and her eyes widened as she felt bitterly stirred up in her tummy, she was shocked for a moment, not expecting the kiss. But then she relaxed into it, enjoying the feeling of his lips on hers.
The kiss was soft and gentle, and it made her feel safe and secure. She closed her eyes and savored the moment. But then, just as suddenly as it had started, it ended. She opened her eyes and saw that he was looking at her, his eyes filled with emotion.
“What’s wrong?” she asked, concerned by the change in his demeanor.
He pulled away from her, his face cold and unreadable. “I’m sorry, I shouldn’t have done that,” he said, his voice distant and detached. “I don’t know what came over me.”
Ashley was confused and hurt by his sudden change in attitude. “What’s going on?” she asked, her voice trembling.
The next thing she knew, he was on his feet, pacing back and forth across the room. He ran his hands through his hair, looking agitated and frustrated. She couldn’t figure out what was going on, but she was determined to find out.
“Please, just talk to me,” she said, trying to keep her voice calm and soothing. “I want to understand what’s happening.”
He stopped pacing and turned to face her, his eyes filled with anguish.
“Nothing, I just cleansed his lips off your lips” he said frostily and walk out before she could utter anything.
Ashley released the breath she has been holding and fall to the floor on her knees.
“What is wrong me?“ She asked as she swept her long hair backward.
Of course she is so stupîd to think he will have already start liking her.
What is he even doing to her, she dare miss that bastàrd and he didn’t even appreciate.
But, was that jealousy, was he jealous Damien kiss her mistakenly
Earlier she sensed jealousy in Damien’s voice too, what is going on?.
She is not ready for any love triangle right now, not between two brothers, twin for that matter,not just twin, Princes of the vampires, one of the dangerous supernatural on earth, and her?, just a mere human.
No, she can’t let it happen, though Damon is hard to read but she is not ready to fall in love or fall in love with Damien or Damon either, her family matters first.
A knock came on the door and she rolled her eye balls lazily as she proceed to get the door.
<<<< “Um..Zendaya, you see, I just found out your cat has this sickness” Maya said and took her lips in. “What's that?, my cat is really sick?“ She asked worriedly dropping her cutleries. “Yes, he has a sickness that usually come when his owner don't give him time, attention, if you deprive him off attention, he might get weak, day by day, till you lose him” Maya explained and Zendaya jaw dropped. She quickly carry her cat and placed it on her tigh patting it fur. “You are a part of me now, I can never do that, I can't afford to loose you” she cried hugging it to her chest. A dirty smile fall on Lou's lips as he felt his head on her busty chest. Maya grinned secretly as she eat from her chips. >>>>
“Who is there?“ Gryta asked as a knock came on her door.
“Its me Loki”
“Oh, come in” she replied.
Loki walk in and closed the door.
“I was kind of bored, mind ifvqe play truth or dare?“ He asked joining her on the bed.
“Sure, am bored too” she jibbed and sit on the middle of the bed in meditating form.
“Okay then, I will start, truth or dare?“ He asked.
“Dare” she replied smiling.
“I dare you to go on a date with me tomorrow by night” he said and she nod.
“Truth or dare?“

“When you got lost, who did you miss among us?“ She asked.
“You and my mom” he replied and she blushed.

“Me or Eddy?“ He asked and Gryta felt her salivary gland run dry.

She opened the door to see Damien smiling cutely.
“Hey, heard you are in my brother’s room, so I cake to give you something” he said as he crossed his hand at his back.
“Oh” she mouthed.
“Tada” he smiled revealing his cute canine, God is so wonderful, how can he create two people with same face but they portray different characters.
He is just like Damon, but Damon won’t even smile at her like this, he is always cold just like the devil.
“Do you mind following me to see the school fountains, I have something to tell you about Damon and I.” he said she she nod.
She glanced at the room, before walking out forgetting the fact that Damon brought her here himself and he didn’t instruct her to leave.
She giggled happily walking beside him and he laughed at her too.
She felt her party drum playing in her chest.
What the f*”k is happening?, first it was Damon and butterfly now its this one and party drums?.
They got to the fountain and her mouth dropped seeing how beautiful the place is, who said supernatural world isn’t beautiful than the normal world?.
“You like it?“ Damien asked.
“Like it?, I love it” she giggled as she enjoy the cold friendly wind around.
“How about we seat by the water fall there?“ Damien asked and she nod.
They both sat on the soft grass Staring a the waterfall and the colorful sky.
Ashley gulp down countlessly as she feel awkward cause of the silence.
“Um..Me and Damon,” he said and stopped.
“The reason, we aren’t that close” he trailed off and sighed as he ruffle his hair.
“Well, years ago,Damon has a lover, a mate, he love her so much that he wouldn’t let any harm come to her, though he was still this cold even around her at times.
“We were close too, just like you and I, but I had no feelings for her, one day, we went out to have fun and came back late and drunk, that everyone has slept off even Damon cause he trust me so much then.
“I make sure she fall asleep before I step out even though I was drunk, I know she slept off peacefully before I left her room, we wake up the next morning to meet she is no where to be found, everyone blamed me for her lost, they all believed I am having an affair with the dark kingdom, they all blamed me to he have something to do with the dark world.” he explained while Ashley listen attentively.
She could feel pain in his voice,
“Poor soul, he has goon through a lot of criticism” she thought and slowly and held his hand.
“Hey but I believe and I trust you, don’t worry keep been the nice guy are, its make you unique and am sure everyone is gonna know the truth one day” she smiled and he nod.
“Thanks” he muttered.
“What the dark kingdom anyway?“ she asked.
“Its a place down below where those who were banished for evil reside and create heir own kingdom, they continue their evil there with no one been able to stop them and each therr their power grows”.
“Their queen is Damon’s mate also” he cooed and Ashley turn to face him confused, he just chuckled and continued.
“Damon is not just a vampire like me, I envy him though, he has other powers, he can possess other powers, which is making the elders plan on making him the king of all the supernatural but he has to come up with his rightful mate first”
“He has a demon named Lucifer, a werewolf named Devon, a witch named luvcien, then his self, his vampire choose Eva as his mate, his demon choose a strange girl with a mole on her shoulder and Lolita the queen of the dark kingdom as his mate, His witch and werewolf still chooses the girl, though I don’t know much about her, but I can’t wait for him to find her” he concluded.
“Ashley listen with keen interest, why is he sounding like the book she read ealier?, should she tell him about it?.
She thought, then she suddenly remembered Gryta warning her not to ever mention it to anyone.

“To me, he has a lot to face, hope he can face it.” she said and Damien burst into laughter.
“Of course he can,i know my brother,” he smiled too and face her.
They face each other giggling at each other.
“Let forget about that for now, here is what I bought for you” he said handling her a new pack of iphone 15.
“Woah, you bought this for me, when did you get it?” she asked but she quickly remembered he is vampire.
“I am ready to teach you how to use it” he added and she smiled widely muttering the word thank you.
She wanted to unpack it but she kept finding it hard to, he stretch his hand to help her and his hand got stuck with hers and their eyes locked.
As if everything around them suddenly go quiet, everything stopped moving as their face lean closer, their nose inches away
Ashley’s heart kept screaming STOP, but she is deaf to that now.
“If that lips touch, one of you won’t see the next minutes” came his cold voice and they both freez.
