“HOW DARE YOU DARE HIM……
Kristine held her cheek instantly, Donovan just stood and watch while Danica fixed her gaze on Kristine
“How dare you Ɓîtçh,” Kristine snarled, raising her hand to return the slap but Danica cut her hand in midair
“How many times did she hit you?” she asked
“twice,” he replied, with a light smile
Danica didn’t waste a second before sending four consecutive slaps to Kristin
“Two for him and two for me,” she said walking away, Donovan chuckled and followed her
“f-__-k you Ɓîtçh,” Kristin winched, rubbing her palm against her cheek
The drive home was silent as Danica kept her face on the window even though it was already dark, Donovan wanted to start a conversation but seeing her in that mood he just kept quiet
He sure missed her crazy side, the good old days.
Donovan alighted from the car and Danica did the same, she didn’t even look his way as she made her way inside, getting to the sitting room the unfamiliar aroma hit her nose again
Donovan walked past her going upstairs
Anna looked up when she saw Danica coming her way, she fold her hand under her br£ast with a smirk on her face
Danica didn’t say a word
She walked over to the gas and to Anna’s surprise she turned off the gas, Danica carried the unfinished food going outside
“Have you lost it?” Anna snapped, going after her
With the thought of getting the food from her
Danica went straight to the trash can outside and throw the food inside it, Anna’s eyes widened
“How dare you?” Anna match towards her filled with rage
Danica turned and face her, and they lock eyes, almost immediately Anna raised her hand to slap her but she caught her hand
“Don’t take my kindness for weakness or my gentleness for foolishness, I’m really crazy. Trust me when I say you won’t like my bad side,” she threw off her hand and walked off
She went back to the Kitchen and locked it before going upstairs
Anna just stood there staring at her back
“What just happened?” Anna asked no one in particular

{PAST~MIDNIGHT}
Donovan couldn’t sleep, he kept turning from side to side, he suddenly went down putting on his slippers, he gently opened the door
He walked over to Danica’s door and gently twisted the door handle, her door went ajar and he went in, Donovan stared at Danica who is sweating in her dream, panting heavily as if running a marathon
He climbed the bed and lay beside her, pulling her close to himself then he covered them with the duvet, her body which was shaking became calm instantly
She suddenly turned around keeping her head on his chest with her hand resting on his chest also, he held her tightly

{NEXT MORNING*ROLANDO’S HOUSE }
“Mom I’m going,” Rolando gently knocked on his parent’s small door
He didn’t hear any reply so he knocked again
“Dad, Mom, is anyone there? I’m going for the scholarship exam,” he added, knocking on the door again
He still didn’t hear any reply so he took out a pen from his beg pack then a $h|t of paper
After writing what he wanted, he slipped it under their door and left, getting outside he saw his mom coming in
He stared at her
“You’re going already?” she said more like a question
He nodded and she placed a soft kiss on his forehead
“Good luck,” she said and he nodded
Rolando walked over to the already waiting car, he entered and Summer gave him a peck on the lips, he quickly disengage shifted back, and looked at their house
“She already went in,” Maddie said from the back
Summer drove off, it wasn’t long before they stopped at their destination, Summer drove to the parking lot and Maddie alighted for the car
Summer was about going down also when he held her hand and pulled her back, she looked at him and he leaned closer
They engage in a hot kiss, Summer wrapped her hand around his neck, her eyes closed with their tongue sliding in each other’s mouth, he slowly slide his hand under her blouse and pressed her bre@st gently
“Hmmm,” Rolando broke the kiss and she looked at him
“We’re gonna be late,” he opened the door and went down

{DONOVAN’S MANSION}
Danica came downstairs only to see Donovan and her sister having breakfast already, she didn’t say a single word and took a seat
“Ask her if I’m lying. She poured away my food,” Anna said rudely, sending deadly glares at her
“Dani….”
“I’m in no obligation to do what I want in my house…..” Anna didn’t let her finish
“My brother’s house, point of correction,” Anna snarled instantly
“Your brother doesn’t have a house, this is my house and since you have come to stay I won’t ask you to leave but you will leave under my terms, take it or leave it,” Danica faced her food
Anna’s jaw dropped, she looked at Donovan who was silent then back at Danica
“Don, you’re gonna let your wife say all that to me and you won’t do a thing about it?” she asked shocked
Danica scoffed and took her cutlery
“Listen Anna, you have no right to cook anything in this house once I’m at home….”
“What!!!” she yelled, her eyes popping out
“And why is that?”Donovan asked staring at Danica
She ignored him
“Rules are rules Anna, take it or leave it, my house my rules,” Danica added, her face showing no expression at all
“Danica I said why is…..”
“Shut your d@mn mouth cos this is all your fault,” Danica suddenly yelled at Donovan before she could realize it
She didn’t regret it though
Anna banged her fist against the table in rage, her phone suddenly buzzed and she checked to see her boyfriend calling, she picked up instantly
“Ahh!!!”
“right there!!!
“f-__-k you’re d@mn tight,”
“Do I look like your dirty lousy girlfriend who doesn’t take care of herself? I always take good care of myself silly,” she heard a familiar voice
Anna looked at the phone screen to be sure if she was speaking with the right person, she didn’t know when tears rolled down her eyes, standing on her feet she rushed out of the house
Danica grinning inwardly
