Maddie and Det stones were in the interrogating room.

“So now tell me, Who are you and why are you doing all of this?”
Detective stones asked.
“I could have tell you everything you need to know but I don’t trust you”
Maddie replied.
Det stones scoffs.
“And why is that?”
“Cos I don’t see you as a good officer, you are a corrupt cop”
I know about everything between you and Liam Payne,
You work for him right”.
Maddie move closer to him as she folds her two hands on the table.
Do you know I have some secrets between you two that must not be leaked out?”
She added.
Det stones looked shocked. He was trembling on his seat feeling uncomfortable.
“What do you mean?”
He stutters.
“You help Liam Payne out of prison when he was arrested. You help him out through the illegal way.

(Some months ago when Liam was still in prison after his arrest)
Liam was relaxing on his private couch in prison and watching an aminated movie while throwing some chips into his mouth.
He noticed Det stone’s presence.
“What do you want?”

“I came to check up on you… My hands are really tied and there is nothing I can do, I had to sneak in here and Captain must not hear of that”
“When will I get out of here?”
He asked.

It’s seems you are going to face a couple of days here till you face the court panel”

He shouted angrily throwing his plate of chips away. He stood up and walked to the prison bars where Det stones stood.
“Liam Payne…
Det stones said sadly.
“I don’t think getting out of here is the best solution right now”
Everyone are supporting Robert suntherland and they can create a protest against the police department if heard you were released which will make matter worse and the Mayor of Los Angeles will wants to take control over the matters himself”

Maddie said and stood up before walking out of the interrogation room.
Det stones was still shocked. Maddie walk past the cops who were scared to get closer to her. She smiles as she walks till she get out of the building.
Dylan and her men were all wearing masks covering their faces. They all stood in front of CPD safeguarding the entrance.
Maddie came out with all smiles. Dylan walked to her and removed his mask up to his nose. He did the same for Maddie and kissed her.

Can we head to the car now? I need to get home fast now and get some sleep.
The bastard detective make me stay awake throughout the night” I just had a little sleep

Robert couldn’t concentrate well. All what they were discussing wasn’t audible to his ear. His mind was somewhere else.
He still can’t believe the fact that his life is in danger even after all those of months of hiding, changing his identity, trying to get revenge on Liam and Olivia while he was also a target for revenge.
He lost his asset to Maddie also. He has literally lost everything.
All he has left is his soul.
