Lila had earlier caused a commotion outside when Rose refused to let her see Kingsley
“I came to apologized” She said
“You?,apologize?” Kingsley said in disbelieve
“Yes,am sorry for causing you trouble,don’t worry I won’t bother you anymore moreover have gotten over you” She said
“OK, you can leave” Kingsley said
“We are still friends right?” She asked
“Yes” he said
“Thank you,as your friend I noticed that you have feelings for Jocelyn, why not make a move?” She asked

“Well Mummy bought a lot of stuff for you guys because Mummy got paid today” Jocelyn said

They opened their gift checking it one after the other

“Here MA” the housekeeper said handing over Isabella her seven month old child

“I will be going with Isabella and Dylan” She said

“Grandmother will come and stay with you” Jocelyn said

“I will get going then,Mandy and Craig take care of your siblings” she said after hugging them

“You have to,your father is waiting for you” Jocelyn coaxed

“Brad please let’s branch toward the Brownie Estate” Jocelyn said

“Where are we going?” Dylan asked
“To see my mother” She replied

“What happened, are you not happy to see me?” She asked
When she saw that Yolanda doesn’t look happy
“Of course am happy,but I don’t like what you do at the party” Yolanda said
“Really,am sorry,but that man deserve it” Jocelyn said
“He doesn’t deserve it”Yolanda yelled
“He does,do you know how much you suffered,do you know how much suffering he made you do,you were even pregnant with his baby and you’re here saying that he doesn’t deserve it” Jocelyn yelled angrily
“He doesn’t deserve it okay” Yolanda yelled
“Why are you defending such a despicable man?” Jocelyn asked
“Don’t you ever call him that, at least even his biological daughter asked you to let it go,but you still went ahead to do it” Yolanda said
“Because am not his child doesn’t guarantee that I can’t let him know what he did wrong” Jocelyn yelled back
“I love him okay,and he doesn’t deserve such humiliation” Yolanda yelled
“Am disappointed in you mother,how can you still love him,humiliation!” She chuckle
“In terms of that word, do you know what you went through, the humiliation,he is a despicable man” Jocelyn said
Paaaaah came the sound that landed on Jocelyn cheeks,she held her cheek in shock
“You’re not even my biological child,who gave you the right to interfere in my business?” Yolanda asked furiously
“Am sorry for interfering, Mrs Yolanda” Jocelyn said painfully
She held her cheek, Yolanda have never raised her hand on her ever since she was a kid but now because of a man
She hold Dylan’s hand taking him out of the house
“Jocelyn” Yolanda called regretfully
She has never raised her hand on her before,
“Am sorry” she cried out
She cried more when she remembered the hurtful words she said to her
“It was his mother’s fault not his,he was only being a coward”She utters
Daisy was at the restaurant,she wasn’t at home to witness the scene

Jocelyn got home and went straight to her room
She felt so hurt,maybe she shouldn’t have interfere in her business, but she was only getting revenge for her
Her phone rings out loud,the caller was no other person than Yolanda
She refused to pick the call
“Mother are you in?” Dylan asked
“Yes,come in” She said
“Your phone is ringing” he said
“Just let it be” she said
” Is it grandmother ?”he asked
“Just ignore the call,let’s go and prepare launch”she said
“If it’s about grandmother, she’s sorry,I saw her face the other time,am sure she regret it,and if she’s the one calling you then it justify that she’s sorry” he said
“OK,let’s go” she said

“Welcome back” She said when she saw Kingsley seated in the parlour
She wasn’t expecting him at home at this time of the day
Surprisingly he didn’t answer her,she was surprised at his action
“Dad she’s greeting you” Dylan uttered
“Is that how to welcome your father?” Kingsley asked
He carried him in his arms tickling him,which got Dylan laughing
He walked away without glancing at her
“Seems like someone was ignored” Lila taunt annoyingly
Jocelyn just walked away, she was still hurt because of what happened earlier and now this
She couldn’t deny the fact that his action hurt her a lot
After preparing launch,she called them for launch
Dylan sat down after Jocelyn serve him his food,but after Kingsley was served he took a bite before spitting it out
“What the hell is this?” He asked angrily
“Food” Dylan replied
“It’s obvious that she’s trying to ki|| you,maids” Lila called
“Go and bring the food I asked you to prepare” Lila said
Dylan was fuming inside what was this witch of a person trying to do
“But the food is okay” Jocelyn said
“You were employed here as a babysitter not a cook please you should stop cooking in my house” Kingsley said
And that was it,that burst the bubbles
“You’re right,and I don’t know what’s wrong with it,I will make sure to maintain the boss and worker……” she was cut off by Dylan
“None of that is working okay,and father you’re lying there’s absolutely nothing wrong with the food,when you tell a lie I know it,I don’t know what you’re doing but I don’t like it,she’s not your employee she’s my mother your wife to be” He uttered with seriousness
Jocelyn just walk out of the dining room,she have had enough for today

“What happened mother?” Daisy asked seeing her mother in tears
She was surprised because she rarely cry
“I slapped Jocelyn, she’s mad at me,have been trying her number but she isn’t speaking” She said
“What happened, wait!,don’t tell me it about what we talked about in the morning,have told you that she did it for you,she is just defending you,and if your so called ex husband loves you as you do why isn’t he coming to you to apologized, hope you didn’t say anything to hurt her?” Daisy asked angrily
“I said that she’s not my biological daughter and she shouldn’t interfere in my business “Yolanda said
“How could you?,you even favoured her more than me,you know how much she loves you,everyone who didn’t know always think that she’s your daughter,and she have every right to interfere, you both suffered together, do you think she’s doing it for herself” Daisy rant angrily
“Just helped me to beg her,I didn’t mean it,I said it out of anger” She said

“Hey” Kingsley called entering inside Jocelyn room
“Even if you own the house learn how to knock what if am naked” She snapped

“Stop calling me Mr Wealth” he frowned
“Where you not the one who asked us to maintain a boss and an employee relationship Mr Wealth?” She asked

Kingsley slammed his lips on her lips,she didn’t open up for him
He bite her lips which made her gasp giving him entrance to her mouth
