ANNALEIGH’S POV
We took a fresh shower together, just making out, that’s all, and I wore a red and orange Floral flare crop blouse with drawstring pants and a pair of platform sandals with a big straw hat.
Chris put on a dark blue printed shirt and white Chino pants white some sandals.
I took my wooden straw long strap bag and we left the house.
We entered the blue Uber car we ordered and he drove off.
Chris held my thigh, smiling at me. I smiled back feeling happy he’s finally my boyfriend after a long time.
But, he once treated Jada like that, holding her thigh, giving her physical languages before me.

I put on my big sunglasses, with a bright smile.
The driver drove around a lot of places in the city, while I’m came out of the sunroof, taking many pics with my camera.
Chris and I went to the zoo, saw different animals like iguana, kangaroos, flamingos, peaÇ0çƙ, ostrich, turtles, lions and so on.
I took different pic with my camera, I reached a big cage of multicoloured beautiful birds, I tried to take some pics.
A bird flies out and tried to take my camera with his claws.
“Argh!!” I screamed and bent, protecting my camera.
Chris laughed as he took a picture from his phone and the bird flew away.
“Haha, very funny.” I rolled my eyes.
“This is gonna be a trip to remember.” He scoffed.
After exploring the zoo we left the zoo, and continued our trip.
We went to the mall and bought the things we could afford like cleaning stuffs, decorations, clothes and chocolates and I took more pics.
After that, we went to the first restaurant, that’s Hermanos Restaurant, it’s not that far from our home, and it’s a beautiful and colourful place, with delicious aroma.
“I never knew you’d love this place.” Chris said as we walked in.
I scoffed “It’s my dream place, that’s why I studied in Colombia college and learned all about Santa Marta. Best day of my life!”
We went to the counter “Buenos Noches.” I greeted good evening since it’s night already.
“What would you like?” She asked.
I checked the menu and sighted the cheapest food.
“Some coconut rice with fried fish and fruit juice.” I mentioned.
“We’ll take it to go.” Chris said.
I frowned at him “Why? I wanna enjoy our first ever restaurant.”
“Baby, I’m so tired, we’ve been walking all day, let’s go home, eat our dinner and rest.” He groaned.
I rolled my eyes “Fine.”
“Here’s your order.” The waiter gave me two brown bags of our food and two cups of colourful fruit juice with straw.
“This is ours?” I asked as I collected it.
He nodded and I scoffed “Fantastico.”
I was given a plastic bag to put the food as we’re about to leave the restaurant at the entrance.
I felt someone passedby me and sniffed my shoulders.
I waited and turned to see who’s that, they’re so many of customers. I felt disturbed and spark.
I spotted an old ugly man smiling at with rotten teeth, I don’t think that’s him, but if he’s the one. Disgusting and ew!
“Hey.” Chris snapped me out of my thoughts and shrugged “What’s wrong?”
“I don’t know, someone was…” I trailed off and smiled at Chris “Never mind.”
I don’t know how to even talk about it, I’m speechless.
“You sure?” I nodded as we left the restaurant.
We didn’t bother to take any taxi or Uber, just started walking even though we’re tired.
I frowned to hear some music playing from a colourful clothed big canopy, I saw people dancing and celebrating, serving tempting food.
A beautiful adult woman in boho braids, some flare tulle summer skirt and white bra top dancing and she smiled and winked at me, signalling me to come.
“Hey, let’s check it out…”
“No.” Chris pulled my arm “We’re going home.”
“C’mon.” I whined.
“We’ll check it tomorrow. As you can see, we’re carrying so many things.” He dragged my arm to our house.
CHRIS’S POV
We entered our apartment and she dropped the things she carried on the floor and fell on the bed.
I chuckled “I thought you still wanna go out.”
“I was but now I’m here, I wanna sleep.” She yawned.
“Okay, but first we’re eating our dinner.” I carried the coconut rice to the kitchen, served it on a tray and returned to the room.
I sat beside her as she’s checking Santa Marta Magazine.
She really loves this place, how come I didn’t even notice her? Thank God, I’m living with her in her dream come true place. I feel so lucky.
She dropped the book and we starts eating with spoon.
“Chris, I felt something earlier.” She said.
“What?”
“Like someone was sniffing my shoulders, I don’t know, he feels so familiar, but it turns out to be an old man. What if… It’s segzual assault? Should I call the cops?” She paused.
“Calm down and enjoy your dinner. I don’t know who it is but you need to be careful next time. Okay?” I explained.
*Midnight*
ANNALEIGH’S POV
I was hugging my legs sitting on the road in New York, my makeup, my hair and dress are totally messed up.
I kept shedding tears and sniffing uncontrollably watching Adam and Evelyn in wedding dress, kissing and walking away.
“Adam, please don’t leave me!” I sobbed.
He stopped walking and glared at me “Security!” He yelled.
The two men came and was grabbing me on the floor, by my arms.
“Adam, you can’t do this!!” I cried, struggling to be free.
He and Evelyn burst into evil laughter, hugging each other.
“Mommy.” I heard an eco baby voice “Mommy! Mommy! Mommy!”
“Stop! Stop it!!” I screamed.
“Mommy!”
“Argh!!!”

CHRIS’S POV
I shrieked out of my sleep as AnnaLeigh’s screams waked me again.
“Argh!!” She screamed again in her sleep “Stop shouting! I’m sorry!!”
I took a deep breath feeling bad for her. She’s having nightmares again.
I moved closer to her and hugged her tightly “It’s okay, everything will be alright, mi bebe.” I kissed her forehead.
She sniffed as some tear dripped from my eyes “How could you do this to me? Adam, I loved you, I trusted you and you shattered me.”
