“Are you sure Senior Rudy is gonna come?”Mina asked as some female students stared at Mina.
“I’m sure my brother is gonna come,”Alex smiled.
Mina was trying to stay calm, but the stares from the other girls were making her feel self-conscious. She was already feeling nervous about meeting Senior Rudy, and the last thing she needed was to feel like she was being judged by the other students.
“Don’t pay them any attention, Mina. They’re just jealous because you’re going on a date with my brother”Alex said, trying to reassure her friend.
“I don’t know if I can do this, Alex. What if he doesn’t like me?”Mina asked, her voice trembling.
“Don’t worry, Mina. My brother is going to love you! Just be yourself and he’ll see what a great person you are,”Alex said, putting her arm around Mina’s shoulder.
“Okay, I’ll try,”Mina said, still feeling a little unsure. She took a deep breath and tried to relax.
Just then, the door to the park opened and a tall, handsome boy walked in. He had dark hair and bright blue eyes, and he was smiling as he looked around the room. Mina felt her heart skip a beat as she realized that this was Senior Rudy.
“Hey, that’s my brother,go and meet him,”Alex said, pushing Mina forward.
Mina stumbled forward, her heart pounding in her chest. She could feel all eyes on her as she walked towards Alex’s brother, Rudy. He was tall and handsome, with dark hair and eyes that seemed to pierce right through her. Mina’s palms were sweaty, and she wasn’t sure what to say.
“Hello,” she squeaked out, her voice barely audible and Rudy stared at her.
“You’re from Alex class right?”Rudy asked and Mina nodded.
“Do you know where she is”
“Uh, yeah,” Mina said, still feeling a bit nervous.
“She’s, um, she’s in, I think,”Mina stammered.
Rudy’s phone suddenly beeps and he brings it out.
He raised his brows when he saw a message from Alex popping on his phone screen.
Alex’s message read: “,please can you show Mina around the park,I will come soon or you can go on a date with her.” Rudy looked up at Mina, a confused expression on his face. “What’s going on?” he asked, his tone slightly suspicious. Mina bit her lip, unsure of what to say.
“I don’t know what’s going on either,” she said, trying to sound as innocent as possible.
“But I’m sure Alex will explain everything when she gets here.”Mina said and Rudy still looked a bit skeptical, but he seemed to accept Mina’s explanation.
“Alright, well let’s go for a walk around the park then,” he said.
“Maybe it’ll help clear our heads.” Mina nodded, relieved that Rudy seemed to be calm again.
But she couldn’t help but wonder what would happen if Rudy found out that Alex tricked him to go on a date with her.
Mina was nervous as they started to walk through the park.
She kept glancing over at Rudy, wondering if he was suspicious of her.
But he seemed to be enjoying the fresh air and the sunshine, even though he didn’t smile he still seemed happy because the park kind of reminded him about his mom.
They continued to stroll through the park.
They passed a pond where ducks were swimming, and Mina pointed out the different birds that were flying overhead and Rudy ignored her.
Mina tried to relax and enjoy the moment, but she still couldn’t shake the feeling that something was off.
“Do you see that one?” Mina said, pointing to a bird soaring above them.
But Rudy didn’t even look up. He was staring at his feet, lost in his own thoughts.
“What are you up to,Alex?”Rudy said inwardly, still staring at his feet.
Mina tried to get his attention, but it was like he was in thought.
“A date,huh”Rudy thought.
She felt frustrated and sighs.
“What do I expect from the cold Prince,am sure he is going to ignore me”Mina said inwardly.
She smiled, staring at Rudy’s face when her stomach suddenly rumbled and Rudy looked at her.
“D-did you hear that?” Mina whispered shyly,but Rudy didn’t respond.
He stared at her for some seconds before he said.
“It seems like you’re hungry,”Rudy asked and Mina nodded.
“Why don’t we head to a restaurant nearby and grab something to eat?”Rudy said.
“Okay”Mina muttered.
“Let go”Rudy said walking away and Mina followed him out of the park.

“They are already leaving,we should follow them,”Alex said, walking behind Mina and Rudy,and the students followed her.
Mina kept staring at Rudy’s hand and tried to hold it but was scared if he was going to yell at her.
She closed her and summoned the courage to hold Rudy’s hand.
Rudy felt Mina’s hand gently grasp his own, and he turned to look at her.
Mina’s heart started to race in fear and she quickly let go of Rudy’s hand.
“Am-am so…sorry”Mina said, her voice barely above a whisper as she stared at her feet feeling sad and Rudy sighs.
“You are surely gonna pay for this,Alex,”Rudy said inwardly and grabbed Mina’s hand.
“It’s fine,”Rudy said and Mina’s face lit up with a smile.
A blush rose on Mina’s cheeks as she met his gaze.
“Really?”She asked.
“Yes”Rudy replied and Mina’s heart fluttered in her chest, and she felt a sense of peace wash over her.
They continued to walk down the streets,past shops and cafes, until they reached a small restaurant.
“We should go here,”Rudy said and Mina nodded.
They both entered and the smell of freshly baked bread and simmering sauces filled the air, making Mina’s mouth water.
They sat down at the table and looked over the menu.
They ordered their food and spent the next hour in silence.
Mina doesn’t know how she wanna talk to Rudy and Rudy on the other hand doesn’t seem to care about that.
It seems like he is planning on how to get back at Alex for tricking him.
But as they finished their meal, a shadow walked over their table.
They looked up to see a lady standing there.
“Rudy,”The lady called,her voice shaking as she stared at Rudy closely.
“It really you,Rudy,”The lady smiled, hugging Rudy.
