Taylor crossed the road quickly and ran towards where clover was. She immediately squatted to Cami’s height.
” Is she okay?” She asked breathlessly.
” How dare you ask!. You f-__-king shot her and you’re f-__-king asking me if she’s okay!!” He shot at her with deadly eyes.
” It’s was accidental, okay. I…I..didn’t mean to hurt her. I…I__”
” Get prepared to go to jail. Get lost!” He growled and pushed her aside as he made way to his car hastily.
” Clover!” She called pitifully.
Her hand snuck into her jacket and she brought another pistol, aiming it at him.
” Clover?” She called again and he stopped before turning to her with a glare
He saw the gun and his face turned pale.
” Don’t dare pull the trigger!” He scoffed.
” If you don’t want to die, don’t tell anyone I ki||ed her” Taylor said, still thr_@tening him with her gun.
Clover looked at Cami before facing her.
” I’d rather die. ki|| me!” He shot.
” I should__ki|| you?” She smirked.
” ki|| me, Taylor!. You’ve ki||ed my lover so I’d rather die as well so ki|| me!” He shot at her coldly.
She instantly pushed the trigger, and the bullet went straight into his body.
Blood splashed all over!

Cami forehead was covered with sweat as her leg moved under the duvet severally.
Her body suddenly hammered and her consciousness came back.
” Nooooo!!!” She screamed before her back fell against the bed headboard. She continously began to throw out a low, short gasp.
Jordan swiveled from his reading table as he looked at her. Her messy hair, sweaty skin and palliative eyes got him thinking.
” Cami. Are you okay?” He asked carefully.
” No, I’m not!” She cried as she pawned out of the bed quickly before going to meet him.
He slowly stood up and she embraced him quickly while sobbing on his chest.
He embraced her head closer for a while while stroking her hair gently. He could feel her heart racing deeply and he knew she was terrified.
” You had a nightmare?” He asked.
” I had a nightmare” She cried as she raised her chin to look at him and looking at her face, he wish he could take away anything that was hurting the cutie.
” Can I know what it about?” He asked.
” It’s was very scary. But I can’t remember vividly what happened but I died in the dream” She sniffed as she told him.
” It’s just a nightmare, tiny.” He spoke softly.
” You are not helping matters at all” She pushed his chest still sobbing.
” Okay, let’s do something to take your mind off the nightmare. What do you suggest?” He asked, holding his waist.
Cami was about to say something when she noticed that Flora was peeping through their opened door while giggling.
” Heyaaa!” Flora waved and Cami eyes turned to look at jordan.
” Ahem” Jordan pushed back the door with the back of his feet and it slammed quickly. ” How about I read you a book?” He asked.
” What kind of books?” She questioned.
” Let’s move to the bed first” He said.
” Okay” Cami sighed and joined him on the bed before sitting next to him.
He rested his back against the headboard and picked up the novel he saw on the table.
” Midnight Dinner..?” He pronounced and she snatched it from him quickly.
” It’s mine. Y..you can’t read it” She said.
” What is it about?” He asked, leaning one feet on the bed as he looked at her.
” Just two people falling in love bla…bla…bla”
” It’s not that bad. Lemme see” He tried to take it but she hugged it tight to her chest, leaving him stunned.
” N..no. You can’t read it now. Um…maybe…tomorrow” She said.
” But you agreed we read a book now?” He asked and she bit her lower lips hard.
” No. Not this book” She shaked her head, avoiding his gaze cos she knew he was giving her that mischievous deep look again.
” Fine. Let me just stare the cover so I have idea of what it looks like” He said.
” Just three seconds glance okay?” She asked and he made a short nod.
She turned it around for him to see and he leaned in slowly to stare at the book. He glanced at her eyes and she got distracted by it.
He suddenly snatched the book from her.
” Aah!. No…Give it back” She grabbed his arm.
” Just the first chapter” He said, flipping up the book open.
” No!!!” She fought him hard but he slipped out of her arm as he scrimmage out of the bed quickly.
” Come on. Stop, don’t read it!!” Cami pouted, standing on the bed.
” It’s not a big deal. It’s just a novel, tiny” He chuckled, still flipping the book as he leaned in on his reading table.
” It’s not just a novel!!” She screamed and when his eyes started roaming around the book, she fell sitting on the bed defensively.
He halted and looked at her.
” Wait…You read erotic books?” He asked and a powerful bang left her chest.
” It’s erotic?. Oh…never read it before” She lied as she curled her lower chin up.
He throated a chuckle.
” Chapter five seems interesting. Are you ready to hear me read it?” He asked and she tucked her finger into her ear.
” Just return back my book!. La.. la…I don’t want to listen to you!!” She continously yelled.
He closed back the door and stumped it on the reading table before walking up to her with one hand in his pocket.
” You must be punished for owning an erotic book at your age” He stunted.
” What kind of punishment is that?.” She asked and Jordan bit his lip to avoid laughing. So she actually thought he was serious?.
” I’ll extend it till tomorrow” He said and turned off the reading lamp before climbing up his bed.
” Let’s go to bed”
” You aren’t going to read for me anymore?” She asked.
” Well, I thought you weren’t interested?”
” Um…No..I..I..didn’t mean that book. I mean…maybe some other book you have” She asked.
” It’s late now. We have school tomorrow okay?” He said.
” Okay, But…we’re going to share a bed now right?” She asked again and he placed a pillow inbetween them, demarcating their boundaries.
” Is this fine?” He asked and she giggled before laying on the bed as well. Jordan laid down as well and three minutes later….
Cami remembered something and took away the pillow before looking at his face.
” I already told you I won’t go home to meet my mom until after a week, right?”
” Mn” He nodded sleepily.
She placed back the pillow and laid while facing the roof blankly. Ten minutes later….
She remembered something again and took out the pillow and this time jordan was trying to get a sleep.
He covered his face with his arm.
” Jordan?” She poked his nose.
” Mn” He took off his arm and opened up his sleepy eyes.
” Did you sneak into my window to pick my uniform and books like I told you?” She asked.
” Over there” He used his chin to point towards the shelf and when she saw it, she formed a gullible smile.
She placed back the pillow, turning to face the other side.
She slowly closed her eyes and the nightmare flashed like an horrible image infront of her eyes.
Her eyes unwrapped open and she crawled back to jordan, throwing the pillow away before scuttling into him carefully.
” Cami?”
” I’m still scared. I want to be close to you even for just two minutes so I can fall asleep. Please!” She pouted and he faced her.
” Goodnight jordan” She whispered.
” Goodnight” He throated before he closed back his eyes.
She pulled up his arm and placed it around her figure before scuttling into him.
She kept staring at his face, and he suddenly looked attractive in her eyes.
” Jordan…” She called again and his forehead got lines. ” I just wanna say, you’re very handsome like a teddy” She said giggling and he snapped his eyes open, staring at her like she was a different creature.

≈NEXT DAY≈
Flora helped cami knot up her tie as they stood in front of the mirror.
” I can’t believe your mom sent you out of her home. She’s truly crazy like you said” Flora spat.
” And I’m scared of going back home” Cami frowned.
” Going home is the worst idea. There’s plenty of space here my sweet darling” She pinched her cheek softly.
” But it doesn’t seem right. She’s my mom, I think I should go see her and apologise to her or she’ll be even more upset” She said and Flora held her shoulders.
” Do you really want to?” She asked as her brow curved with worry.
” Mn. I think I should” She nodded.
” Don’t you wanna stay here for another couple of two days, or three to four days more?” She asked cunningly and Cami brow lifted.
Jordan suddenly walked in.
” For how long do you want to keep dressing her. She’s not a kid” He spat.
” Hey, get lost” Flora hissed.
” Cami?” He turned to look at her.
” Get lost!” Cami pouted out playfully.
” Okay fine. I’ll be leaving” He said and left, closing up the door.
Cami quickly grabbed her bag.
” I have to go now. Bye, Mrs flora” She waved.
” Wait…wait…your hair” Flora rushed to her and packed her hair into two pigtails quickly. ” Good, you can leave now barbie”
” Bye!” Cami rushed out of the room before climbing down the stairs in a haste.
She got outside and saw a car and met clover in front of his car.
Her heart made a loud bang but she quickly composed herself as she stepped out.
She walked forward and saw Jordan by his bike as well.
” Cami. You’ll go with him right?” Jordan asked.
” Um…Yea” She nodded without hesitation.
” Okay. Bye!” He said before igniting his bike and driving away from there quickly.
Cami turned to Clover and his arm was crossed over his chest.
” Hi” She waved shortly.
” How’s your night?” He asked with an expressionless face and cami felt scared as her heart started to race.
” Um…I..it’s was good. How’s yours?. I’m sure it was nice right?” She quickly asked carefully.
Without answering her question, He led her into the car and also got in as well before jamming back the door.
Cami was watching his behaviour and she figured out he wasn’t in a good mood.
” You stayed at Jordan’s home?” He suddenly asked and her eyes lit up as she stared at him.
” Huh?”
” Just tell me you stayed up at his house” He scoffed, slightly glaring at her.
” I did but___
” There’s no but attached. You already said you’ve forgiven me and we agreed to start afresh again. When are you gonna stop fishing around him like a pet” He spat and she kept quiet as her eyes roamed around defensively.
” I’m sorry”
” And I’m hurt!” He spat before plugging back his seat belt.
” I’m really sorry Clover. Something came up and I had to stay at Jordan’s home.” She apologised and he suddenly let out a hot sigh.
” I promised to take you somewhere today so we aren’t moving straight to school”
” Where do you want to take me to?” She asked interestingly as her mood lit up.
” It’s a surprise so don’t ask” He scoffed and her smile dropped into a frown.
He began igniting up his car. She saw the look in his eyes and she could see him try so hard to control his urging rage.
” Plug in your seat belt” He said coldly.
” I’m very sorry I forgot” She said and did as he said. She turned to face him and she caught him staring, really hard.
Her heart began racing hard again.
” Promise me this would be the last time you’ll flock around him. Promise me, Cami” He asked depressingly and she bit her lip.
” I promise” She said sadly before relaxing back on the chair.
He gripped the steering wheel.
” Let’s just hope you don’t break the promise or I’ll be SO mad” He said before he began to drive away from there quickly.

~ EDWARD’S VENTURES~
Lexi signed up the contract and placed it back into the file before stretching it towards Edward.
” Here. My daughter belongs to your family now. Rightly for Clover” She said with an evil smirk.
” You’re so unpredictable sometimes. Last night, you were against this contract marriage and just today, you’re signing the arrangement”
” Do you want my daughter for your son or not?” She asked, resting back on the chair.
” I can’t say a No” Edward smiled.
” Good. Now, I need One million dollars from you” She suddenly demanded.
” What one million dollars?”
” You are now my inlaw so I can collect anything I want from you. Even this fancy company” She spoke gracefully.
” You must be kidding right?”
” Hey” Lexi pointed at one of the man in suit close to the door and the man marched forward.
” Bring in some of the most expensive drink you can get. Don’t worry, Edward my new inlaw, will pay” Lexi chuckled wickedly.
” Okay ma’am” The man bowed.
” What!?” Edward gasped.
” Hey, And don’t forget to invite some of the workers. We’ll transform this room into a mini club”
” Okay ma’am” He bowed again and left.
” What’s happening here!” Edward gasped standing on his feet.
” You said you like my daughter and want her for your son. I’ve signed, she’s all for clover. Now you’re all for me. Hehe..” She grinned.
” If this is how you wanna take it, just unsign the contract this instant”
” Hehe…wake up, Edward. This is just the beginning of your nightmare. Watch me get this company right from your fingertips” She smiled and got up on her feet.
” Lexi!!” Edward shouted.
” No, I’m not lexi. I’m a fine woman. Aging like a fine wine” She laughed heartily as she walked out while whining her hips.
” Lexi!!”
” Don’t forget my one million dollar. I’ll be back in few minutes” She kissed the air and slammed the door on his face.
Edward fisted his arm.
” She’s a female version of lucifer, I must confess” He bitterly gritted.

Clover held cami’s hand as they strolled down the mall, buying on anything they came across.
A tall female attendant suddenly approached them with full flowers.
” Here. For you, lucky girl” She said stretching it to Cami and she looked at clover.
” Yea, It’s for you” He smiled.
” Woah. Thank you so much!” She smiled as she took it from the lady.
” Wait…is that rose?” Clover spat.
“Yes sir” The lady nodded.
” I said….Sunflowers!. What are you guys?. Deaf?” He scoffed angrily.
” We’re sorry but the Sunflowers were exhausted so we had to bring this one. But it’s lovely too”
” I said Sunflowers!” He gritted and picked the flowers from cami, throwing it to her. ” Ion need it anymore. You just spoilt my whole plan. You should’ve not brought it!” He scoffed.
” B…but I like it” Cami stuttered.
” Sunflowers worth more than that, pinkie. Let’s go shop something else much better” He said.
” No refund sir” The lady said.
” Don’t bother. Keep the change!” He scoffed and pulled Cami away from there quickly.
They got to the boutique section and Clover held her school bag while he waited for her to pick a dress she wanted.
She returned back wearing a lovely pink dress.
” Here. Do you like it?” She asked, swaying around on the dress lovingly
Clover bit his lip. He wasn’t satisfied.
” I want something classy” He said and went towards a long blue dress that had a long slant at the side.
” Here. Try this” He said and her smile dropped again as she looked at him. She had no choice than to take it from him before going to the dressing room.
She returned back in the dress and Clover let out a segzy smile.
” Now, that it” He smiled and held her hand, spinning her around. Her sweet curves cut on every edge of her dress.
” You like it?” She asked while facing him.
” Its suit you, babe. Don’t you like it?” He asked but she forced a smile.
” Um…It’s nice. Thank you so much” She said and he planted a soft kiss on her forehead before checking his wrist watch.
” Geez, it’s almost ten. Go change so we can go eat something and return back to school” He said and she ran back to the changing room.
She was already taking off the blue dress when her eyes crossed at the flowery dress she had picked earlier.
She dropped the blue dress and picked the pink one instead before rushing towards the counter.
She was with Clover’s credit card so she payed for the dress and they handed her the pink dress in a small bag before she ran out to meet clover where he had been waiting for her.
” I’m done” She said and he stood up, stretching out a food menu to her.
” Pick out what you’d like to eat before we get to the food court” He said and Cami wanted to pick a meal but they were extremely expensive meals for her to comprehend and it got her palm really sweaty.
” Clover. Isn’t this too expensive?. You’ve bought so many expensive things in one day” She added.
” Huh?” He looked at her and she just blinked at him, saying absolutely nothing.

Genesis drank up the remaining soda drink
before facing the other girls.
” Last night Maggie, Guess what we did to escape Granny’s whip?” She asked.
” Ion know. Spill it” Maggie said.
” We literally sneaked out of the house. Kai agreed we could sleep over at the boys mansion” She said.
” What?. You mean, Clover’s mansion?” Maggie asked.
” Of course.” Genesis said boastfully.
” Did Clover or kai touch you?” She whispered.
” Kai was being all innocent but clover did. That guy is a real deal. He’s a f-__-kboy” Genesis grinned and Maggie hyped her up.
” Isn’t it weird that Cami is not school?” Cat asked.
” What’s more weird is that clover isn’t in school too. Could they have planned it out?” Maggie asked.
” Clover should have broken up with her by now. Remember he doesn’t date a girl pass one week. It’s past one week so they should be over” Genesis said and just then, Clover started walking in and he was holding Cami.
” What the f-__-k” Genesis exclaimed as her eyes traced their every movement.
” She’s exclusively His now” Maggie giggled.
” I can’t believe this. Clover has never dated a girl pass one week and he’s literally cheating on her!” Genesis scoffed.
” Well, he’s found his soul mate and it’s not you” Maggie chuckled and Genesis felt smoke run out of her ears.
She stood up and left the table quickly and Cat followed her as well.
However, Cami was sitting next to Clover as their table was filled up with fast food.
Jordan suddenly approached their seat.
” Can I borrow Cami for a second?” He asked.
” Borrow her in my presence” Clover scoffed.
Jordan looked at him for a second and he slightly grinned.
” Just forget about it” He said and started to leave the table quickly.
Cami sighed and picked up her spoon to start eating. Just then, her hands began to shake and her spoon trembled out of her grip.
” Oh no!!” She gasped and hid her hand inbetween her thighs. Her face squeezed up as her tumor was building up slowly inside her brain.
Everything became blurry in her eyes.
” Oh no….Clover” She gasped, running out air.
” What’s the problem?” He leaned in closer.
” I’m….shaking” She began crying.
” Shaking?” He asked and she continously hit her feet on the floor before throwing all the food on the table away.
Clover sat up as he got lines on his forehead, getting confused of her childish act.
” What’s wrong!” He shot at her.
” I have to go meet Jordan. I’m sorry” She said and left the seat, running out of there.
” Cami!” He followed her quickly.
Cami luckily saw Jordan down the hallway.
” Jordan!” She exclaimed and he turned around to see her already coming.
She kept running and out panic, she fell on him and they both collapsed on the floor.
Her face accidentally met with he’s causing their lips to crush against eachother.
