CHAPTER 21⚔️22
They kissed so passionately touching everywhere with no restrictions.
“That was delicious”Charles said after the kiss making Evelyn’s face turned red. It was her first kiss but it seemed like Charles had different kissing experience.
“Is this your first?”asked Charles noticing the uneasiness of Evelyn and she nodded.He gasped in disbelieve.
He couldn’t believe that he got her first kiss.If the kiss was her face then she was probably still a virgin.He fantasized on how he would ene up taking all her first and also make sure he was her last as he wouldn’t share what was his.
Things never remained the same between them after the kiss.They became closer though none of them confessed their feelings but they stayed the way they are unable to define their relationship.
They went to different parks and took pictures.They even went on outings,ate together,drank together but their relationship still didn’t have a name.
It was Sunday and they were home.Normally,Charles do go to the office on Sundays to finish up his work but he stayed back home so Evelyn could rest.
Evelyn was alone in the sitting room feeling bored. Charles was upstairs working on some files and she didn’t want to disturb him.
She decided to go and meet Martins. It had been awhile since they talked because she had always been with Charles.
She got to Martins’s room and knocked on the door.She waited for a while and went in when she heard no response.
“Martins!!!”she called out as she looked around the room.
Martins heard a voice and was thinking if he misheard there was no way Evelyn would be in his room.He wrapped his towel around his waist as he came out of the bathroom.
Evelyn’s mouth hung openas she stared at Martins’s chest.Her eyes were glued to it but she quickly turned back.Due to the speed at which she turned,she missed a step and slipped.
Martins stretched out his hands and caught her by her waist making him lose balance.They both fell to the ground with Evelyn beneath Martins.They stared at each other in shock.
“What the f-__-k is going on here?”yelled Charles making them get out of their shock.
Evelyn pushed Martins away and quickly got on her feet as she stared at Charles who stood at the doorway angrily.
Charles was done with the files and he decided to spend some time with Evelyn.He was sure she would be so bored without him.He checked her room but didn’t see her so he went downstairs and was surprised not to see her there.
“Where is Evelyn?”Charles asked a maid who was working in the sitting room.
“She went to see Martins,sir”said the maid with her head bowed.
His eyes darkened and different thoughts swam through his head as he moved to Martins’s room.He opened the door and his eyes widened as he saw Martins in just towels laying on Evelyn.He shook his head in disbelieve as he stared at them.
“I asked a question!”he roared again and Evelyn flinched.
“It is not what you think,sir”said Martins and Charles hit him on the face making him bleed.
He held his face tightly and whimpered in pain.
“Are you okay,Martins?”said Evelyn as she held Martins making Charles more angry.He didn’t like the fact that she cared about him so much.
Without a second thought he pulled Evelyn out of the room to his study.
“Why the hell did you hit him?”asked Evelyn as soon as they got to the study.
“I will answer that when you tell me what you were doing in his room”yelled Charles and Evelyn calmed down.She was well aware of his anger issues and she wouldn’t want it to worsen.
“It isn’t what you think,Charles.I went there to talk to him and I saw him like that.I wanted to leave but I slipped.He tried to hold me but we fell.”explained Evelyn but Charles wasn’t buying it.
“Really?Do you expect me to believe you?Is this some Indian romance or what?He tried to catch you then you fell??”said Charles hysterically.
“What do you want,Charles?”asked Evelyn. She was getting pissed off already.
“I want a meaningful and truthful explanation.”yelled Charles.
“I already explained,Charles!”yelled Evelyn.She was losing her patience already.
“But I don’t believe you”said Charles angrily.
“Believe it or not but that’s the truth. By the way why are we having this discussion?”asked Evelyn.
“What do you mean by that?”yelled Charles.
“I mean exactly what you heard,Charles.What exactly are we?Are we just in a boss-body guard relationship or more?.Tell me Charles,What are we?”yelled Evelyn rendering Charles speechless.
She was tired of being in a relationship she can’t define.She sometimes get confused and misunderstood their relationship.
She needed a name for it so she could clarify things within her.
