“Mom… y..you.you … just slapped me?” I mumbled and she scoffed.

Really? I brought down my hand from my cheek and scoffed. Really? She wants me to do that?

“Amelia, Get out of my room! Next time you poke your nose into my business, I’m Sending you back to the state” She declared and sat at the edge of her bed looking away.

Why are they selfish? Just why? Especially Mom, she never liked Vincent for once. Why?

“I’m going back to school !” She screamed, Anita eyes widened as she said that.

“Yeah, Vincent said he will help us” I replied though I wasn’t really happy with it.

“Come on, I will prepare Sandwiches for you both,” She said and Annie Exclaimed.

“Good Morning sir” A smile creeped on my face on seeing him looking extraordinarily cute.
He already started working because I had to get Annie ready for school. The girl can be annoying sometimes. I had to come late.
“Angel” He beamed, So cute. I walked closer, placing a kiss on his cheek and he chuckled.
“How was your night? ” He asked and I held his hands.
“I dreamed of you several times” He chuckled immediately after I said that.
“Really?you are in my dream too, I really wish you were beside me” He said while I smiled.
“I’m here aren’t I? Besides, thanks once again for Annie’s school” I mumbled and he huffed.
“Can you stop thanking me already?” He mumbled while I smiled. He is so generous but Mrs Abigail and her silly son is blind to see that.
“I have something for you” He said, Hunh? I furrowed my eyebrows.
“What is that? ” I asked and he smiled.
“Can you see a box on the table? ” He said and I took a look at the table for the first time I entered his office.
My attention caught a red small box beside the laptop and I picked it up. Huhn?
“A small red box” I answered him, he smiled and nodded.
“Yeah open it” He instructed and I did, I gasped at the sight of the sparkling pure gold necklace. Of course, I know pure Gold when I see one. I bet it’s worth millions.
“Wow, d@mn beautiful” I gasped and he chuckled.
“You love it? ” He asked and I scoffed. Who wouldn’t fall in love with it?
“Of course, It’s so beautiful” I replied and he smiled.
“Ben really did a great job then, it’s for you” He said and I looked at him in surprise.

“Vincent, are you for real? This is pure gold… i mean it worth a lot” I ranted and he chuckled placing a kiss on my palm
“And you are worth a lot too, More than Gold. Yeah, it’s for you, this is even small compared to the light you brought into my life, You deserve it” He said and I was overwhelmed by his speech that I didn’t know what to say.
He really meant I brought light into his life. I feel so special for the first time in my life.
“I don’t really know what to say, this is too much” I said and he smiled.
“Put it on, I bet it’s gonna look good on you” He said and I nodded.
“Sure, since you brought it for me, You gonna put it on me” I said sitting on his lap.
“Here” I handed the necklace to him and he smiled by placing it on my neck and he locked it.
“I can feel the beauty” He said and I wrapped my arms around his neck smiling.

“Thank you,” I muttered.
“Stop thanking me” He muttered back, making me chuckle softly.
“So what should I do to return all this favor you are doing for me? ” I asked and he chuckled.
“I don’t need anything from you okay? Just don’t leave me” He said, wrapping his arms around my waist.
Why will I leave him? After all what he did for me.
“I will always be here for you because I love you so much,” I told him and a smile creeped on his face.
“I love you more than you do” He said and I chuckled.
“Let me give you this then for the necklace” I said and took up his lips.
Our lips moved in rhythm as I slid my tongue into his and he caught it, kissing me passionately.
I wrapped my arms around his neck pulling him closer , wishing the moment shouldn’t stop but it has to.
We pulled away to catch our breath and he chuckled while I did too.
We both stayed still in the same position not saying anything until we heard a voice and I jerked up.
“That.. Was hot! ” I turned to see Amelia smiling widely..
