HOSPITAL ROMANCE

Immediately Andra left the office I sat on the down floor not knowing what to do again.
Why is my life like this, I know am a fool for not fighting for our love but she is being to hard for me, what she is dating already or maybe Fate don’t want us together. I stood up and entered my office only to see my secretary turning back to leave.
“What is it”I asked, that was when she turned and saw me standing.
“Umm Sir there is emergency in the children Ward”she said.
“What happened to the child??”I asked.
“Actually she felled at the stairs at school and lost some blood”she explained and left.

When I entered the the ward I could see some nurses and doctor Sam around the child. One of the nurse looked at me in a shocked manner. I recognize her as Andra’s friend. But why is she shocked, not like I care.
I went to the table and wore on my hand gloves before joining them.
I looked at the girl on the sick bed with her eyes closed, I don’t know but I felt bad seeing her on that that. Then I told doctor sam I can do it, let me take care of her, he nodded and left with some few other nurses. I was alone with only two nurses. I started treating the child will see lost just small amount of blood so no need for transfusion.
When I was done I was removing the glove when I heard a cough well the other nurses have left because we were done. I looked and saw the little girl staring at me.
“How are you feeling now”I asked and sat down on the bed
“Am fine, please don’t tell my mom, I don’t want her to be worried” the little girl said.
I smiled at her childish behavior.
“Of course I won’t”I said and touched her chick.
.”what is your name”I asked.
“My name is Angel “she answered
“Wow, what a beautiful name” I said.
“Are you my friend now”she asked her childish question.
“Of course, how old are you”I asked her.
“Am 5 years….” But she was interrupted when Alexandra entered and then she rushed
“Baby are you okay”she asked Angel.
“Mom am fine, I made a friend”she said and pointed at me.
“And he said we are friends already, I isn’t it amazing , isn’t it amazing”she said.
“Of course it is, doctor can we see for some minutes”she said and left, I smiled and followed her.
“What is the meaning of this Freddie, what are you doing with my child”Andra asked me.
“Is that why you called me, I know you h@Ε₯Δ me but that won’t stop me from being nice to any child I want”I said.
“Freddie we don’t need your niceness, just stay away from us please”she said but I ignored her and went inside again where Angel was lying down.
“Are you back already”she asked.
“Yes, I just want wanted to tell you that I will be leaving so don’t fall down again so you won’t make your mother worried”I said and touched her hair.
“Of course I won’t”she smiled.
What a smart girl.
I turned back and saw Andra staring at us but I ignored her and left the ward.

Freddie entered his office thinking about the small girl in the ward when his phone rang, he checked the caller id and it was his dad, he sighed and picked the call.

π±π± Young Man I want to to come over now. He said and hung up.
He already know the reason they want him home.
He entered his car and headed to the mansion, when he arrived he saw his both parents, Lizzy parents and Lizzy also. He don’t need a soothsayer to tell him what was going on.
“Good evening”he greeted and they nodded. He walked to the empty sit and sat down gently.
“Dad you called me why??”he asked.
“Don’t you know what you did, I walked hard to see that you are the best but you just choosed to terminate it”Mr Reyes yelled angrily.
“Don’t yell at him, this isn’t the best way to solve matter”Lizzy’s dad said trying to calm him down.
“Why would you cheat on lizzy with that slut Alexandra”Freddie dad asked.
“Dad Alexandra isn’t a wh-_-re, so I won’t allow you to call her, is this girl you can call that”Freddie said and pointed at lizzy and Lizzy widened her eyes
“What!!!, did you just called my daughter a wh-_-re”lizzy mom asked angrily.
“Yes she is, if she isn’t she won’t force her self to me because all of you clearly know I don’t like her a dime”Freddie said.
“Freddie what have come over you, is it because of Alexandra that came back out of no where”fred mom asked.
“You know what I think this is the perfect place to say this, am not interested in the betrothed stuff anymore”Freddie said shocking the hell out of them.
“What did you just say”his dad asked.
“Am sure you all heard me”Freddie said and stood up and was about to leave.
“Freddie come back here or you will see the bad side of me”his dad said angrily.
“What will be the bad side, will you thr_@ten me again, no matter what you do this time I won’t go back on my world”Freddie said and left.
Lizzy sat on chair crying her eyes out she swore she will make sure no one have him if she don’t.
Freddie entered his car and drove off, not after some minutes his phone rang he saw the id and picked the call immediately.
“Good evening sir”the person greeted.
“Just say it out”Freddie said.
“Ummm about the DNA you requested, I did it and found that you are the father of the child”the person said and Freddie opened his mouth in shock.
Well the time Freddie was in the hospital with Angel he took a strand of her hair to the Lab office to ask for a DNA cos he saw the resemblance in them and now his guess are correct.
“But why did Andrea lied to me”he thought about drove off.

We were done with dinner, Becky was on her phone while Angel was playing game on mine.
“Angel go and sleep tomorrow is school”I said and collected the phone from her.
“But mummy please”her little voice pleaded.
“No,go and sleep so you will wake up early tomorrow”I said and she nodded before running upstairs.
“Becky”I called and she looked up.
“Freddie saw Angel”I said and she nodded.
“I saw him too so”she answered.
“Am worried about him knowing so I lied to him that the baby isn’t his”I said.
“What!!! Andra you are going to far in this, I know you h@Ε₯Δ him but think about Angel too she needs a dad in his life don’t be selfish”Becky yelled and I became speechless not knowing what to say.
“See Andra just tell him okay, even if you won’t end up together let him know you have his daughter”Becky said and touched me. Immediately we heard a knock on the door.
“Are we expecting anyone this night”I asked and she shaked her head negatively.
I stood up and went and opened the door.

What is Freddie doing here, how did he even know my apartment.
“What are you doing here by this time”I asked but he just smirked.
“Is that how to welcome your baby daddy”
