Tommy sprang up to his feet when he heard the thunder clasp again. This time, his eyes were wide open
“f-__-k” he cursed, rubbing his eyes with a towel
“Tommy? You awake?” Wayne asked sleepily, his eyes were barely open
“I thought I went back to… ” Tommy wanted to say but his voice trailed off
He remembered how he drank heavy liquor and got drunk and slept in Wayne’s room to rest
“Wayne, permission to sleep here…my room is chilly due to the rain and Apple doesn’t want to come by…. She’s just mad at me” Lucas uttered as he entered Wayne’s room, closing the door
“What? Rain?” Tommy scream, running out of the room straight to Cassano’s room
“Cassano!” Tommy shouted his name immediately he opened the door but met greater shock
“CASSANO!!” Tommy shouted harder, running to him
“Let me go! I keep on seeing her” Cassano growled glaring at Tommy who moved in between Emily
She was coughing and already spitting out blood
“S…sir?” Emily managed to say and immediately her voice echoed inside his head, Cassano let go of her panting heavily
Emily moved back, crawling to the wall. She was shivering… Not because of the cold but because she narrowly escaped death
Tommy helped Cassano to the bathroom and the splash of water could be heard

Cassano sat on the bed. Emily was still there but she already got rid of the poisoned food
Staring at Cassano who already laid on the bed, she stood up walking to him
Already, Tommy already left the room to sleep since he was still feeling sleepy

“I know that it’s non of my business but I need to ask why you aren’t sleeping by this time of the night” Tommy asked after he and Rusty collided
Rusty scoffed
“And you think I’ll be able to answer that when you’re also awake?” Rusty replied with a cold voice as always

Tommy hissed
“It will be a good thing if you stop crossing my part Tommy snarled but Rusty wasn’t moved…instead, he smirked
“I will what you just said” Rusty murmur with a smile that didn’t reach his eye
“A bad guy trying to be good” Rusty added with a frown plastered on his face
Tommy snarled.
“You should mind your tongue!” Tommy yell
“I will and also, I’ll pretend that I didn’t see this but…. One suspicious move from you will cost you, your life. I didn’t say that it might cost your life but will because I will finish you off” Rusty said with a smile…. More like a thr_@t or warning
“Are you thr_@tening me right now?” Tommy glare
“Both. It’s late… I’ve worked enough. See you tomorrow and don’t forget to dream about Mandy….you must feel taunted” Rusty said walking out
Tommy glare at the image of Rusty till he was out of sight. He sigh, walking away too… To his room
