{DANICA’S OFFICE}
“lemme get this straight,” Danica joined her hands together staring at him
They are currently sitting down
“First, you never visited me in my place of work ever since we got married, you never hugged me…”
“I have, what about the cuddle?” Donovan cut in
“I asked for it and I have to beg and plead to the extend I would want to cry, seeing that I’m frustrating your life you will just do it just to have peace,” she replied
Donovan was silent
“You never hugged me on your own, you never talked to me like a husband, you never make me feel like a wife except for the day we dance in that club calling each other romantic names, you never make me feel valued, even after apologizing for marring you, you always use it against me trying to mess up with my mental health, as an attorney I speak for the people of the city and if you mess up with my head I can’t defend anyone cos my brain will be scattered leading me to….” She stopped and took in a deep breath
“I love you, Donovan, I know I’m not supposed to say this….”
“No, you should say it cos I also feel the same way,” he interrupted, trying to touch her hand but she withdraws her hands from the desk
“No, you were still looking for your mysterious virgin even after we were married which means you were gonna marry her or make her the love of your life once you see her, you refused to lemme go and yet you’re looking for another woman,” she sniffed, tears building up at the corner of her eyes
“Danica, we can start over, we all make mistakes and I’m ready to accept mine, I’m sorry if it takes me so long to release but please….”
“Too bad, I’m not the person you slept you,” she lied

“What?” he couldn’t believe it
“It’s my sister, twin sister actually. She based in Washington and she’s a doctor, handling my families hospital over there, she only came back cos of my wedding and you two got to cross paths, I’m sorry for giving you fuse hope cos of my face, your Mary, mother of Christ is in Washington,” she lied again, reaching for her purse that was on the table she took it
“You want to marry a virgin? All those people you have been f-__-king who will marry them? If you’re so desperate for a virgin why not just adopt a female child and wait till she’s 18 so you can have s*x with her? Do have a good day Mr. Cooper,” she added and walked out of her office
Donovan just stood there not knowing what to do, he was d@mn confused. at first, he was happy that his virgin happens to be his wife but right now he can’t even explain it. Is it love or lust? Or he just doesn’t want to see her happy?

Joy and Rex walked into the big hospital and the first person she saw was Brandon, he walked over to her and winked at her
“You look horrible doing that,” she said with a straight face
Brandon chuckled
“Today we are gonna see who’s gonna fire who?” Brandon said and she looked at him

“Didn’t your boss tell you that the chief exam is taking place here and that’s why we are here?” he asked
Joy quickly changed her expression, Rex didn’t tell her anything but she was gonna asked him about it later, she face Brandon and smiled
“You’re no match for me,” she replied with confident
“We’ll see,” Brandon winked at her again and left

{A RESTAURANT IN CHICAGO 5:12 Pm}
“Are you alright?” David asked staring at Danica’s face
She nodded gently and faked a smile
“Yeah,” she muttered
They came out to have dinner but she haven’t eaten anything from her food, her mind still couldn’t leave Donovan
David’s phone buzzed and he looked at it
“I will take this,” he said and excused himself
Just then Alex entered, she stood by the door and scanned through the place till her eyes landed on Danica, she walked over to her and frowned immediately she saw the worried look on her face
“What this time?” Alex said gently
Danica looked at her
“Donovan is the mysterious guy,” she replied, tears came rolling down her eyes
“Is that why you’re crying? You should be happy that you finally know the kid’s father,” Alex took the drink from the table and drank from it
“I should but I’m not,”
“And why is that? Isn’t that what you have always wanted?” Alex asked, picking up the cutlery
“Yeah, but he’s looking for his mysterious virgin, he wants to marry a virgin but he has been f-__-king since then,” Danica replied, she stretch her and forward and took the handkerchief Alex offered her, cleaning her tears with it
“All this while he never had any spot for me, I can’t believe my husband is looking for another woman while he has a wife, he refused to sign the divorce paper, he only wants to keep me so he could make my life miserable cos he enjoys it…”
“Don’t say that,” Alex cut in
“What do you want me to say? I love someone that will never love me, he will always look for his virgin girl….”
“But it’s you, right?” Alex cut in again
“So what if It wasn’t?” She hiccupped
“Thank God I don’t want to get married, I will never experience any pain,” Alex mumbled
Danica started sobbing
Alex left her chair and went over to her side, she embrace her in a tight hug, stroking her hair gently
Danica broke the hug nodding
“I will subpoena him,” she said and Alex’s eyes widened
“You’re not gonna send your husband to jail, no, there is no way I’m letting you do that, you’re not doing that, no, never?” Alex shouted instantly
“What do you want me to do? He won’t sign the paper at least this way he will sign it, I just want to be free, my head is becoming messy,” Danica replied
Alex took her hand to her eyes as she e gently clean her tears
“We will find a way,” she replied calmly

{THE PHILLIPS}
Mrs. Phillip came downstairs and looked around
“Where is George?” She asked no one in particular
“In his room ma’am,” A maid said
She went back upstairs
“George,” she called softly, standing at his doorstep
“Get out,” he said from the inside
She gently pushes the door open only to see him in the pool of tears
She instantly became sad
“George baby….”
“Don’t come any closer,” he snapped instantly
She stopped on her track
“Baby….”
“I’m not your baby, I h@ťě all of you, especially you, this is all your fault, and Joy, I will ki|| her,” George said bitterly
“What is my crime baby?” She asked softly
“Why didn’t you take pregnancy prevention pill and ki|| me…..”
“George!!!” She called out loud, she couldn’t believe he will ask such question
George stood up, he cleaned his tears, and sniffed
“You knew I was gonna be sick and you choose to bring me Into this world….”
“Baby I’m so sorry, I didn’t know, am not God, trust me if I could take it I will,” Mrs. Philip said with watering eyes
“Did I ask you to give birth to me? Other people gave birth to a healthy child but look what you present,” he yelled, pointing at her face
He was so agitated
Hot tears came rolling down her cheeks
“It’s all your fault, if you know that you people didn’t want me happy why didn’t you ki|| me? Why will you give me sickness and your daughter will take away my happiness? I h@ťě you! All of you!!!” He screamed, so hard that his father heard his voice and come running upstairs
Mr. Philip was surprised to see his wife in tears
“Honey, what happened?” He asked calmly

Justin is currently talking with a man when Dustin walked up to them, Mike isn’t among them this time
“I saw Rolando coming out of your house with a woman today,” Dustin whispered into his ear
Justin looked at the man he was talking to before staring at Dustin
“I will be back,” Justin said to the man, he turned around to leave but the man held his clothes, pulling him back
”Where the f-__-k do you think you’re going?” he asked
Dustin shifted back, his voice alone sounds so scary
“I will be back….” a loud slap interrupted his statement
“Give me my d@mn money, do I look like I was kidding when I told you the deal?” he snapped with a punch
“Argh,” Justin bend a little, his hand holding his tummy, standing up he returned the punch

Justin also did the same and before you know it fight started, five guys rushed out from the jeep packed not far from them
Upon seeing them Dustin took to his heels
