He could hear Rhema steps getting closer and
Ariel turning in anticipatuon to stab her the
knife.
He quickly pull her into his arms, hugging her
from behind.
His hand slowly wrapped round her waist as he
relaxed his chin on her shoulder.
“Naksu” he whispered and Ariel felt a wave of
electric shock run all over her body.
Ariel eyes went shut and flipped open returning
normal.
She gasped seeing Gavin hand round her waist.
“What the f-__-k is he doing?“
“What is happening?“
Just when she wanted to drag his hand away,
she find a knife in her hand and her jaw
dropped again as she drop the knife
immediately.
“Let go of me, jerk” she gritted freeing her self
from him.
Rhema finally got to the place and met the two
of them facing each other, just two between
them.
“What are they doing?“
“Why are they standing there together?“
Are they getting into each other?, but he is her
crush” she thought sadly and move closer to
them.
“Ariel?“ She called tapping her from behind.
“Ariel quickly turned to see Rhema and pulled
her into a hug.
Gavin walk away pocketing his hand.
“What happened?, why is he…oh my God!!“ She
exclaimed when saw a knife on the floor.
“I don’t know Rhema, something is wrong with
me, why is everyone accusing when I did
nothing wrong?, I was with you through out,
why will Mrs Nick call my name before falling
from the third floor, why will I want to push
Drew and make him lost his memory, why will I
visit Miss Mayor?“ She cried and Rhema forced
her into a hug.
“Hey,calm down okay, Maya can be lying, you
know she will take every opportunity to get back
at us” Rhema pat her.
“She can’t be lying, dont you notice how Miss
Mayor screamed when she saw us?, don’t you
feel how uneasy she was when we are in the
office with her?“ Ariel said as more tears stream
down her face.
“Hey, best friend stay with each other in bad
and good conditions right?“ Rhema said as she
pat Ariel’s back soothingly.
“Am here, till everything ends, I will be here
always” Rhema said but her mind drifted to
how she may Ariel and Gavin earlier.
She just wipe the thought off and missed Ariel’s
cheek, wiping her tears.
“Am always here bestie, now wipe your tears, let
go to the class, we will find out what’s wrong
way you later, I promise” she said as she
entwined their hands and begin to drag her
away.

be this nice, then, who was that, looking like a

She has to get to the root of this matter before it
get out of hand, how can Ariel be attacking

First it was Drew, she thought it might just be
misunderstanding, then her, Now Mrs Nick is
gone?, if this continues, and they kept hearing
her name,they might just suspend her from the
school, or even expell her.
She might be a headache student, but she can
also testify, she is one of her most brilliant
student and she won’t lie, she likes her.
You know there is a saying, that says; people

the people you love and cherished most.
Maybe visiting her grand dad might help,
though she believes in history and spirits unlike
Maya who won’t even want to listen.

Lisa pace tho and fro in the room.
“I saw the news, three people died today, just
like that, one jump from a sky scraper,
screaming why did you push me, the other seem
to be forced to main road where car hit him and
the other was a woman who seem to be
forcefully pushed into Seoul sea” Terri
explained as he ruffled his hair in confusion
too.
“And do you know who they are seeing?,
humans can’t even still see in the camera, the
yimo is using that girl’s face, the one who
brought idea of breaking the pole, two people
close to the man who fell from the sky scraper
said, the man kept shouting, young lady don’t
do this” Diyane added.
“What do we do?, only Gavin knows the
answers to this.
“There is only way to get rid of the yimo, since it
took a human body again and that way is…”
Terri trailed off making Lisa and Diyane face
him.
“Yes?, say it punk, say it. If he finishes the
humans, he will be coming for us, and by then
he might be too powerful” Lisa said as she
grabbed Terri’s neck l, choking him.
He finally managed to say it and their eyes
widened.

Ariel and Rhema stepped out of the hospital,
holding a result in their hand with an unknown
expression.
“The Doctor said you are fine, then what could
have gone wrong?“ Rhema asked palmimh her
forehead.
“I can’t be fine, am having nightmares, feeling
strange also, sudden headache, am, even
glowing, didn’t you notice that?“ she rushed her
word like she is running crazy.
“Hey, hey,calm down, I think I should get home
my self, you are in your right state mind”
Rhema cried.
“Who knows, maybe am running crazy” she
cried palming her face.
Rhema stopped a cab and they both stepped in.
They got to their apartment and she walked
Ariel in.
“You should have a nap” she cooed.
She make sure Ariel doze off before she left.

Gavin sat down as he kept thinking thoroughly,
His brows creases together in anger.
The yimo words ringed in his head.
She is the caused all this, she is the root of all
this, maybe he should watch her suffer before
he find solutions?.
She was so desperate then, she was also
troublesome and brought the yimo to life then,
now she did again.

Ariel yawned and sit up.
She palmed her face as everything replayed in
her head like movie.
She freshened up and walk to out to meet
Gavin.

He was telling her something, and the next thing

butterflies and shock and she was holding a
knife, he have a lot to explain to her.
She wore her flipflop and walk to his door step.
She place a knock on his door and this time
around he is the one who opened the door.
He walk in without any signal of him ushering
her in.
She just sigh and walk in.
She sat on the couch keeping an unknown
expression.
“Um, Gavin” she called looking down.
Gavin smacks his lips and look away.
She didn’t even change a bit.
“What!“ He answered rudely.
Ariel was supposed to feel angry, the old her
won’t even approach him, even if he has a
heavenly look.
“You were saying something earlier but
something happen righy?, do you really know
what’s wrong with me?“ She asked with a
pleading face.
Gavin wanted to ignore her and tell her to just
leave, he isn’t just mad at her that she
mistakenly freed the yimo but he has his
personal reasons.
“Well, Miss Ariel, you have dark energy in
you…not just any, but the most dangerous of
them all, the most selfish one, he won’t stop at
anything until he clear the human reigns” he
said and fear settled down in Ariel’s tummy.
“Huh?“ She asked with a shivering voice.
“Yes, you broke the pole I use to seal it and now
it in your body” he said looking elsewhere.
“The pole” she asked her eyes widened.
“Was it that dark smoke that remove?“ She
asked again and he nod.
Fear gripped Ariel, no wonder it was making
strange and scary noises.

body too?“ She asked

past” he said and Ariel face creased.
“My blood?, past?“ She asked again and Gavin
nod.
“What are you saying?“ She asked getting
angry.
“Hey, if you want to get angry, make sure you
go out first okay, and be careful with your
mood, it take advantage of your bad mood” he
warned and Ariel’s eyes widened.
Now she get it, first she was mad at Maya and
she nearly died, she don’t know how she
survived though, then Drew and he nearly died
too, Mrs Nick too?“
He use your face to ki|| and do evil now, and
yesterday, he use you too, that’s why you were
with a knife” he added and Ariel gasped.
“Um, who are you?, how come you knew about
all this?“ She asked
“And what name did call me yesterday?“ She
rushed.
“Who am I doesn’t matter, you will find out
soon, and for the name, forget about it” he said
frostily.
Ariel couldn’t get the fear off her mind.
“Here” he said and hand switched on the news.
Ariel watch the news with keen interest.
Tears begin to gather in her eyes as she watch
the news.
What the heck is this?, what is happening?,
what has she gotten her self into? Is he even
saying the truth?.
“If all this is true, then how does one get rid of
the yimo” she asked gulping down nothing
Gavin sighed and rolled his eye balls.
“Well there is only one way” he said and back
her.
“By ki||ing the person whom the yimo stays in
his or her body”
