It’s evident that Maxwell was shocked cos he still stood there stupified, staring awkwardly at the two.
“Fina?!”he said and Serafine broke the kiss, Franklin also moved back and faced him with a blank look.
“Max I can explain……”
“We’ve been kissing for about five minutes now why did you ruin it?”Franklin scoffed and Serafine eyes went wide dramatically.
“How dare you!!!”Maxwell charged after him with a punch but Serafine stepped in quickly.
“Maxwell please…… Just I’ll meet you outside”Serafine said and Maxwell gave Franklin another deadly glare before walking out.
Serafine held her head for a minute like to accumulate what ever just happened and then faced him.
“What was that,why did you suddenly…..kiss me?”Serafine asked seriously.
“But you didn’t kiss me back?”he mumbled and shrugged. Her eyes stayed on him.
She nodded and immediately held his face in her palms and smacked her lips on his.
His eyes widened on their own but his hands already got her waist.
His hands slid slowly down to her hips and he held her there,thier lips still together,her tongue touched his lips softly and he gently pushed her to the wall,he placed his hands on the wall caging her between him,while her hand stayed on his face.
She suddenly broke the kiss and grabbed her bag.
“Now we are even jerk”she muttered and rushed out the office.
He stood there dumb stroke for a while.
The kiss suddenly replayed in his head and he groaned.
“Wrong mission,don’t mess this up Franklin”he mumbled,he pushed his hands into his pocket and walked out.
“Maxwell,it’s not what you think wait up”Serafine yelled behind him and he stopped walking,and faced her.
“It’s fine you probably have a good reason but you don’t need to explain since we aren’t dating,it’s fine”Maxwell said and Serafine sighed.
“For a moment I thought you were mad at me…..why would I even think that?”Serafine said awkwardly,his phone rang and he brought it out,he left her side to pick it and came back shortly.
“Your driver hasn’t gone far right,I was urgently called at the office ,it’s important and I’m needed there”Maxwell said .
“Oh… Yeah it’s fine,he is somewhere around i guess “Serafine shrugged and he smiled and entered his car,he drove off without even a wave.
“He must be in a hurry”she mumbled.
“Or he was just looking for a great way to ditch a lady outside of a dark residence “the voice said behind her,she flinched a bit and turned to Franklin.
“Why are you always on his neck I guess that’s the only reason you kissed me to piss him off? “she mumbled and began walking to the car.
“Why can’t you see it everything about that guy smells fishy”Franklin scoffed and Serafine entered the car and jammed the door loudly.
“Just drive…..”she mumbled almost inaudibly.
He also entered and started the car and awkward silence followed. The drive home suddenly became slow because of the sudden change of weather,it was gonna rain soon.
Anyhow she thought about it she couldn’t possibly forget about the kiss and her cheeks kept getting brighter and brighter at each thought.
The car slowly halted and she came back to her senses,she rushed out the car quickly and went in without sparing him a glance.
Franklin kept staring silently as she ran and when she entered he drove out.
•Underground location•
It’s dark but the dim red lights from the candle glasses gave the room a creepy atmosphere and the sounds of nails clicking on glasses kept echoing through a distance.
“Where is he?”Lady red said,faced Cecile who didn’t have her mask on.
“I don’t know my lady,i told him it was you calling”Cecile said.
“You looking for me my lady?”a familiar voice echoed down to where they sat and someone walked out the shadows , standing in the middle of the dimmed lighted room. His face slowly coming into view……. Maxwell.
“You kept her waiting dimwit!”Cecile snapped and Maxwell glared at her,she went silent.
“I was busy following her orders as told and as it is Serafine trust me so it will be easy to penetrate into her life completely “Maxwell grinned grimly.
The strange woman sat quietly,her mind pondering over her next move.
“My lady?”Maxwell called out.
“ki|| her”She mumbled,her fingers scratching the glasses.
“But how,it won’t be easy and that her new bodyguard is always around her”Maxwell frowned.
“Then find a way ,don’t question me that’s your part to figure out”She snapped and Maxwell nodded obediently.
Cecile smirked.
“And you help him out,I don’t want any mistakes trialing back to us”she said and they both bowed and with that left.
~Next day ~
It’s a Saturday and a peaceful evening just the time Avril agreed to meet over at Guy’s place.
She gave the door a light knock and it was opened immediately by some maids. They bowed slightly and she flashed a smile before going straight upstairs.
Her phone suddenly started ringing in her pants and she brought it out to pick and the same time opening the door with her left hand with the bottle water.
Guy came out from the bathroom that instant, shirtless he was on a baggy pant that barely stayed on his waist showing off little of his masculine waist line.
“Yes dad,I’m here safely,it’s fine am over at Sera’s hou……”she trailed off when she looked up and the phone almost slipped from her hand but she quickly grabbed it mid air.
He gave her a sly smirk and she stared down his whole body shamelessly.
His abs gosh!! Her brain screamed inwardly, Guy coughed and that made her subconsciously turn around.
He smiled and walked closer and she wasn’t aware of it till he leaned his body close to hers and grabbed the bottle from her hands,she gasped and turned around ,but he already moved back a distance.
He uncapped the bottle with a silly smile and gulped down everything handing her back the empty bottle.
“Stop staring that way or who knows you may end up raping me with those eyes”Guy muttered.
“Can you atleast put on a shirt? It’s hard to focus with you….all like that”she said.
“What you don’t like it?”he muttered picking up a shirt lying on the bed end.
“Just put it on,I’m not ready to make kids at this young age”she mumbled and he chuckled.
“That was raw even for me”he winked and she closed her eyes shut,her beating heart racing nervously. What was he doing to her?
“Let’s start, English or Calculus?”Guy asked taking a seat on the sofa,she joined him and began bringing out the notes,alot and lot of books.
“What the…..? Seriously? Did you bring your whole library?”Guy frowned.
“We’re studying right,wanted to bring everything possible “she smiled and opened some books.
|•Finely’s restaurant•|
Dooley sat at a corner searching her phone every minute,she looked a bit nervous in a whole different look.
The restaurant is mostly crowded by teens their age, but the guys there were giving her a different stares that was enough to feel this nervous ,with her floral armless gown and bun styled her,she looked elateral.
“Where the f_ck is he? This was his idea anyway”she scoffed.

Xavier had his two hands in his cargo pants as he walked to Dooley and for a second she forgot how to breathe.
His new bangs really brought out his eyes and the one pierced left ear made him even more charming.
“Did he plan this”Dooley thought staring deeply at him and he had his eyes on her too,he smiled and sat down opposite her.
“Hey”he smiled.
“What happened to come early don’t keep me waiting?!”Dooley said mimicking his tone and he chuckled.
“I didn’t know you’d come this early,sorry”he smiled and she scoffed.
The waiter came to get their orders.
“Didn’t know you could look this segzy in a gown”Xavier said and she felt her cheeks reddening.
“I don’t like it, I just wore it since it’s a date”she said and he nodded.
“You insist on calling it a date”he sighed and she smiled.
“Fine, I’ll agree it’s a date only if you wear dresses like this everyday”he smirked and she shook her head.
“You’re unbelievable”she chuckled,the waiter came back with their dinner and they smiled at eachother before eating from their plates.

“Isn’t that Xavier?”Princeton scoffed, leaning on his car which was parked only few feets from the restaurant and he saw when Xavier walked in.
He took out his phone and captured some clear pictures,he stared at them and his eyes slowly widened in realization.
“What the h*ll,it’s the lecturer lady,he has some explaining to do”Princeton chuckled lightly and pushed his phone back into his demin pants.
Franklin suddenly came down from a car,his two hands in his pocket as he took slow strides to the Princeton ,keeping a blank expression so he wouldn’t be followed.
“Hey dude,one hour ago?”Princeton frowned.
“You asked me to keep safeguard on Serafine,you don’t expect my time to be exact”Franklin scoffed and Princeton laughed.
“We’ve got a problem though, Maxwell,does it ring a bell?”Franklin asked.
“Serafine’s childhood friend?”Princeton replied,his brows furrowed instantly.
“Yeah, he is a spy for sure but don’t know who he’s working for”Franklin said,he also leaned on the car.
“We’ll just have to keep a low watch till then I guess”Princeton said staring back at Xavier.
“Isn’t that Xavier?”Franklin asked.
“Yeah he’s on a date with our English lecturer”Princeton said funnily and Franklin laughed.
“Assh*ole”Franklin muttered and took out his phone.
“No need I did that already”Princeton brought out his and Franklin laughed.
“You’re really crazy”
“He’s gonna lick my feet soon”Princeton smirked.

“Are you sure they are coming honey,you could just go with me to the office the hotel is serving a new dish tonight”Roxie’s mum winked and she groaned.
“No way mum and do what? They are coming, we planned this together so they’ll be here soon”Roxie said,the doorbell rang.
“Looks like they’re here already “Roxie said,she grabbed an apple from the fruit table and took a deep bite before walking to the door.
She opened it slowly and choked on the apple.
“You?” Roxie coughed and Pierre smiled.
“Did I come too early?”he asked.
“Who’s that honey?”Roxie’s mum said walking to the door.
“Mum it’s……”
“Oh… you’re her course mate right?”Roxie’s mum smiled cutting her off and Pierre nodded.
“Looks like you’re in good hands, I’ll leave you two bye baby”She winked and pecked her forehead before rushing out to her car.
Roxie kept standing there staring at him.
“Can I come in?”Pierre asked and Roxie silently walked away leaving the door wide open, Pierre also walked in and shut the door behind him.
“Your house is really nice”he muttered trying to break the ice.
“Thanks,you didn’t come with your girlfriend?”she muttered blankly and he nodded,he was expecting that.
“I’ll get the snacks”Roxie changed the topic, walking away to the kitchen.
“I’ll come help”Pierre said,Roxie ignored him and continued walking,he suddenly noticed what she was wearing,it’s a freaking short bumshort with longsleeve crop top.
He swallowed inwardly watching her a*s move in it.
She opened the freezer and packed out soda cans,he took out popcorns from the shelf and turned around,she moved back at the same time and they bumped into eachother and fell to the floor,with her on top, her lips brushed his softly and her eyes widened.
“Baby girl!”Kitty’s voice ringed from outside and they disengaged quickly and grabbed the snacks on the ground.
“Hey you two come over, we’ve picked a movie”Kitty said they nodded awkwardly and walked separate ways out.

“Rox come seat here”Francecsa tapped a space beside her and Roxie smiled and sat beside her.
“What’s the genre of the movie? No romance please “Simone said beside Kitty.
“Bloody hounds, horror “Chase winked,he was busy connecting his phone to the big screen.
“What?!!”the girls screamed horrifically.
“No way I’m watching that”Francecsa said and sprang up.
“Me too,one of my neighbors had trauma after watching just an episode “Kitty said.
“I was expecting this”Chase chuckled.
“Geez girls it’s not that scary,and besides you have handsomely brave guys to keep you safe”Simone winked.
“Oh please,you couldn’t even watch Wednesday without screaming,you kept hiding your face on my laps”Kitty scoffed and everyone gasped.
“What the h*ll Simone!!”Pierre began laughing with Chase.
“Wait when did you two watch a movie together that I don’t know about?”Roxie asked suppressing her laughter’s.
“Yesterday? We are dating?”Kitty dropped the shell and everyone’s eyes widened.
“Mhen this is crazy!”Pierre chuckled.

Roxie opened the fridge to pack out more packs of popcorn when she heard footsteps.
“Are you following me?”She scoffed and faced Pierre.
“Francecsa said should tell you she was leaving “he said and she nodded.
“What happened earlier…..i”
“I wanna get rid of you in my head so badly,I thought I finally did”she cut him off.
“I doubt you can though”he muttered taking slow steps to were she stood.
She sighed and dropped the soda cans back in the fridge.
“That’s the problem…….I can’t”she muttered.
She suddenly felt his arms caging her to the fridge and she turned to face him.
“Kiss me, I missed your lips so much on mine after that night I’ve been dying to taste it again”he whispered against her lips and like that thier lips collided in a crazy way.
“Hmmm”Roxie Mõ@ɲed into the kiss and he pressed her back more on the fridge grabbing her @zz gently.

It’s either darkness always finds its way anytime she walks out alone or the movie got into her head cos she was sure she saw a shadow following her every move.
For the seventh time she called Xavier but it wasn’t going through,she dailed her dad’s ,it’s the same thing they weren’t picking up.
It’s just few more blocks to her house so she ignored the weird noises and increased her pace,she began hearing the footsteps more clearly and she gulped and began moving faster till she reached where cars kept running on the road.
Like that she crossed the road and the man followed her out of f the shadows unknowingly,he placed a contaminated handkachief on her nose and she fell into his arms.
“Bad idea to think you could run from me after sending me to jail”the tattooed freak grinned wickedly and carried her into a car.
“What the…… Isn’t that your girlfriend? Who is that guy!!”Franklin snapped and Princeton stopped the car,his eyes widened when the mysterious man started the car and drove out speedingly,he already saw them staring.
“The h*ll ,she’s being kidnapped!”Princeton cussed.
