Emilia was at home making some foods which she will of course serve her husband when he returns before engaging in a discussion with him then trying to ask for his forgiveness for what she did.
“Maybe he will eat my food and maybe not, but that’s if he is still too upset with me” She muttered as she was preparing the food.
“But am sure he will eat, he is not that upset with me, at least he has to understand that it was for the love I have for him that made me do it” she continues talking to herself as she’s preparing the meal.
“But I don’t understand, if Elisa was saying the truth then why is he not upset with Dean? Dean is not a good friend, a friend that requested to sl.eep with his wife before helping him…? but I should keep that aside for now” Emilia concluded saying then fully concentrated on her cooking.
Not long John cane back with his car and as usual Ivar ran out of the house to meet his dad.
“Daddy!” Ivar shouted as he rushed John, then John lifted him up the sky and kept him on the car with no smile on his face and then entered the house to meet Emilia.
Though little Ivar didn’t sense anything wrong but was only laughing that his dad kept him on the car.
“Emilia!!! Emilia!!” Emilia heard John shouting her name and she was shocked.
John wasn’t even this angry when he left, now that he has returned, he should be calm already not even more angered.
Hearing him scream like that for the first time, Emilia knew that John is very upset so she rushed out of the kitchen to see him at the living room.
But getting there, she was shocked to see John carrying her bag of clothes and some of her things are already outside.
“John! what… what are you doing? you are still upset with me? believe me am so sorry” Emilia said with her knees on the ground begging for mercy.
“Dean is not a good person, he said the only thing I can do for him to help is to sl.eep with him, I have no choice because they have already planned to send you to li.fe imp.rison.ment”
“And I love you so much! I can’t standby and do nothing, am sorry John! it wasn’t intentional!” Emilia begged with a loud voice as John was still seriously tak.ing all her belongings out of the house.
“John please stop! am begging you! stop it! where the he.ll do you want me to go!” Emilia screamed and grabbed the last bag which he is about to throw out of the house.
“Maybe you can go back to the gue.st house where you were working before I met you!” John said leaving Emilia in shock wondering how he get to know about that.
She slowly removed her hand from the bag which John was trying to throw outside and John easily throw it out.
“Of course you are shocked? no! don’t be” John said to her as she began to shed unlimited tears.
“Who told you that? there is only one person who could tell you that! I know Elisa did this” Emilia said with tears in her eyes.
“Why does it matter who told me?” John asked as he took in a heavy breath and then unlocked his phone and began displaying pictures to her as evidence.
“You know I was wondering how I could live with you for 6yrs, and you didn’t tell me about this!?” John asked as he folds his arms then Emilia waves her head in a guilty expression.
“Am sorry John, you can’t understand, if I have told you, you couldn’t have married me” Emilia responded.
“But now am divo.rcing you?” John replied.
“John you don’t understand! there is no one in my shoes that will tell her partner about such a past because it’s even a past that I regretted! it’s my past John, I have changed because of you” Emilia said as she managed to wipe off her te.ars
“It’s my past am telling you, but I changed for good to become a good wife for you, apart from Dean’s case I have never che.ated on you before, I can swe.ar it!” Emilia said with a loud voice and in tears.
“Wh@ťěver! am tired of your li.es, I can’t predict you anymore, you just have to lea.ve that’s the fact” John responded then Emilia wipes off her tears boldly.
“I will leave, but have it in mind that I did what I did for you, nothing can change that, other women out there could just lea.ve you to ro.t in ja.il and then they will take over everything you have worked for but I didn’t”
“And again, am leaving with my son Ivar, am not leaving him behind” Emilia said leaving John laughing at her like a mor.on
“Of course? who are you going to leave that bas.tar.d for? you are of course leaving with him” John responded and this shocked Emilia the most because John have loved and never cared less for Ivar before, what’s really going on?
“You are shocked too? nah…! don’t be, you and I knows that Ivar is not my child! you brought him to me and cla.imed that I am the fat.her and meanwhile am not” John responded.
“John what are you talking about? Ivar is your child! I can swe.ar it! I accept everything but Ivar is your child, we can do a DNA test to confirm it!” Emilia boldly said.
“DNA test? okay do you still have your wo.mb? I mean is your womb still okay?” John asked leaving Emilia startled.
“Of course it’s working!” Emilia responded.
“Then why haven’t you been able to bear another after Ivar? the boy is 6yrs old, so can you explain?” John asked but Emilia was silent because even she doesn’t know why.
But she was comfortable about it for the past few years because John himself said that he needed just a child.
“You don’t know…? DNA done! lea.ve my house right away” John shouted positing outside for her and with tears in her eyes she’s set to leave.
“I know the reason why you are sen.ding me away? I know Elisa is behind this! but trust me, you are making a great mistake sending Ivar away” Emilia said and left the house.
Packed up her belongings with tea.rs and as well took Ivar along, heading to nowhere because she has no home so she has no destination in mind but she have got someone to live for. Ivar.
