{DOWN THE STREET}
Rolando came out from the grocery store with a small nylon in his right hand, walking down the street suddenly Summer blocked his way, he glared at her and made to walk past but she held his hand
“Rolando,” she called in a small voice
“What?” he snapped, flicking her hand away
She flinched and shifted back
“What do you want? Haven’t you done enough?” he spat moving closer
She shifted back, fighting back tears
“I’m sorry,” she said gently and sniffed
“You’re sorry?” he scoffed and shook his head negatively then blinked and licked his lips
“Just because my stupid heart was foolish enough to beat fast for you and you think I’m stupid?” he asked staring at her
“But what did I do? I only said we can’t date in public cos of my brother and father….”
“Yeah and I’m blaming myself for it, thank you very much cos if I didn’t fall in love with you I would still be in school by now but all thanks to you,” he said, walking past her
She ran after him
“Rolando….”
“Stay away from me,” he snapped, turning back at her
“But what did I do?” she asked blinking back tears
“My mom got fired just because your jerk of a father asked us to pay 80,000, we don’t even have enough food and my family’s only hope is me, but now look at me. Do you know what it feels like watching your parents suffer just because of you?” he yelled, hot tears came rolling down his eyes
“I’m sorry,” she mumbled and lowered her head
“Stay away from me,” Rolando shoved her out of the way and walked past

DONOVAN’S MANSION*
Danica came back not long ago, she have been in her room thinking of how to approach the matter, it took Laura a lot of effort to get her out of her room and they are currently playing cards in the living room
First time playing with her
“You seem to be very bad at this?” Laura said laughing at her
“My job is defending the law and fighting for justice not playing cards,” Danica replied softly
Just then Anna came out of her room, shocked to see them laughing and playing together, her face darkened and she took steady steps toward them
“Don’t you have jobs to do instead of sitting down here and playing this dumb game with a dumb senseless idiot?” Anna ranted furiously
Danica was silent
“Get up there,” Anna yelled and Laura quickly stood up
“And you, I want you to make me dinner,” Anna ordered pointing at Danica
Danica lifted her head and looked at her, her lips curved into a smile and she stood
“Alright? Lead the way,” she replied gently
Anna glared h@ťěfully at her and hissed, walking over to the kitchen, she stopped by the doorstep and looked back at Danica who was still following her, she also stopped
“I want Spanish rice with grilled chicken, make it fast and every other thing you need will be brought out to you by…….” Danica pushed her inside the kitchen locking the door instantly
Anna started banging her fist against the door
“Witch open this door,” she shouted, her fist banging against the door
“This is my brother’s house, you can’t lock me up inside the kitchen, white Witch open this door, Danica you’re trying me…… open this door, Danica…. Danica,” Anna yelled banging her fist on the door
“Let’s go continue from where we stopped,” Danica said and Laura laughed
“I love you,” Laura said and pocked her cheeks
Danica rolled her eyes
“You can’t sale your peace and have mine, she will stay there till tomorrow and make sure you off the light and AC before going,” Danica said and Laura ran to the switch
“Lemme of it now,” she shouted and laughed
“You’re dramatically crazy,” Laura added and laughed, she was so happy

THE WINFREY’S MANSION*
“Mummy,” Summer called with teary eyes
Mrs. Winfrey who was reading a Magazine heard her voice and slowly lowered her hand, her eyes winded when she saw the tears in her eyes, dropping the Magazine beside her she looked at Summer
“Mummy,” she called again, getting closer she hugged her mother tightly crying out her eyes
“Baby, what happened?” Mrs. Winfrey asked softly
“Mummy it hurts so bad,” she hiccuped, Mrs. Winfrey gently pulled away from the hug, staring at her face
Taking her hand to Summer’s eyes she wipe the tears in her eye with her palm but more were still rolling down
“Did anyone hurt you? Tell me who is it?” her mother panicked
“Mummy why am I so unfortunate?” she asked leaning on her mother’s shoulder
“You’re not, whoever said that is not in his or her right state of mind,” Mrs. Winfrey replied and Summer sniffed
“Can you give me a million dollars?” she asked softly
Her mother was silent
Summer looked at her mother’s face and there was a blank look on her face
“Is that why you want to give me a heart attack?” Mrs. Winfrey suddenly asked and she pouted
“Mummy,”
“You can take one of my credit cards,” Mrs. Winfrey said and Summer looked up
“Really?”
“You are my priceless jewelry, you worth more than a million dollars,” Mrs. Winfrey replied, stroking her hair gently
Her joy knows no bounds, she worships her mother’s face with kisses

{TWO HOURS LATER}
Donovan came back not long ago and he is currently in his room, the door gently opened and Danica entered, walking over to him she sat down on the bed
“Who ask you to sit down?” he asked glaring at her
“It’s common sense,” she replied simply
“Listen, we are going to my family gathering in three days, so I want us to act like happy couples…..”
“Are we sad?” Danica asked, cutting in, her gaze fixed on his face
Donovan glared
“Well you can be sad that’s your problem but me I’m happy,” Danica replied, she took her gaze to the door
“Danica don’t start with me right now,” Donovan scolded angrily
He didn’t get it, what’s there to be happy about? Why is she happy when he is angry?
“I don’t need to pretend when I’m already happy…..”
“Why are you happy? Just tell me why are you happy? What’s there to be happy about?” Donovan snapped angrily, his voice echos in the room
“Don’t bite me please,” she mumbled and shifted a little
“Danica!!!!” he yelled glaring at her, his heart racing up and down
She kept quiet
Donovan took in a deep breath, trying to calm himself down, Danica on the other hand have already forgotten about the pregnancy
She still doesn’t want to believe that she’s carried four humans inside of her, it’s just like a joke and she plans to visit a different hospital
“Why are you always angry?” she suddenly asked, staring at his face
Donovan scoffed and looked away
“Can I go now?” she asked gently
Without saying a word Donovan stood up going over to his closet, Danica also stood and left the room, Donovan roughed his hair and grunted
“f-__-k, why didn’t she ask for a cuddle?” he muttered breathing heavily
