“What do you mean?”He asked.
“I mean your friends are prohibited from coming to this lodge, this room precisely”Vanessa said with all seriousness and Tony burst into laughter.
Vanessa kept looking at him, while he continued laughing. He slowly stopped laughing and looked at her, Vanessa was still looking at him angrily.
“What’s funny with what I said huh?”She snapped and Tony began laughing again.
He stopped after some seconds.
“Vanessa,are you high? Like you smoke? Abi you don mad nii,why would my friends stop coming na?”
“That’s because I don’t need them. I don’t wanna see them here again”She yelled.
“My friend goan sit. See this one? Who are you to tell me what to do nii? Even if the presence of my friends Dem dey make you uncomfortable,then kukuma talk like human being na,say it calmly than commanding me. As who na? Commander general Vanessa Abi wetin?”Tony scoffed and Vanessa raised her fist to Tony’s face, trying to punch him while gritting his teeth.
“Wetin you wan do abeg? I’ll just crush your bones if your hand touch my face”tony thr_@tened and Vanessa brought her hand down immediately.
Tony chuckled at how she composed herself,he began reading but Vanessa snatched the book from him.
“I want us to talk now!”She said and Tony arched his brow.
“Heeeee!! What’s this na? Can’t I have peace again in my own room?”He asked rhetorically and Vanessa glared at him.
“There’s no peace for the wicked”She told him angrily.
“How are my wicked huh?”Tony asked.
“First,you woke up this morning and went to school without informing me, secondly you and your friends came back and decided to bully me, thirdly you’ll forced me to pack all the stuffs, fourthly you forced me to wash the dish and when I slit my finger,you didn’t even care. It’s that how wicked you’re?”She asked and Tony exhaled before speaking.
“First,I’m not wicked, secondly you don’t have to wait till I wake you up before you know what to do. You’re grown up anyways, thirdly no one bullied you,it was teaching you some sense. Yunno,you lack one….”
“Wait..you mean am senseless?”Vanessa cut him off.
“Bravo Vanessa,you got it,you’re actually senseless Abi ya brainless too?”He asked and Vanessa glared at him angrily.
“I don’t f-__-king blame you”She said and threw the book at him.
“And i don’t f-__-king blame you too”tony shot back at her.
“You’re annoying! Urghh”Vanessa gritted and stood up then walked back to the bed,tony choose to ignore her this time.
She grabbed the pillow then threw it at tony,he only took the pillow then kept it close to him without throwing it back to her.
“Stop hitting on me, you’re not my type”Tony told her, without looking at her. Vanessa gasped loudly.
Did he just say she’s hitting on him? Why would she? When he looks like nothing but a kangaroo? f-__-k him!!
She gritted and laid on the bed.

4AM√NEXT MORNING√√
Tony groaned angrily and covered his ears with the pillow,but the alarm kept ringing non-stop.
Who the hell set an alarm,he was sure he didn’t.
He rolled on the small bed he was lying,then pushed his head in the pillow but it kept hitting his ears. Vanessa woke up too,cos of the alarm then climbed down the bed which got tony looking at her.
“Where you dey go?”He asked and Vanessa looked at him without replying.
She just took her phone,then turned off the alarm before going into the kitchen. She did the necessary thing’s and turned on the gas,then placed the kettle which contained the water on top,she began brushing while waiting for the water to boil.
“Where you dey go na?”Tony asked again and Vanessa ignored him. He rolled eye and laid back, before closing his eyes.
Vanessa continued with her preparation,then after she was done she dressed up for school. It was exactly 5:30AM.
“Hey, f-__-king get up from there and show me our class”She said, kicking him on the butt with her leg.
“What na?”Tony groaned sleepily.
“My class hmmm!”She said, folding her hands under her br**st.
“Which class Vanessa na? This is 5:35, wetin you one go do for class? And besides the first lecture is by 2PM,so chillax”Tony told her and Vanessa looked at him,her countenance already changed.
“And when I woke up you couldn’t stop me huh?”She quires angrily, glaring at tony who only shook his head before closing back his eyes.
“Hey am talking to you”Vanessa yelled, kicking him really hard on the butt. Tony turned angrily and grabbed her leg, making her fall roughly on the floor.
“Ouch…”She winced painfully,tony only said sorry to her without looking her way which got her crying.
Tony covered his ears in anger and frustration,she was literally welling like a kid. Is this how spoilt she is? Crying unnecessarily?
When the cries became too unbearable, Tony stood up angrily and tried walking away but Vanessa grabbed his leg, stopping him from going further.
“I said it you’re wicked. Won’t you lend a tendering help to me?”She asked him slowly and Tony wiggled his brow, totally confused about what she was saying.
He heaved deeply and looked at her.
“What help is that?”He asked her, trying so hard not to sound harsh,he was getting pissed with her childish behavior.
“Help me stand up”She said, looking at tony while blinking her lashes,tony scoffed loudly before stretching forth his hand to her but the moment Vanessa tried holding him,he withdrawed back the hand leaving Vanessa’s hand hanging in the air.
“Don’t stand up hmmm!”He nodded and walked out of the room, Vanessa looked at his retreating figure while clenching her fist.
“f-__-k that thing”She said and laid there, without standing up or making any attempt to.
Minutes later,she stood up slowly and Tony wasn’t in the room.
“Did he leave without letting me know? What if he went to school? I’ll murder him if that’s what he did”She rolled eye and went to the kitchen.
She clunched her stomach tightly while bitting her bottom lips,she was dying of hunger.
She bite her bottom lips,then opened the pot of food and it was empty,she closed it back angrily and folded her hands under her Břě@šť.
“He ate up all the food? How cruel!! Huff”she huffed and walked out of the kitchen.
“I’ll just go buy some snacks later”She said and laid down on the bed.

“Vanessa?”Tony called, walking back into the room. He was outside all this while, Vanessa only rolled eye without replying him.
“I guess you’re not deaf right?”He asked her and Vanessa just glared at him.
“And I guess you’re not blind either, you’re seeing me here and you’re yelling out my name, isn’t that stupidity?”He asked tauntingly and Tony nodded.
“That’s stupidity I guess,but you not answering it’s foolishness”Tony told her and she gritted her teeth, without replying.
He brought out a broom,then gave it to her.
“What’s this?”She asked slowly, looking at tony then back at the broom.
“It is called stick. What do you mean by what’s this? My friend it’s broom and it is used to sweep”Tony replied her, sitting down and Vanessa squeezed her face.
“So what are my going to do with it?”She asked, dropping the broom on the floor.
“What else if not sweep? As you can see the room needs to be swept”Tony replied again and Vanessa scoffed.
“And how is that my business? You do the sweeping cos I can’t,I’m starving here and you don’t expect me to sweep when I’m d@mn hungry”She waved hand and averted her gaze back to her phone. Tony only nodded and stood up from the chair,he went closer to her and grabbed her phone from her.
“You see this phone? I won’t give it back to you till you sweep the room. What’s this nah? Must I be shouting everytime? Vanessa you’re giving me headache seriously. Can’t you behave like better person even if it’s just once nii. So this room dey good for your eye? C’mon stand up and sweep ASAP”Tony said angrily and Vanessa looked at him in sadness. Was this the $h|t she’ll be going through in his hands? Ordering and controlling her like he owns her? Gawd!!
“I’m hungry tony,I can’t do the sweeping”she said slowly,at the verge of tears. She’s at it again,she’s going to cry soon!!
“I’m hungry too,but you gats sweep before talking of eating. When you’re done sweeping,we would sit down and talk about what to cook. You grab?”He asked and Vanessa looked at him, before bursting into her stupid cry.
She did it again!! She’s crying!!
She stopped crying when tony did the unbelievable,he sat down and joined her to cry making sure his voice was way more louder than hers.
