“Can you both give me one reason…. just one reason why you h@ťě the innocent girl”. He asked, but no word came out from their mouths.
“See.. you can’t even speak, you just choose to h@ťě Seraphina for no just cause, she’s going through alot right now, and instead of being supportive to her like an Aunt and Cousin, you both choose to add salt to her injuries”. Matteo said and leaves.
Yasmeen scoffs and said.
“Sometimes I don’t really understand dad, is Seraphina his daughter, why does he care so much about her”.
“Seraphina is really getting on my nerves, I wish she was the one who got shot instead”.
“Speaking of that, Seraphina claims you were behind what happened to Paisley, is that true”. Yasmeen asked.
“And why are you asking”.
“Because you said you were going to take care of Seraphina, was that what you meant”.
“Of course not,….I might h@ťě Seraphina but am not a murderer”.
“Then if you ain’t the one who shot Paisley, then who did”.
“I don’t know, Maybe she has other enemies too”.
“Are you sure about that Mom”. Yasmeen asked.
Madelyn looks at her, and quickly looked somewhere else.

The following day, Alvin and Tinsley arrived in school.
“How do I look in this uniform Tin”. Alvin asked.
Tinsley looks at him and sighs.
“This is the Tenths time you’ll be asking me that Alvin, who are you even trying to impress”.
“No one Tin, I just want to make sure I look good in this uniform”. Alvin said.
Tinsley looks at him and Scoffs.
“Are you both ready”. A teacher asked walking up to them.
And both Alvin and Tinsley nods smiling.

“Yulia will you go with us to the birthday party this Saturday”. Riley asked styling her hair.
“No not interested”.
“Why not”. Reagan asked.
“I’ll be busy, am practicing for the Audition”. Yulia said.
“Is always about your auditions, not like you pass anyways”.Riley said.
“What did you just say”. Yulia asked standing up, and the teacher enters.
“Everyone settled down”. She said.
Yulia throws Riley a deadly glance before sitting back in her chair.
“Introduce yourself to the class”. The teacher said to both Tinsley and Alvin.
“Hello everyone, my is Tinsley Nguyen I’m 17 years old, I hope will do get along”. Tinsley said smiling.
“Your beautiful” a student said, and the rest nods in support.

The female students asked one after the other, preventing Alvin from introducing himself.
Yulia looks at her friends and the other girls who were drooling over Alvin and Scoffs shaking her head.
“One more word from any of you, you will have to run round the field”. The teacher said and the whole class became quiet like a grave yard.
“Go ahead”. She said.
Alvin smiles and said.
“My is Alvin Campbell, am 17, I’d hope we’ll all be friends”.

The teacher clears her throat, and they became silent immediately.
“You both can sit at the last chair close to Yulia”. She said putting at Yulia.
Alvin looks at her, and recognize her immediately.
*So her name is Yulia, she’s pretty just like her name*. Alvin muttered inwardly smiling.
“And why are you still standing”. The teacher asked.
“Oh sorry”. Alvin said and went to sit down and Tinsley was already sitting down.
“Your homeroom teacher will be here soon, so don’t turn the school into a market ground got that”.
“Yes ma”. They answers.
But as soon as she leaves,they resume their T-chatting, some girls was already giving Alvin Eyes signals, but Alvin’s fixed on Yulia.
And when their eyes met, he Waves at her Smiling, but Yulia scoffs and looks somewhere else.
“What are you looking at Alvin”. Tinsley asked.
“She’s beautiful right”. Alvin said pointing at Yulia who has her headphone on.
Tinsley scoffs and said.
“You called that beautiful, her eyes is so big”.
“And that makes her more cuter”. Alvin said smiling.
“Don’t tell me you already have eyes on someone just on your first day”. Tinsley said already feeling jealous.
“And what if I’m, is not a bad thing right, and beside I already met her before, and she really a good dancer”.
“Wh@ťěver Alvin, you can go ahead and date her if you want to”. Tinsley said and lay her head on the desk, looking elsewhere.
Alvin Scoffs and looks back at Yulia.

SERAPHINA’S MANSION***
Seraphina sits in the bed, looking at Paisley’s picture and also the paintings.
“Will I ever be able to live without you by my side, my life is so lonely and sad without you Paisley”. She said caressing Pailsey’s picture.
She took the painting, and caressed it as well.
“Will I be able to get through all this Lucian….what should I do, am on the edge of giving up on life, should I continue living Lucian”. She asked between tears.
A knock came on the door, and she quickly cleans her tears.
“You can come in”.
The door cracked open and Ina enters the room.
“Yes, what do you want”. She asked.
“A young man is downstairs, he claims that he’s your new manager”. Ina said.
“Alright, I’ll be there in a sec”. Seraphina said.
“Okay”. Ina bows and leaves.
Seraphina looks at the painting again and sighs.

Lucian’s eyes scans around the living room, and he swollows hard when he saw how lavish it looks.
“No wonder she’s so full of herself”. Lucian muttered and his eyes went to Seraphina’s huge frame which was hanged in the Wall, and he walks closer to it.
“Tsk tsk tsk tsk, a witch like her shouldn’t have being given such a beauty.. being so ugly suits her better……look at how she’s smiling like she some kind of saint….I wish I could just hit her right now”. Lucian said raising his hand to hit the frame.
“What are you doing”. Seraphina asked, and Lucian’s hand hang in the air.
He bits his lower lip and turns to face her laughing.
“I was just looking at the frame, is so beautiful”.
*Beautiful my foot*. He muttered inwardly
“Who’re you”. She asked.
Lucian looks at her.
*Seems the witch doesn’t remember my face*. Lucian said inwardly.
“Who are you, you can’t speak huh!”. Seraphina halfyells at him.
“Am New manger”. Lucian said faking a smile.
“So you don’t have a name”. She asked coldly.
“Well my name is Lucian Camp……”
“Did you just say your name is Lucian”. She asked with her open eyes.
“Yes,….. Lucian Campbell….Why”.
Seraphina smiles widely, and without thinking, she hugs him, taking Lucian by surprise.
“Lucian”. She muttered smiling, tightening her hands around him.
