“Detective Alexander,” Stabler called, he close her office door behind and sat in her chair
“Who ask you to sit?” Alex asked with a straight face
“Oh come on, you’re my partner stop being too harsh on me,” he replied and she rolled her eyes
“Anyway, I need your help,” he added and Alex looked up at his face
“What can I do for you?” She asked, crossing her hand on her desk
“A friend of mine was arrested this afternoon and they said he, lemme go straight to the point, his name is Gate, attacked Danica so I want you to help. me get him out,” He explained
“Decline,” Alex replied and focus back on the book in her hand
“Please I will pay you,” he added
“Stabler your friend attacked government property, it’s not in my power to get him out, Danica is the state attorney and he should have thought twice before attacking her,” Alex replied, spreading her hands
“Please, I really need your help,” Stabler pleaded
“If you want him out so bad then go meet the person he attacked, I can’t sneak him out of jail, am not that stupid to risk my job and violate federal laws,” Alex replied and he nodded
“I will go meet her then,” he added and stood
Alex looked up
“That’s good, you should do that,” she replied expecting him to leave but he didn’t

“Mind having dinner with me tonight?” He asked
“No, never, not in this life,” She replied rudely
He sat on the desk and Alex furrowed her brows
“Why do you detest me so much?” He asked leaning forward

She walked out and he followed but he stopped at the doorstep staring at her back

Kristen caressed Rex’s face gently before kissing him hungrily, her other hand caressing his chest

Danica walked out of the restroom, she took a drink from the waiter passing by and drank just a little then she dropped it on a nearby table walking away

She made to walk past but he held her hand and pulled her back

She shifted back
“What do you want?” Danica asked, with a straight face
“Isn’t it strange and a little bit weird?” Nathan said and she raise her brows
“You’re married to someone without a surname?” He said smirking
She smirked
“I didn’t marry his surname, I married Donovan which makes me Mrs. Donovan, so does that name ring a bell?” She said proudly
Nathan’s face darkened instantly

Nathan fold his fist tightly gritting his teeth, he deemed his eyes, his eyes turned red instantly

“Papi,” Danica winked at him and bit her lower lips seductively
“Mami, where is your hero?” He asked, wrapping his hand around her waist
“Right here,” She replied and Nathan finally lost it

Out of nowhere David appeared and blocked his way
“I’mma ki|| you!!! You girlfriend stealer, you used to be my buddy but you betrayed me,” Nathan shouted, trying to get over to them but David didn’t let him
Two bouncers came forward and took him away
Anna appeared out of nowhere, she gave Danica a deadly glare before taking her gaze to David
“Are you alright David?” She asked concerned and he nodded
“Dav you are alright?” Danica asked afterward and he smiles lightly
“Yeah, am good,” he replied and looked at Donovan, their eyes met and Donovan rolled his eyes and looked away
“I apologize bro, I didn’t know you two were married, I mean I know you were married but I didn’t know She was the one,” he said and Donovan rolled his eyes
“Don,” he called
“Not like you care,” Donovan replied pulling Danica’s hand as they walked away

Everywhere was so loud and people were having fun, he scanned the whole place till his eyes landed on Donovan
Meanwhile, Donovan was talking with a business tycoon from China when he saw Nathan coming his way
“It was nice doing business with you,” the man said and they shook hands
“Mr. Don, I love the Short,” another businessman from Spanish said coming over
“We need to talk,” Nathan said walking over to them

“I’m not in your family, a man shall live his mother and father to cling to his wife and they shall become one, Donovan is my family, not you,” Danica fired back instantly
Anna laughed
“The Prodigal son,” she laughed, clapping her hands together
“No one loves him, nobody if you don’t know,” Anna laughed and Danica joined her
Anna stopped laughing and looked at her
“You’re right, nobody loves him, you know why? That’s because nobody is not somebody, ” Danica laughed loudly
Too bad the loud music playing in the background didn’t let it go far
Anna’s eyes widened

“Soon, just soon enough you will have just two options just the same way it happened to Ashley,” Anna said in a thr_@tening tone
Danica narrowed her gaze wondering who Ashley was but she quickly wave it aside

“Mami,” he scanned his eyes through the crowd

The crowd was Minding their business but their attention switched to Donovan and his wife

“You see this @zz, it’s expensive and not for sell,” Donovan said referring to Nathan
His hand holding Danica’s waist as he pulled her closer to himself
“All this touching you’re doing, don’t you think is a little too much,” She whispered into his ear
“You should be lucky that am touching you, you married me remember? Don’t spoil the show,” Donovan replied
Donovan looked at Nathan, he could feel his heart racing out of his chest, his eyes balls were reddish brown
“Mami, where is Papi? Donovan asked And winked at Nathan
“Right here,” She pocked his nose
His hands clapping against her @zz, Nathan could feel his knees crumbling, he fell on his b*tt, hot sweat running down his forehead
“Mami”
“Papi”
“My Mami,” Donovan called, gently pressing his forehead on hers
“Papi……”
“Enough!!!” Nathan screamed and launched at them
