HIS SMILE
Blood splashed on the ground, painting the walls around.
All eyes were wide as they stared at the horrible scene in shock.
Rona landed into soft arms and her beat faster as she inhaled his scent.
Her heartbeat was a mixture of fear, her heart beat persisted as she couldn’t get over the shock.
What would have happened if she landed on the ground? Her head would have cracked. She would have died, she won’t see her Greek god again.

🗣️ He caught her
The students started talking and Rona looked up slowly till her gaze fell on him, without anyone telling her she knew he was the one, the only person with that scent.
He saved her again, her Greek god saved her again.
“Are you alright?” His gentle segzy voice asked and she smiled, nodding her head gently.
🗣️ Who’s he?
🗣️His head got crack
🗣️ What really happened?
Rona took her eyes to the guy on the ground, his head cracked and his brain components got reviewed. He was lying in his own pool of blood with the mask on his face.
“Rona” The girls screamed, rushing there.
“Are you okay?” Mandy asked, fear still showing in her eyes.
“You didn’t get hurt right?” Erica asked.
“You’re fine right? Talk to us” Angelique asked impatiently.
“I’m fine” Rona replied and Shane put her down.
The girls pulled her into a hug, the three of them hugging her at the same time.
“We were scared, thank God you are okay” Mandy said.
“My Greek god saved me” Rona replied and they broke the hug.
“Thank you prof.” Erica said and Shane nodded.
The place was still crowded with students.
Shane walked to the dead guy on the ground and removed the mask from his face.

Shane recognized his face, he’s a thug. He was sent here to eliminate Rona but he ended up meeting his own death.
The students soon started gathering around Rona as they started asking her numerous questions till Erica flared up.
“Can’t you guys see the guy pushed her down the rooftop but he ended up being the one getting ki||ed, stop disturbing my friend” Erica said and grabbed Rona’s hand, she started walking away with her and the girls followed.
Rona looked back and her eyes met with Shane, they kept looking at each other till she walked out of sight.
Shane sighed and started walking to his office when Prof Veronica crossed his path and blocked him.
“What?” He asked.
“Why are you always saving the girl?” She asked.
“What are you trying to say?” He asked.
“I haven’t seen you this close to any lady before, you come to school with her everyday, is there something behind it that we don’t know?” She replied, and he came closer. Veronica swallowed hard.
“You want to know why? Then I will tell you. Yes, there’s more to it cos I’m madly in love with her, she’s my little pretty girlfriend” He said and walked away.
“What!!…

“What if I die? What if my Greek god didn’t show up on time?” Rona lamented and Erica started patting her back.
“Nothing happened so stop getting yourself worried” She said.
“Someone sent him to do that but who could that be?” Angelique said.
“Someone wants her dead but who is that person?” Mandy sighed.
“I was scared” Rona said, and Erica hugged her.
“Stop thinking about it, please” She whispered.
Angelique sighed worriedly as she got her phone, she was expecting a message from Valentino but she didn’t get it.
Valentino left her mansion in the morning, leaving a note on the bed stand. She has been texting and calling him since she got to school but he didn’t pick her calls nor has he replied to any of her texts. Is he alright?
She texted him again, making it the tenth time she will be texting him today.
She kept looking at her screen but no reply came from him.
“Are you okay?” Rona noticed her restlessness and asked.
“Yes, I’m fine” She replied with a fake smile.
“Greek god” Rona called softly as she rushed into Shane’s arms.
“I missed you” He whispered.
“Really?” She asked, looking up.
“A lot, you are my girlfriend now, there’s no use hiding my feelings from you” He replied and she smiled.
“I was scared, thank you for showing up” She said and he hugged her tighter.
“Thank you for being safe” He said.
“I fought him but I think he’s more trained than me” She said.
“Really you fought him?”
“Yes, he pushed me off the rooftop but I quickly attached my legs on his neck just like the way you taught me, dragging him down with me” She said..
“f-__-k, you are driving me nuts, you are making me proud baby” He said.
“Call me that again” She muttered.
“Baby?” He said like a question.
“It sounds so segzy on your lips, kiss me” She said.
“I love….
The last word ended up in his throat as he captured her lips. He lifted her from the ground and placed her on the table, going in between her legs.
Rona wrapped her hands around him as their lips wrestled romantically.
Luke is working out in the gym when Storm comes in.
“Boss” He said.
Luke dropped the heavy metal in his hands and took a towel, and started wiping the sweats on his body. He took a roll of weed and lit it before facing Storm with an unreadable face.
“Did you find anything about that little Ç0çƙroach?” Luke asked.
“Not yet boss but I’m working on it” Storm replied.
“Better be fast, my patience is not that much” Luke said.
“I will boss” Storm bowed.
“An exchange today at county ville, get Lucifer informed. Take extra five men with you” Luke said.
“Yes boss” Storm said and walked out.
Luke’s face was still maintaining that hardened stance as he smoked.
Love is a distraction and his enemies will soon start using that against him when they know that he has a woman in his life. Why can’t Lucifer listen to him?
And how the hell did he end up being stronger than him?
Rona already left with Shane and right now Erica and Angelique drove out of the school.
Mandy got out of the school and immediately a car stopped beside her. The door opened revealing Valentine.
Mandy smiled.
“Tine” She said and he came out of the car.
“Going home?” He asked.
“Yes” She replied, and he came closer.
“I will take you home” He said and she gasped.
“You don’t have to stress yourself, I will find…” Valentine was already pulling her to the car before she would finish what she was saying.
He made her enter the car and he closed the door, facing her.
Mandy looked away immediately.
“I’m taking you home, show me the way” He said.
“You’re so stubborn” She muttered, biting her lips.
“Cute” He smiled and she blinked.
“The way” He smiled again.
“Stop smiling”
“Is my smile making you hot?” He asked with a smirk.
“Valentine” She yelled, and he started laughing.
“Drive” She said and he drove away, still laughing.
Mandy kept biting her lips as he drove her home, she was worried about him finding out about her house. What if he will be disappointed when he finally sees her house. He’s so rich, her house isn’t conducive for him but this stubborn guy here won’t listen to her.
Rona rushed into Margaret’s already widened arms as she stepped into the restaurant with Shane.
“Baby” Margaret said and kissed her forehead.
Her eyes met with Shane and she smiled.
“Ma’am” He greeted.
“Shane” She replied and Rona broke the hug.
They smiled at each other before Margaret led them to a table.
She came back with two plates and settled it before them.
“Enjoy” She winked and started walking away but Shane stopped her.
“There’s something you should know, I and Rona are dating, she’s my girlfriend now” Shane said and Margaret’s mouth went wide in excitement while Rona stared affectionately at him with pink rosy cheeks.
“Oh my God!!”
Valentine’s car stopped in front of the house and he smiled.
“Finally know your house” He said.
“Was this the reason you insisted on taking me home?” She asked and he smiled.
Mandy smiled.
“Thank you for the ride, see you tomorrow” Mandy said and quickly pecked his cheeks before getting down but Valentine got down with her.
“You are not going home?” She asked.
“Home? We are going in together” He replied and her eyes widened. He wants to go inside?
“Valentine….” She was about to stop him when the door opened and Jessica came out.
“Baby” Jessica smiled.
“Mum” She replied.
“Ma’am” Valentine said.
“How are you?” Jessica asked.
“I’m fine, Mandy, you didn’t tell me you have a cute mother like this” He said and Jessica smiled.
“Who’s he?”
“Valentine O’Brien” Mandy said and Jessica gasped.
“The billionaire?”
“Yes ma’am” He replied.
“Wow!! You two are friends?”
“Yes, we are friends…
“You’re the guy that bought clothes for her?” Jessica asked.
“Yes.. I’m…” Jessica hugged him before he would conclude.
“Thank you, I have been wishing to see you, you are so cute and she’s pretty too” Jessica whispered the last part and Valentine smiled.
“Come in, lunch is ready” Jessica said.
He smiled at her as they walked inside together.
Jessica rushed into the kitchen and came back with two plates.
“I’m sorry, we don’t have a table, we use the ground as our table, I hope you will not mind please, I know you are….
Valentine was already sitting on the ground, cutting her statement off.
“I’m hungry” He smiled and Jessica smiled, wondering how humble he’s.
She placed the food on the ground and he took a spoon and took a bite immediately.
“God!! You cook better than some restaurants, it’s delicious” He said, and Jessica came closer.
“Really?” Jessica asked and he looked up.
“Yes” He replied, taking another spoon. Jessica smiled and stroked his hair.
“I will get the two of you water” She said, going to the kitchen.
He looked up and saw Mandy looking at him without eating.
“Why are you not eating?” He asked.
“Are you seriously doing this?” She asked.
“What? Eating on the floor?” He replied and she nodded.
“I’m not a god, I’m not too special because I’m rich, what’s bad about me eating on the floor. Are you feeling embarrassed!” He replied.
“I haven’t seen a humble rich guy like you before” She said emotionally and he smiled.
“Eat up” He said and she smiled before getting a spoon.
“These are the pictures I took today” Spice said.
Shane and Rona were in the pictures.
“It’s hard getting her now” She said.
“Someone tried ki||ing her in school today but Shane saved her, it seems we are not the only ones against her” She added and Blue looked up.
“Interesting” He smirked.
“We will soon get her” He said.
“Yes boss”
Valentine was sitting in the living room when the doorbell rang and he stood up to get it. He opened the door and his eyes widened when he saw Angelique.
“Angelique” He called.
“Valentino, is he home?” She asked.
“No, he went out, he told me he was going to your house” He replied.
“He hadn’t been picking my calls since morning” She replied.
“Why? You guys had an issue?”
“No”
“Wait, did you two f-__-ked already?” He asked and she nodded.
“What!!” His eyes widened.
Two cars drove right inside the big gate and Shane came out with Jonathan and Spider.
Storm, Venom and four other members came out of the car.
“I have a feeling that this will be a friendly exchange” Jonathan said.
“You think so?” Spider asked beside him and he smiled.
“Storm and Venom stay back” Shane said.
“Yes boss”
“Nathan, you know what to do right?” Shane asked and he smiled, getting into the car immediately.
“Let’s go” He said, and Spider followed him, including the four other members.
They got to the entrance, meeting three guards on the door.
“From Black Axe empire?” One asked.
“Yes” Spider replied.
“Open the door” Another said and the door was opened for them.
They all walked their way in and one of the guards started taking them to the boss.
Shane’s sharp eyes kept looking everywhere.
🎤 All coast clear, I think he’s not in for violence” Jonathan’s voice said.
“Grabbed” Shane said.
They kept walking till they got to the living floor.
The boss stood up immediately when they came in.
“Finally meeting with the devil” He smiled but Shane’s face remained expressionless.
“You never smile like they said, welcome black axe empire” Schot said.
“Champ” Spider smiled.
“How is Luke?” Schot asked.
“You should have asked him that on the floor when you strike a deal with him” Shane replied coldly and Spider laughed inwardly.
“Always uptight” Schot said and snapped his fingers.
A guard rushed forward with a bag and dropped it on the ground.
Spider stepped forward and checked the content.
“Good form” She said and a member came forward, dropping a bag on the ground.
Schot’s guard opened the bag and looked up.
He took the bag and moved back.
“It’s a pleasure doing business with you, Lucifer” Schot said.
“Thank your stars you didn’t plan any trap against us” Shane said and turned to leave.
“I can’t play with the devil, I love my life” Schot shouted.
Rona took her bath after training for an hour. She rubbed the cream the dermatologist gave her on her body. Shane took her to the hospital after they left the restaurant.
She was waiting for him to come back. She was dressing up when she heard his car zooming in.
She smiled excitedly and started dressing up hurriedly.
Shane came in with Jonathan and Spider.
Jonathan settled on a chair and Spider started looking around for Rona.
“Where is Rona?” Spider asked.
They heard the door opening and Rona rushed out.
“Greek god” She said, running to him.
Spider and Jonathan started laughing when she came to view.
She was wearing a suit and short, the suit definitely belongs to Shane.
Shane’s eyes widened and his gaze landed on her.
She was about to take another step when she slipped and started falling.
She landed on her butts immediately.
Shane’s cheeks moved back and a smile crossed his face. His smile soon turned into laughter.
“What!!” Jonathan and Spider gasped, staring at Shane.
Rona’s eyes widened too as he kept laughing.
The devil just laughed!!! He f-__-king did it.
“He laughed?….He laughed?” Jonathan said shockingly and he didn’t know when he fell together with the chair.
