I went home home on my mother’s call
I wonder why she wanted to see me .
” Mother” I greeted and she just sat down on the chair ignoring my greeting.
I never got close to my mom….she was only after money and her reputation, me and my elder sister Kenzie grew up with our nanny cause our father was always busy with royal business.
But we never felt it because we got each other and the best nanny in the world who acted as both a father and a mother to us.
” Why did you call?” I asked her
” Shoe done Respect to you mother” she said and I scoffed.
” At least act like one” I told her and for a while I could feel the hurt in her eyes.
” Wh@ťěvs…I just called you here cause I’ve been hearing about you and some middle-class girl going out together” she told me and I scoffed inwardly…I knew it would be for her selfish reason that she called me.
” So???”” I asked
” Stay way from her, she’s not your type and your mate is gonna come from a royal family so have all the fun you want to have with her for now “she said
” I don’t care what you think…I like penny and don’t care about some royal shits cause I’m sure she’s my mate, I can feel it” I told her
” Such a middle-class girl can’t be your mate … She has to be from a royal family” she told me and to be honest I’m tired of this woman.
I walked out and she kept on calling my name but I ingored her and went back to my penthouse.

I got home worried of what my so called mother said
I know when she says something she means it and I pray she won’t hurt penny.
I like penny alot … I’m ready to protect her at all costs.
Just then I received a call from penny.
” Hey Kenny” she said and just her voice sent my worried out the window.
” Hi Penny” I said a little sad.
” You sound different” she told me.
” No protect her,i’m..it’s just that I’m a little down, need to rest” I told her .
” Ok… goodnight and get enough rest” she said and hung up
I like penny alot…I need to protect her despite what that witch said.
