Snowy slowly stepped on her toes and she placed her lips on his.
Starr’s eyes widened.
Before he could even reciprocate she broke the kiss… It was more like a short peck on the lips.
“I heard warm kisses and pecks helps relieve stress, so… I wanted to help, you look tired.” Snowy said pressing her lips tightly as she stared at her feets as if there was something interesting about it which she was just noticing.
Starr bent slightly to see her face and he chuckled.
“So, that’s your new way of stealing kisses?” He asked and she shook her head shyly.
Bursted!
“I… Don’t know what you’re talking about… I can go from here. Goodnight!” She waved at him before running off, grinning all the way.
Starr smiled as he stared at her till she was gone. His hand still inserted in his pockets.
He suddenly began hearing a loud thumping sound and he needed no one to tell him it was the sound of his heartbeat.
He exhaled before taking his hand to his chest and his smile widened.

<SNOWY’S ROOM>
Snowy rushed into the room and slammed the door behind her. She rested her back on it.
“Geez Snowy! Why did you do that? How are you gonna face him now?” She whispered.
Her heart was beating loudly in her chest and she couldn’t help but touch it.
She could feel those flutters in her heart and the elated butterflies jumping excitedly in her stomach as she reminisced that short moment.
The feeling of his lips on her, she grinned, running to the bed and she laid flat on it with her gaze facing the ceiling.
“His lips is so soft.” She said and covered her face as her cheeks flushed red.
She immediately slapped herself on realising what she was thinking.
She should be thinking what she should do if he was mad, but here she was fascinating over the whole thing.
“Get a grip and think Snowy.” She said but the images of her lips on his won’t stop resurfacing in her head.
“I’m going crazy! Ahh!” She rolled on the bed, screaming in excitement like a teenager in love, which she was.

<CLARKE’S MANSION>
Aubrey was seen eating alone in the dining room. Her parents weren’t yet back from work and she still hasn’t made things up with Pierce.
She was contemplating if she should be the one to apologize or him?
She suddenly heard footsteps and she turned to see Pierce descending the stairs, she returned to her food. She was actually eating cornflakes coz that’s the only thing she knew how to prepare.
Pierce walked past her and went into the kitchen, soon she began hearing sounds of the kitchenwares, followed by an aroma of a pleasant meal…. Pancake!
Her eyes widened… ‘Wait, no… Don’t tell me, that smell is coming from the what he’s preparing?’ she thought.
They didn’t have cook as Pierce mom does the cooking. The only maids they had do the cleaning in the house.
Aubrey immediately abandoned her cornflakes for the kitchen. Just as she thought, he was really the one preparing the pancake.
“Wow.” She muttered staring the pancake in a plate, he was preparing another one.
“What are you doing here?” Pierce asked instead and she almost scoffed.
Here is someone she was expecting an apology from.
“Seems like you prepared something nice, never knew you could cook.” she said and Pierce scoffed.
“There are many things you don’t know about me.” He said and she rolled her eyes uninterestedly.
She stood there and watched him finished with the other pancake and he set the table for only himself.
Aubrey scoffed.
“Uh huh?” She thought after all this waiting, she was gonna get something.
“What?” He asked.
“Don’t me you’re the only one going to have that! What about me?” She asked and Pierce scoffed.
“I thought you were avoiding me? And also, I made it for myself. If you need one, go into the kitchen.” Pierce said and she glared at him.
She sat back in her seat and picked up her spoon to continue her cornflakes while her eyes was in the pancake Pierce was eating.
Knowing that, Pierce made sure to make the pancake enticing as possible.
“Delicious… Wow… You should given a badge for best cook.” He said as he ate and Aubrey wouldn’t stop glaring at him.
His phone suddenly began ringing and he picked up the phone on the table.
“Hello…” He said, standing up with the plate and phone.
He began walking away and Aubrey who sat at the chair at the end, stylish kept her leg in the way and he ended up falling.
“$h|t!” He cussed, as he fell.
She grinned and ran to save the pancake.
“You wench! Get back here!” He screamed as he began chasing Aubrey who ran into her room with pancake.
“Come back here!”

<CUPID HIGH SCHOOL>
Snowy had her eyes buried in her phone as she stared at Starr’s photo which she took without his notice. She couldn’t help the blush that stained her cheeks.
She wasn’t even looking at where she was heading and she almost bumped into someone but the person poke her forehead, pushing her backward.
She looked up.
“Pierce??” She called with a grin, and Pierce raised his brows.
“You look super excited today…” He said and his gaze went down to her phone and a frown appeared on his face on seeing Starr’s pic.
“How did you get this?” He asked but Snowy smiled, putting her phone aside.
“A secret.” She grinned and Pierce scoffed. The two began walking to the class.
“That’s right. You promised you were gonna tell me all you knew about Starr.” She said and Pierce raised his brows as he stopped walking.
He turned to her.
“Did I?” He asked and Snowy nodded.
He shook his head.
“I remember clearly, I never promised you. You just assumed I did.” Pierce smirked and Snowy slapped his shoulder.
“I should have knew you weren’t gonna keep to your promise.” She scoffed and he laughed.
The two walked into the class before going to their separate seats.
“Good morning Starr.” Snowy greeted Starr and he nodded with a smile.
“Good morning.” He replied and she smiled sweetly, she never expected the reply.
She turned to her front only to see Aubrey and Rayne grinning.
“What?”
“You finally got your shot.” Rayne said and Snowy tucked her hair behind her ear.
“I don’t know what you’re talking about.” She said and Aubrey hit her shoulder.
“Of course you know. Tell us how.” She persuaded and Snowy chuckled.
“Hey, this isn’t your seat. Return to your seat.” Snowy scolded but Aubrey shook her head.
“Tell us!”
“Tell us!”
“They’re sure having good time.” Baby said as she stared at Snowy and her friends.
She turned to her friends who didn’t reply her. They were also staring at Snowy and her friends and they looked as if they were brooding.
She sighed. Guess she’s the only one mentally stable here.
The teacher walked into the class shortly and the lesson for the day began.

The lessons went on from minutes to hours. Hours turned into days and days turned into weeks and weeks into months and it was already a week to exam in Cupid High and everyone had their heads buried in their books.
“So like a dream. Exam week is next week, seriously?” Rayne cried as they walked to cafeteria.
“Such is life baby.” Aubrey said and they sighed.
“You don’t seem bothered Snowy.” Rayne said.
“Why should she be? She’s ben studying with Starr for months. They’ve even become very close that I’m jealous.” Aubrey pouted and they laughed.
“C’mon guys. I promise Starr that I was gonna get 90% and above in the maths exam so I have to study. Trust me, it’s only maths. I’m likely to fail other subjects.” She said and they scoffed.
“As if.” Aubrey said.
“Right. Exactly thing she said when we write the physics test. “Rayne, I didn’t do well, I’m surely gonna fail this physics test.”, And result came out, what did she score, 19/20. She could have even passed Starr.” Rayne said and Snowy chuckled.
“But seriously, I didn’t read for that physics test.” Snowy said.
“Yeah we know, miss genius. Geez, I need to practice for the end of the term interschool competition.” Rayne said and Aubrey nodded.
“Me too.” She said and Snowy smiled.
“Good for you guys. I’ll do a great job cheering you all.” She said and they laughed.
They got to the cafeteria and their eyes met with the B³ who were seated in their usual spot.
“Come to think of it, do any of you notice that the 3BEES have been unusually quiet the whole time?” Aubrey asked and they nodded.
“I noticed.” Snowy nodded.
“I wonder what they’re planning. It’s unlikely of them.” Rayne said and they nodded.
“Wh@ťěver, let’s just place our order.” Snowy said and they nodded as it got to their turn.
They got their order and Snowy left with hers in a nylon. She was gonna eat with Starr.
“Bye guys!” She waved at Aubrey and Rayne before walking out of the cafeteria with the nylon containing the snacks she bought.
Rayne sighed looking at her.
“She’s really luck, right?” Aubrey asked and Rayne nodded.
“Snowy is a sweet girl. She amazes me.”
“I wish everyone’s love life could be the same.”
Rayne phone suddenly dinged and she smiled seeing the message.
She began replying.
Aubrey scoffed.
“She definitely has a boyfriend whom she won’t say anything about.” Aubrey muttered as she began eating her food.
“Did you say something?”
“No!”

<SCHOOL’S GARDEN>
Snowy walked into the garden and she could see Starr in his favourite spot, seated with a textbook some other books were beside him on the chair.
She tiptoed towards him in other not to make a sound and he seemed not to be aware of her presence until she appeared in his front.
“Boom! Tada!” She squealed showing him the snacks in the nylon.
Starr chuckled.
“You’re late.” He said as she sat down.
“Maybe I should go and try coming back earlier.” She said and they both laughed.
“You’re not using my words against me right now.” He said and she smiled.
“Maybe.” She said as she opened the snacks.
“Here.” She handed him a burger and apple juice, and she had hers.
They began eating as the stared at the garden.
