Daniel glared at him and he glared back.
“You graduated in glaring right?” Jinhun asked
“Baby, who is he?” He asked Lisa
“My dad’s personal guard when he was alive” She replied
“Sorry dude ” He said gesturing a hand at him, Jinhun collected it and shook him back squeezing his hand.
“Ouch!!! ”
“Next time make findings before becoming aggressive, jealous boyfriend, idiot” Jinhun said and release his hand
Strangely Daniel find it funny
“Bastard ” He said and Jinhun glared at him and he scoffed
“Friends? ” Daniel asked
“Yes idiot” He replied
“Can you stop calling me that I might be tempted to punch your Korean face ” He said and Lisa smile
“You guys are behaving like you have known each other before, I didn’t expected you two to get so acquainted so fast like this but I am glad” Lisa said
“Where have you been Lisa?” Jinhun asked
“It’s a long story, Vincent sent me out since dad died, he tried raping me but I somehow manage to escape him,, you disappeared two days after dad’s death” She said
“It’s a long story too, I guess this is the time to tell you the truth about your parents death” He replied and her heart jump
“Truth about my parents death?” She asked
“I am starting to get where you are heading to ” Daniel said
“Yeah idiot” Jinhun
“Daniel” He corrected
“I just develop a likeness for calling you that ” He winked
“Korean winks are cute but yours is so ugly ” He hissed
” Will you both stop behaving like babies” Lisa snapped.
“We need to leave here, I will tell you everything once we get some where more secluded” Jinhun

” Something like that” He replied
“Let’s go to my boyfriend’s house ” Lisa said
” Got yourself an idiot as a boyfriend” He laughed
” A punch will soon land on your Korean face Jinhummm” Daniel said
” Jinhun idiot” He corrected
” Jinhummm” Daniel said again
Lisa kept staring at them and smiling at their childishness.
She hasn’t seen Daniel get so acquainted to any one apart from his friends like he is doing with Jin
She can’t wait to hear the whole truth, maybe Jin can be a help to her unanswered questions and doubts
Thanks to heaven for making them to meet today, she missed him too
He was like a big bro to her back then, he would tell her stories and they would some times listen to Nigerian music mostly Afrobeat.
She like him so much like a big brother but he disappeared without saying goodbye two days after her parents death
Something is wrong somewhere and she will be getting the answer today, she always searched and looked for him to no avail, everyday she screetly prayed and wished to see again.

They got home and the maids couldn’t took their eyes off Jinhun, drooling heavily at his handsomeness, his pouted cute lips, some even mistakenly poured water on themselves as they got lost admiring his handsomeness

Daniel saw what he did and smiled
“Jinhummm stop seducing my maids ” He said
“Wh@ťěver” He rolled his eyes
Jinhun jumped on the couch relaxing on it
“It feels so good here ”
“Hey don’t break my couch” Daniel said sitting beside him
Jinhun immediately hugged him and pouted his lips
“Americans guys are also cute now I believe it by seeing you or do you have any Asian relationship?” He asked
“Why?”
“Your face somehow resemble Korean or Chinese” He replied
“My mom is from North Korea” Daniel replied
“I was right then, I’m from North Korea too, we are brothers then, our faces somehow resemble, don’t you observe it ”
“Ohh! Can you please break the hug” Daniel said gently
“I can’t share the same face with a ugly dude like you”
“What! You can’t be serious, you need to see the way your maids were crushing on me”
“Okay can you leave me alone now”
“No I want to be in your arms jealous boyfriend” Jin replied and Lisa smile seeing them in that position, she’s just coming back from the kitchen
“Salanghaeyo ” He said and Daniel pushed him away from him
“Psycho”
“What does that mean?” Lisa asked
“I love you ” Daniel replied
“Jin you haven’t change a bit, still crazy, funny and loud” She said
“That’s who I am ” He smiled
“You promised to tell me everything concerning the death of my parents” She said
“Vincent… Vincent ”
“Vincent did what?” she asked curiously
“He murdered your parents, the plane blowing up was his handiwork ” He said and the cup Lisa was holding fell from her hand, breaking into pieces
She stood puzzled and the world around her stopped moving like she’s the only one in the world right now.
Maybe she didn’t heard what he said clearly
“Can you repeat what you said Jin?”
“Vincent ki||ed your dad cos of his companies” He replied
“How did you know about this?” Daniel asked
“Arggggggh ” Lisa screamed holding her head
Daniel rushed to her and hugged her tightly
Hot tears rolled down her cheeks and she started shaking so badly
She felt this strong hatred for Vincent and James
She felt blood leaving her body, her veins shrieking
“Why…. why didn’t you save them? ” She manage to asked
“The day your parents were to travel to Africa, he was scheduled to have an appointment with Mr mac Montenegro”
“That is my dad Jin ” Daniel interrupted him
“Huh!! ”
“He couldn’t meet up with the schedule, Lucy his manager was out of town so he asked me to represent him in the meeting, but before I would left the house I saw Vincent making a secret call
“He said something like, they are coming now, no mistake”
“Your dad told me to rushed there so I couldn’t give my attention to him, but on my way the words kept echoing in my head, ion a supernatural but I am born with sharp instincts, it started signalling danger and I reversed the car back and headed to the Airport ignoring meeting up with Mac, I called him ten times but he didn’t picked, I drove crazily but when I got to the airport, the flight already took off and just forty minutes after the flight departure it blew off, a bomb was planted in his private jet by one of Vincent’s top weapon James ” He paused
Silence took over as everyone was in pain especially Lisa who was crying profusely
“Continue” Daniel said
“Two days after your dad’s death, I secretly followed Vincent to his hideout, there I found out the whole truth, I took out my phone and videoed everything but I mistakenly hit my leg on a bucket and he was alerted, but before I could ran away he saw my face”
“Jin!!! ”
” He shouted my name but I took off, he sent his guys after me but I lucky escape, I drove to the outskirt of Georgia where James shot me, I fell into Cloe rivers but I was saved by an old woman and after recovering I escape to Korea, I came back two months ago to look for you I discovered he took over everything and you were no where to be found, I just felt this strong urge to visit the beach today and luckily we met, I am back to take revenge and put him behind bars and…. I have an unsettled score with James” He said
” You still have the video right? ” Daniel asked
“Yes still intact here it is” He scrolled to his gallary and click on the video before giving it to Daniel
Immediately Daniel eyes set on James he gasped.
“This same guy tried to ki|| Lisa some days ago but I saved her and pierce a knife into his two hands ” Daniel said and Lisa quickly snatched the phone from him.
Her hatred for Vincent skyrocketed to a higher degree
“You will suffer for what you did to my parents ” She said
“Vincent is behind it, he is trying to take her out cos she’s a thr_@t to him as long as she is alive, we need to act fast, we have a solid proof to take him down” Jin said
“The bastard must go down ” Daniel said clenching his jaws
” Baby I love you, everything will be alright ” He said.
A car sound can be heard outside.
Daniel spranged wondering who it could be.
Before he could make a move the door opened and his parents walked in.
A smile crept on his cheeks
“Mom, dad ” he called out excitedly
“My baby ” Mrs Montenegro replied opening her arms wide for him.
He ran into her arms hugging her warmly
“Dad you guys didn’t inform you were coming back today”
“We wanted to surprise you ” Mr Montenegro replied
“Good day sir ”
“Good day ma ” Jin greeted
Immediately Mrs Montenegro set her eyes on Jin she felt a strong connection but couldn’t understand why she suddenly felt that way.
Lisa cleaned her tears and greeted them respectfully
“They are my friends ” Daniel said and Lisa scoffed annoyingly
Why would he said she’s his friend?…. is he now afraid to introduce her to his parents properly as his girlfriend.
“She is cute, are you an African?”
“Yes sir ” Lisa replied
” You’ll be a perfect match for my son here, hope you don’t mind dating him” He said and Lisa shly look away
” Dad stop ” Daniel said, smiling secretly that he likes her already even without knowing they are dating already.
“We will be upstairs now, you guys enjoy your time ” Mr Montenegro said, heading upstairs
Mrs Montenegro walked to Lisa and whisper in her ears
“Make him fall for you, I like you already, I love Africans so much, you won’t believe he’s still single” She winked and started going upstairs but stop immediately her eyes sighted something on Jin’s neck
She saw a star tattoo on his neck, her other son also had that same tattoo
Could it be him?
” Honey what’s it” Mac asked stopping
She wanted to ignore it maybe they just have the same tattoo but she found her mouth opening on it own
“Hey you, what is your name ?” She asked pointing her pointer finger at Jin
” My name is Jinhun ” He said and she swallowed nothing
“You’re from where?”
“North Korea” Jin replied
” Mom why are you interrogating my friend?” Daniel asked finding it awkward.
She ignored him
“Who are your parents?”
Immediately she asked that Jin face dropped
“I was abandoned after birth, I was told I was found in the front of Gangam orphanage home with a name on me and a note asking them to take care of me ” He replied and she staggered back shockingly
“Which year ?”
“June 11th 1998 during dragon boat festival “He replied and she gasped loudly
“The tattoo on your neck”
“I was born with it ” He replied
Tears escape her eyes as she starred at him
Her breathing became irregular

“My Jinhun… my…. my ” She couldn’t complete her statement as she fainted.
“Mom” Daniel screamed rushing to her
