I gasped and covered my mouth with my Palm
to prevent me from screaming.
Was this real?
The lines…… they were double.
And according to Anita, it was….. positive?
I don’t mean, I don’t know whether to feel happy
or….. Gosh.
Like….. pregnant?
Carrying a baby in me?
Hex’s baby?
“Amber, Betty is here”I heard Anita said from my
room.
“Am coming”I said and picked the test tube and
rushed out.
“Did it show positive?” That was the first
question Anita asked me and I sighed.
“Yes”I said.
“What are you people talking about” I heard
Betty voice.
“Amber is pregnant for boss”Anita told her.
“Wooow, is it true babe”she asked and I showed
her the test tube.
“Gosh, I can’t wait to be called auntie, common
let go to the hospital and be sure” she said and
pushed me to the bathroom.
I removed my clothes and stand naked in front
of the bathroom mirror.
How will hex feel when I tell him am pregnant
for him.
Will he reject the baby, and say his not ready.
Gosh am so scared.
“He will be happy” I assured my self.
I looked at my tommy and touched it. I can’t
believe there is a baby in here.
I will surprise him maybe the main check up, I
will go and buy a segzy clothes and break the
news to him.
I just wish he will be happy.
I on the shower and started bathing after I was
done I tied my towel and came out.
“I thought you where going to sleep there” Betty
said and I smiled.
“Hurry up and lets go, I have already selected
the clothes you will like to wear” she said and
showed me the clothes I will wear, it was just a
simple gown.
I wore the clothes and she applied me some
make up. I told her I don’t like makeup but she
insisted that she will do it. I have no choice than
to accept.

“Congratulation miss you are two weeks
pregnant” the doctor said.
“Thank you doctor”I smiled.
“I will give you some drugs to take antacids,
alginates and sucralfate”he called out as if I can
know the meaning of the drug.
He prescribed for me the drugs and handed me
a file, maybe is my pregnancy results.
We thanked him, paid and left.
“Betty do you know any store where they sells
segzy clothes”I asked.
“Of course yes D VICTORIA SWEETIES”she said.
“Please take me there” I pleaded.
“Wait don’t tell me you plan on seducing Boss”
she asked and my cheeks turned red.
“Maybe is the best way to announce the news to
him”I tried reasoning her.
“Is not maybe but is the best, common enter the
car and let go shopping”she screamed like a
mad person.
Gosh this girl will not ki|| me, she behave like
Natacha. Wait Natacha, I have not called her
since I came to this Italy.
I quickly brought my phone, called her and she
picked up immediately.
“Amberrrrr”she screamed almost blocking my
ear drum.
“Gosh Natacha, did you want to make me deaf”I
said.
“Sorry, is just am surprise you called, seems you
have forgotten me so fast”I could hear sadness
from her voice.
“Am sorry Natacha, is not what you think I will
never forget my best friend”I said and Betty
looked at me immediately.
“Ummm, so how are you, I know Hex is taking
good care of you”she said and I smiled.
“Of course, how is auntie Elena”I asked.
“She is fine”
“I just called to check up on you, I will be cutting
the….”
“Wait! Wait!” She interrupted me.
“Can I ask you a question??”she asked
“Go on”I said.
“Ummm, is Williams okay”she asked surprising
the hell out of me.
“Wait, this is the question you wanted to ask
me”I asked surprised.
“Just tell me okay”she said.
“He’s fine, okay”I said and I heard her took a
deep breath.
“Okay bye”she said and cut the call
immediately.
What is up to her.
“She is your best friend”I heard Betty voice.
“Yes, she is my best friend and like a sister to
me “I answered and noticed that her face
changed immediately.
“Then what am I to you, I thought I was your
best friend?”she said and I smiled by her silly
question.
“Is it bad to have two best friends?”I asked back
and she smiled.
“Betty you are my best friend too, I just wish
Natacha was here, the three of us will be the
best three”I said and she smiled.
We finally arrived at the big store and entered.

We were doing with the shopping, we entered
the car and drove back to the mansion.
When we arrived. Betty told me she wil be going
home to take some rest.
I entered the mansion and saw Anita sitting on
the couch in the sitting room.
“What did the doctor said” she said
immediately.
Why is she rushing me, she can’t even allow me
to sit down.
“He said am two weeks pregnant”I told her.
“Wow, I know Boss will be happy when break
the good news to him” she smiled.
“I wish so, but didn’t tell him, I plan on surprising
him this night”I said.
“I dear not tell him” she said and I nodded and
went inside.
Gosh I had a stressful day today. I entered the
bathroom and took my bath.
I came out of the bathroom with towel around
my body. When I heard a knock.
“Come in”I said thinking it was Anita but behold
it was jasper.
He smirked when he saw me in just towel.
“What are you doing here and how did you get
in here”I questioned at once.
But he smirked looking at me in lust.
“Please can you leave, I want to wear my
clothes”I said again.
“And if I don’t leave, what are you gonna do?”he
questioned.
“Please just leave, I don’t even know how you
came in to this mansion”I said.
“I must say Henry is really enjoying, maybe
today is my day to enjoy too”he said and I
looked at him in confused manner.
“What are you talking about” I asked scared
already.
“You will know very soon hon”he said and
started moving closer to me.
I moved back ward till my back hit the wall.
“You will never run away from me this time” he
said with a smirk on his face.
“Please don’t do this to me”I pleaded and he
laughed.
“Do what to you, did you know since I have been
wanting to see you in my bed, but guess what
you choose the dumb Henry over me, but that’s
not my business. I must have my way today”he
said and forcefully kissed me.
I was about breaking the kiss and giving him a
dirty slap when the door opened and I was
Henry.
He was looking at us in a scary face.
“What did you two think you are doing”he asked
angrily and jasper smirked.
