A WEEK LATER (A DAY TO THE COMPETITION), THE HANS MANSION**
” So…. You prefer ball gown to straight one too” Mrs Han said, checking the pictures of wedding gowns with Kimberly.
“Yes, ball gown is more fitting” Kimberly smiled and Mrs Han stroked her hair.
” You’re so pretty, how I wish your parents are still alive” she said.
“I wish too” Kimberly replied.
” So we’re going with ball gown” Mrs Han said.
” Yes” Kimberly smiled and they hugged.
“I seriously can’t wait for this wedding, I can’t wait to see my Asbel getting married” Mrs Han said, patting her back.
” I love him a lot” Kimberly said.
“I know, and he loves you too” Mrs Han replied, breaking the hug.
” Please… Take care of our Asbel” she said.
“Trust me ma’am” Kimberly smiled and they hugged again.
” Asbel is so lucky to have you” Mrs Han said.
“You too” Kimberly smiled happily.

TRAVIS’S PLACE**
“Wow!” Kept escaping Polly’s lips as Travis showed her around.
She actually came for a visit willingly since Izzy is out with Gennie.
They got to the pool and she smiled.
“Reminiscing about something?” She asked.
” It looks funny” she laughed lightly.
” Funny? How? ”
” The shape” she laughed again.
The pool is the shape of an heart, smaller than the normal pool.
“That’s my heart, you’re laughing at my heart?” He said and she laughed more.
” How could a pool be shaped like an heart, seriously you’re weird” she said.
” I’ve always been a lonely child so I told them to make it this way, only for my use… Never knew I’ll still have friends” he explained.
” Oh” she smiled.
” So… Izzy isn’t around and you’re bored, so you came to add to my boredom” he joked.
” Stop it” she said and he smiled.
” But why did you choose to come here” he asked.
“I just found my legs taking me here, couldn’t stop it” she replied.
” I know right?, Just like it took you here the other time when you were drunk” he said.
” Yah! ” She said and he laughed.
” You were funny seriously, you were like…
” Stop ok? ” She glared but it didn’t work.
He made to talk again but she pushed him into the pool.
“I’m leaving!” She said and started leaving but when she’s not hearing movements from him, she stopped and looked back, he’s not swimming or struggling to get out, he’s not on the surface at all.
She walked back curiously and saw him drowning.
She got alarmed and jumped in instinctively, swam to him and pulled him to the surface.
He opened his eyes and let out a loud laughter afterwards.
“Trickster!” She shot.
“You really believe I’d drown when I’m a good swimmer? ” He said.
” Don’t do it again” she said seriously.
He went quiet.
” I really h@ťě tricks” she said.
“Why?” He asked.
“I just h@ťě it, my love life has been tricky… Whenever I think I’ve found the right one, they end up being with my friends, whenever I think I’ve met Mr right, it’s always not right…. So… Tricking me is like…. I dunno” she said and Travis immediately started feeling sorry.
” I’m sorry” he said
“No it’s fine, I’m cool now” she smiled and he went to her.
He smiled shortly before hugging her.
Polly slowly raised her arms to his back and closed her eyes.
“Do you want me to be your Mr right?” Travis suddenly asked and her eyes flew open.

NEXT DAY( D-DAY )**
The hall is the biggest around with capacity of millions of people at once.
Everything is set for the competition but it’s not on yet, a comedian is still throwing jokes on stage, making everyone laugh loud.
“Where’s our seat located” Polly said as she came in with the girls.
“2,467” where’s that” Bae said as they searched.
” There there!” Trinidad pointed and they all went there to sit according to their seat numbers.
The guys are still coming, maybe during the competition.
“It’s almost time!” The comedian said, handing over to a lady who’ll be the anchor.
“My name is Liz and I’ll be anchoring this competition this year ” she said and a thunderous clap followed.
“Mr and Miss Korea last year, you guys should come to your right seats in the front as you enter” she said.
They both came in, looking stunning with their crowns on their heads.
A loud ovation accompanied them till they got to their seats in the front.
“Now we have all the judges, the Mr and Miss of last year, and I think the audience is complete” Liz said and waited for a minute.
” Calm down, chill, relax everyone as the contestants introduce themselves, we’ll start with the female category” she said and stepped back as the first one catwalked in.
“She’s hot!” Trinidad gasped.
“I’m Oh Jenn, a Korean, my statistics are as shown on the teleprompter, I’m a model, rank 50 in the female category” she smiled and left the stage.
Another one came and Izzy gasped too.
“She’s beautiful!”
“Everyone in the industry is beautiful” Polly said.
” I’m Sassy Marvel, a Korean, my statistics are on the teleprompter, I’m rank 56 in the female category, a model” she said and left.
” Tabella Armstrong, a Korean, statistics on the teleprompter, rank 40 in the female category, a model” the next one said.
They had to wait till fifteen before Clara showed up.
Her fans screamed immediately and she smiled, hanging her jacket on her shoulder as she walked in stylishly, her @zz did a bounce job in her pantsuit.
“Scream!!!” She shouted and her fans screamed.
“Clara Blackstone like y’all know, a Korean, statistics are…as shown, 2nd in the female category, an hot model” she said and turned her back.
She shook her @zz before walking out.
” She’s so full of herself” Echo said.
“Quincy is next!” Bae said as Quincy came in.
Her screams is just as loud as Clara’s as she walked in.
All the girls stood and screamed for her, Echo’s voice is the loudest.
Quincy is wearing a backless short gown, shinny white in colour,white heels too and her hair was curled, she looks more Șëx¥ with the simple makeup.
“Quincy Norbert, a Korea-Australlian, my statistics are on the teleprompter, I’m number one in the female category, a model” she said and Loud screams accompanied her out of the stage.
There are twenty female contestants and Immediately they finished their introduction, the males started coming in.
Winston came in when it got to ten….
He came shirtless, wearing only black trousers and his hair was dyed to complete white.

The girls had to cover their ears as his fans screamed.
“Bullshit” Gennie said from where he’s sitting with the boys, they’re all using masks.
“Winston Montenegro, popularly known as your Win-Win, star of the industry, number 1!” He said proudly and his fans screamed again.
” I’m a Korean, statistics on the teleprompter” he said and left after winking.
After two others, Genny came in and it’s as if new audience were rented.
Everyone single soul in the hall stood and cheered.
He’s rocking all red, he’s too attractive and gosh!
Gennie removed his mask and screamed for him while the others screamed with their masks on, the girls aren’t left out too.
They’re still screaming as he introduced himself.
“Genova Alejandro, handsome Genny, statistics on the teleprompter, a Korean, a new model but I managed to get number 2” he said and the screams became louder again as he left.
The intro finally ended and they moved to the competition proper.
The judges held their pens tighter on their papers as they started coming in in various wears.
Cooperate, traditional, bad boy and bad girl, bikinis, simple wears, creative wears, jean on jean and sneakers, ball gowns, bum shorts and singlets, shirtless guys….
They enter in a single file at every dress..
“Thankfully the judges are much too, they’ll be able to differ them” Craig said.
The questions and answers section came and Genny was the first to answer his question.
Winston wasn’t able to give an answer to his own.
Both Clara and Quincy answered their questions well and when Quincy was heading out, her heels slipped and she almost fell but Genny held her and they went out together.
“$h|t, this mistake” Bae muttered.
They all came back to the stage after everything…it took close to three hours.
Everyone held their breaths as Liz handed over to the chief judge.
“You guys all tried, everyone tried their best I must say, and for the fact that the forty of you know that there’ll be only two winners and still participated, it’s brave” she said, looking at the paper with her .
The first and second runner up were called and they stepped aside.
” The winner of Mr Korea 2024 is!….
Everyone held their breaths.

? Genny!!!!
“Genova Alejandro!” She said and everyone screamed as the rest left the stage.
” Yes!” Craig hugged Gennie
Travis and Red hugged too .
Genny smiled at Quincy who’s already fidgeting.
The second runner up for the female category was Oh Jenn.
The first runner up is….
“Quincy Norbert!”
“f_ck” Echo mumbled as the hall went silent.
Quincy almost fainted and the girls went mute.
” I lost” Quincy thought, fighting back her tears as she looked at Genny but she suddenly looks shocked when she saw a tiny red light on Genny’s chest.
“And the winner of Miss Korea 2024, is…. Clara….
Before the judge could say Blackstone, a gunshot sounded and blood stained Quincy’s face.
