“What did you just say”. Jemimah questioned.
“I.. I mean”.
“Did you just call me a numbskull?” Jemimah
said which got Jackson relieved.
“Thank God she didn’t heard me”. Jackson said
inwardly.
“I asked you a question”. Jemimah repeated.
“Yes, of course you are a numbskull”. Jackson
said while trying to lay back on the bed.
“Really, if I am a numbskull then you are a
Jackass”. Jemimah said and she stood up from
the chair.
“A jackass, me?” Jackson said.
“Yes”. Jemimah said, she stuck out her tongue
and ran out of the room.
Jackson just found himself smiling, realising
that, he immediately slap himself to wake
himself up from the dream he is about to go to.
“But.. she’s cute”. Jackson said.

Rose had called Amara to help her with
something overnight, she had actually refused
but since Rose had the upper hand, she had no
choice but to come over with some of her
belongings.
“Amara, go get me some juice in the fridge”.
Rose said and Amara nodded.
“She always have something or another to send
me to do, well I have no choice but to agree”.
Amara said.
She was going back to Rose’s room when she
spotted Ellis at the balcony, she immediately
went to drop the juice and come to the balcony.
” Hi”. Amara said when she got there.
“Hello, what are you doing here this night”. Ellis
said shocked to see her in his house.
“Umm actually, Rose had summoned to help her
with somethings”. Amara said.
“This night?” Ellis said.
“No overnight”. Amara said.
“What, and you couldn’t refuse why”. Ellis said.
“I had to moreover my parents have no issue
with me coming here”. Amara said.
“Hmmm, okay”. Ellis said.
“Umm what are you doing here at the balcony”.
Amara said.
“To receive some fresh air I think”. Ellis said.
“Yeah, the air is cool tonight. Oh look at that
moving star”. Amara said pointing at the sky.
Ellis began to laugh upon hearing that, Amara
looked at him a weird expression.
“What’s funny”. Amara asked.
“Am sorry but it is not a moving star”. Ellis said
while trying to calm his laughter.
“Then what’s it”. Amara said looking back at the
sky.
“It is a satellite, it is called a satellite”. Ellis said.
“Oh, satellite”. Amara said.
“Yes a satellite”. Ellis said gazing back at the
sky with a smile on his face.
Amara stared at him, she smiled upon seeing
his cute smile. Ellis saw this and she quickly
acted like nothing happened.
“Why were you looking at me”. Ellis asked.
“Uhn nothing”. She tried walking away but Ellis
held back her hand which sent shivers to her
spine.
“What’s wrong, did I hurt you”. Ellis said trying to
check if he hurt her.
“No not at all”. Amara said and she quickly ran
off the scene.
“What happened”. Ellis thought.
√ Next day~ Lucy’s house√
Lucy just woke up when she heard her phone
ringing, she rubbed her eyes well to see who the
caller is and it turns out to be Alexander.

📞: How was your night.
📞: Fine and yours.
📞: Good, hope I didn’t disturb your sleep.
📞: No, not all. Thanks for caring.
📞: Always welcome, I will be expecting you in
college today okay?

Lucy finally hang up the call and went to take
her bath, when she was done she saw her mom
in her room.
“Morning mom”. Lucy greeted.
“Who’s the boy”. Mrs Queen asked.
“Which boy”. Lucy asked wriggling her brows
“The one you just finished talking to”. Mrs
Queen replied.
“Oh, he is my friend”. Lucy answered.
“Hmmm okay, get ready fast and come
downstairs to eat”. Mrs Queen said.
“Ok mom”. Lucy said and her mom went out of
the room.

Alice arrived at the school, she wanted to go
inside her class and someone pulled her.
“Olivia?” Alice said.
“Why did you do that”. Olivia asked.
“What.. what did I do”. Alice said.
“You know that I love him right so why did you
snatch him away”. Olivia said.
“I didn’t snatch him away, it’s was true love”.
Alice said hoping it will convince her but it
didn’t.
“True love you say, what is fake love I had for
him then. Listen you will have to leave him for
me or rather you will have to choose between
him and me, the choice is yours”. Olivia said
and walked away.
“Adam or you?” Alice thought.

Jemimah told Jackson to go on that she will
come meet him, Jackson was on his way when
Rose came to him.
“Good morning Jackson”. Rose greeted her.
“Morning”. Jackson said not looking at her.
“Have missed you, I was really expecting you”.
“Really”. Jackson said.
They will still busy discussing when Jemimah
dragged him out of there to a corner.
“What was that”. Jackson asked.
“I should be the one asking you that question”.
Jemimah fired back.
“What did I do, I was only talking with her and
you came out of nowhere and dragged me, why
did you do that”. Jackson said.
“Because I don’t want you besides her or with
her”. Jemimah said and Jackson glared at her
surprisingly.
“Why”. Jackson said and Jemimah couldn’t give
an answer.
