Leroy loosened his hands on Echo’s neck and she fell on her butts. His fingernails made bruises on her neck.
Leroy had already calmed down and his red eyes already turned to normal but then he lost consciousness.
Echo sighed and touched her bruised neck before taking her gaze to unconscious Leroy.
She didn’t even know why but she pitied him. Half of his face was so bloody. She’ve so many rumors about him but she refused to believe them.
Now she was really curious to know why he was this way. Why he hurts himself. Is it really true that he was cursed.
She was thinking about all this forgetting the fact that she almost got ki||ed by this same person she is thinking about.
She crawled to where he was and raised her hand to touch his bloody face. But just as her hand came in contact with it, it burned her hand.
She winced before blowing air on her burnt hand. She stared at Leroy one more time before going.
She didn’t wanna be there when he would be awake so that was why she decided to leave.
As she was walking she got lost. Everywhere was looking so familiar. Out of nowhere Gordon appeared in front of her.
“Who are you” He asked with a frown on his face. Echo was shocked cause of his sudden appearance.
She flinched a little and found it difficult to look up at his face.
“I… I… Jonathan brought….. me here” She replied but she was stuttering as she was talking.
Gordon stared at her intently and she looked like a naive pretty goddess and he wondered what she was doing in the Alpha Castle.
Wasn’t she scared. Her head was down and she was fiddling with her nails. His gaze caught something on her neck. Scratch marks……
He knew who did that. Leroy………
“How did you get this bruises on your neck?” Gordon asked and Echo touched her neck. She wouldn’t lie she was extremely nervous right now.
She was thinking of a lie she would tell. She didn’t even know who Gordon was. She was praying in her mind for Jonathan to come to her rescue.
“Why are you scaring her?” Jonathan voice was heard as he marched to where they were and held Echo by the wrist. It was as if she heard her calling from afar.
“Chill brother she must be your next puppet for you to ki|| next” Gordon said in a mocking tone.
Jonathan glared at him, “You don’t know anything so stay off my business”, Then he turned to Echo, “Let’s go”
And he dragged her away not waiting for her to say anything. He took her back to his room and when they got in, he slammed the door hardly.
“Why were you roaming about in the castle” Jonathan yelled at her and Echo flinched. She hasn’t seen this part of him before and she couldn’t lie, he was scary.
Was that how everyone in the castle was. It got her Wondering.
“I’m sorry for yelling at you” Jonathan apologized when he realized what she had done.
“What did he mean by I would be your next puppet for you to ki||” Echo asked but Leroy ignored the question.
“Don’t leave my room until I say so. The castle is dangerous and I don’t want you getting into trouble” Jonathan said but calmly this to time.
Echo only nodded like an obedient kid but her mind was somewhere else.
Jonathan then saw some red Marks on her neck. They weren’t there before so how come. Someone must have hurt her. That was what his instincts told him.
“How did you get this marks?” He asked as he tried to touch it but Echo flinched back.
She looked away guiltily because she didn’t want to rat Leroy out. But Jonathan knew better. He wanted to confirm but Echo wasn’t ready to talk.
“I know it’s that Beast. How could he hurt you this way” Jonathan said but Echo tried to protest.
“It wasn’t…..” She couldn’t finish her words when he vanished from the room. Now she was regretting why she even left in the first place.
But it wasn’t her fault. She couldn’t ignore the screams she was hearing. Now she remembers, why did Jonathan call him a beast…..
She’ll ask him later.

When Leroy gained consciousness, he teleported himself to his room. The blood on his face already dried. He doesn’t tends to it. It heals on its own.
He had a short bath and changed the clothes he was putting on. Then he remembered the girl from earlier.
The one he almost squeezed the life out of her. She looked like the girl he always sees anytime he closes his eyes.
The moment he saw her when he was having his phrase, he didn’t know why but the urge to ki|| her was so great but her voice quenched that.
When he woke up, he didn’t see her but he could still feel her scent. It was heavenly.
Jonathan appearing into his room make him look up at him. He was staring at him with no expression on his face.
“Why were you trying to strangle her” Jonathan roared. His face was no longer like the nice flirty person he made himself like.
“I don’t know what you’re trying to say” Leroy replied but Jonathan scoffed.
“Don’t play dumb with me” Jonathan said and sped to him grabbing his neck.
Just when his hand made contact with his neck, he flew to the nearest wall without Leroy raising a finger.
“I told you I don’t know what you’re saying so know better and leave my room” Leroy said but Jonathan wasn’t going to listen.
“You’re a beast and people like you deserves to live in misery. I don’t want you going close to her because she would be living in this castle with me” Jonathan gave his last warning before leaving.
Leroy chuckled at Jonathan’s empty thr_@ts. So she was his new fling. Interesting…..

The dark sorceress name was Deepika. She was having her feet massaged by one of her evil shadows and she closed her eyes as she enjoyed the pleasure coming from what the shadow was doing.
A loud thud sounded in the castle making everything im the castle to tumble. Deepika snapped her eyes open as she felt a sudden pain in her chest.
She flicked her fingers and a girl in a long black dress appeared in front of her. That was her daughter.
“How has it been so far?”She asked and the girl knelt in front of her.
“It has been going well mother” The girl said but she felt a lump in her throat and she she coughed it out.
She coughed out blood till her face turned really pale.
“You have no right to call me your mother until you prove yourself Worthy” Deepika yelled and she nodded.
“I understand mo..” She paused when she was about to mention the last words before she coughed out blood once more.
“You have been proving incompetent all these years so now I have a new plan for you” Deepika said and then a shadow came in with a small mirror.
The shadow gave her the mirror and then she Wondered what she was going to do with that.
“This is a magical mirror and not just an ordinary magical mirror but with this you can enter into any place that you wish to enter Even the Alpha Castle” Deepika said and She gasped.
The shadow also handed her a beaded bracelet.
“This bracelet can make you be whoever you wish to be without anyone finding out” Deepika said and she smiled.
She can be whoever she wants to be. She would make sure to make good use of this.
“Thanks Mother” She said and bowed her head.
“I don’t want you disappointing me once more” Deepika said and she made her disappear before ordering the shadow to continue what it was doing before.
The pain she felt in her chest has been happening for the past one year and it was signifying that her time was near.
But if she ki||s the chosen one then she would reverse it all and this her foolish daughter wasn’t making it easy for her.

Godmother was in a garden when the ring in her finger shined very brightly. Enough to blind a normal human being.
She smiled where she was sitting staring at the sky. That bright light from her ring signifies just one thing.
The fate just began. The journey between those two has started and she hopes that it ends on a good note.
