“Joy abortion is murder, I can’t defend someone who wants to commit a murder,” Danica said walking out from her office with Alex and Joy beside her
“Danica she’s just 14 and she wants to abort the baby but her parents said no,” Joy replied
“Then let her keep it, what’s there in carrying a child? When she was shouting harder… harder….. oh yes….. right there…. she would have thought of pregnancy before having sx, without the use of condm?” Danica asked

“Why will a 14 yrs old have S£x when she’s supposed to be in class? Joy what……”
“Don’t call my name, I wasn’t the one that sent her to have S£x, am only here to get this paper signed by Danica and what you should do is help me talk to her so she could sign it and I will back to the hospital,” Joy sharply cut in
“I’m sorry Joy but you will have to look for another lawyer, abortion is a felony murder in the second degree, I cannot break the law, and trust me if you perform that abortion I will sue you…..”
“What!! are you crazy?” Joy yelled at the top of her lunges
“What would you have me do, you’re endangering the safety and life of a fetus,” Danica replied and faced Alex
“I’m not feeling too good and I will be going home now….”
“Why not come to the hospital? I will attend to you really quick,” Joy suggested instantly and winked at her
“That’s right Danica,” Alex supported
“No, I don’t like the smell of hospitals, don’t worry I will take pain reliever when I get home,” she replied, her mind ran back to what happened last night and this morning
Danica didn’t know when her lips curved into a smile
Alex and Joy exchange glances
“I will come to your house to take your blood sample then I will take it to the hospital and……”
“No joy, I’m fine… gosh you worry too much,” Danica cut in instantly
“but what if you’re pregnant? Or have HIV or AIDS?”Joy asked, her palms wide opened
Alex looked at her
“That’s right, you didn’t say anything about using protection that night right?” Alex added curiously

“Are you both crazy? How can a one-night stand result to pregnancy? Or any of those things? I don’t even know the guy or what he looks like, besides almost everyone has malaria so that’s what is wrong with me,” Danica shouted
They exchange glances
“Mrs. Malaria, in case you need medical attention, I will be waiting for you at the hospital,” Joy said walking away, she stopped and looked back at Danica and Alex
“Are you really not gonna help me? She’s too young to have a baby at this…..”
“She’s too young for S£x,” Alex quickly cut in
“Alex arrest her,” Danica said with a serious face
“You’re under arrest……” She stopped and they all burst out laughing
“If I see you near me I will kick you to Africa jungle,” Joy said laughing
“Seriously?” Danica also laughing
Just then a black Rolls-Royce stopped right in front of them, Nathan enlightened from the car looking all dangerous
He took a steady step toward them and getting close his right hand went behind his back as if trying to pull out something, almost immediately a sudden bullet flew past his arm, it went straight and hit his car, creating a hole there
Nathan froze
“Hands behind your head!!!! On your knees!!!”
