need to look good”
“I know but this is her house for Christ sake, no one can see her here, she can’t take a quick bath and she loves bragging about her beauty”
Alicia laughed and we continued making jest of Layla while I assisted her in her cooking.

After the food was ready , I asked Alicia to serve it then I went to call Layla in our room. We went downstairs and we were all seated around the table;me, Layla and Nanny Rita. After Alicia finished serving the food she was heading to the kitchen but I stopped her and told her to join us at the table but Layla was obviously displeased by what I said.
“What do you mean Kylie, let her eat her food in the kitchen she is just an ordinary maid after all” Layla said and she began to stare at me suspiciously.
“Layla come on l, don’t be rude let her sit and eat with us” Nanny Rita said.
“Thanks Nanny” I said to Nanny Rita.
Alicia sat down nervously while Layla stared at her maliciously.
“This meal is so delicious Alicia, you are a great cook” I complimented Alicia.
“Yeah, her food is great”Nanny Rita added.
But Layla angrily stood up and left the dinning room. I stared at her and shook my head she is obviously jealous.

I walked into my room and sat on the bed and began to think about Kylie’s attitude to Alicia. He obviously likes her but I trust Kylie, he can’t try rubbish and he loves me so much. I think am getting too jealous and possessive I need to get a good night rest maybe I would feel better tomorrow. I laid on the bed and covered my self with a duvet.

I drove to our family estate and I horned for the gateman to open the gate and after a few minutes the gate flew opened and I drove in. Dad asked me to see him tonight and I wonder why but I hope my silly twin sisters are sleeping because I don’t have the strength and energy for their troubles today. I got out of my car and walked towards the front door i opened it and stepped into the living room.
I saw Dad and Mom sitting on a couch and they were watching movies. I walked towards them and greeted them after exchanging pleasantries, Dad told me to sit with them and the maid served me water just what I needed at the moment.
“Son, I called you here to tell you that I need you to get married soon, you are not getting younger anymore you are old enough” Dad said.
“But Dad am just 24 am not that old besides the decision of getting married needs time, I don’t want to make a wrong and bad choice” I replied him.
“My baby, you need to listen to your father you need to get married I want to carry my grand kids” Mom said
“Mom I told you not to call me baby anymore, I am not a kid and you will carry your grandchildren soon not now” I replied and walked out.

Ryan’s dad watched as he walked out on them. He told his wife that he has no choice than to match make Ryan with one of Hus friend’s daughter. Ryan’s mom agreed to the decision and the both walked to their bedroom to get sleep
