Octavia laughed hard as Khalid twirled her around in his arms. She clutched him tight, holding onto him like her life actually depended on him.
“Hey…” Khalid cooed and managed to put her down on her feet, then cupped her chin in his hands.
“You did it” Octavia muttered, staring directly into his dark eyes.
“You’re alive”.
“No. You did it” replied answered with a light smile and crashed his lips on hers.
It was a snogging kiss, tempestuous and breathtaking.
Khalid’s hands were still cupping her cheeks, while she moved here to his shoulders and held him tight.
The flavors of their tongues were exchanged and when Khalid purposefully give her bottom lip a hard bite, she couldn’t help but give out a light Mõ@ɲ.
“Octavia…” Khalid paused the kiss and whispered into her lips.
“What I said on my deathbed… They weren’t just words from a dying man. I really do love you…a lot”.
His words sent alderaine shock down her spine as for the first time in her life, she felt like a woman – a woman who had a man to herself.
“T… Thank you so much, Master” she swallowed hard.
“I um…I love you too”.
Khalid’s heart beamed at how nervous she looked while saying those words. Her eyes wouldn’t even leave the floor.
He smiled and lifted her jaws so she looks him in the face.
“Next time you call me *Master*, I’ll spank your àss” he told her and reached for her lips again.

They kissed for a longer time before he disengaged and took a few steps away, staring at her tummy.
“Do you think…the baby’s fine?” He asked and Octavia’s heart blossomed when she could see that worriedness in his eyes.
He cares about the baby!
Of course, he’s always done.
“Y…Yeah. I think so” she answered with a light smile and Khalid lowered his head to place a kiss there.
Goosebumps.
“We don’t have much time, Octavia. The coronation would be taking place soon. We need to leave”. Khalid spoke in a brisk and tried going away with her , but Octavia hesitated.
“I…I can’t” she stuttered, making Khalid look at her.
“They’ll ki|| me if I go back”.
Khalid sighed and held her both hands.
“Do you trust me?” He asked, but she didn’t reply.
She was scared to.
“Octavia. Do you trust me?” He asked again.
“Of…Of course. You should know I do, Khalid”. She answered timidly and he cupped her cheeks in his hands.
“Then, trust me” he muttered and kissed her tenderly.
Gosh! Octavia couldn’t help but feel so nervous, recalling all the things she’d done at the camp. She’d broken so many rules, hurt so many people. How on earth would she get pass that?
Khalid broke the kiss afterwards and held her hand.
“Let’s go”.he told her and was about leaving when he heard his name.
“Khalid”.
He turned and noticed it was his mother. Oh. He’d almost forgotten she was standing right there the whole time.
Her young pretty face seemed so nervous as she stared at him.
Khalid looked at her but could only see the face of the woman that nearly ki||ed him.
“There’s no time” he turned to Octavia and said. “Let’s go”.
Octavia shot Sapphire a stare, feeling kind of bad for her. But she had greater problems to face at that moment. So, without saying a word, she turned around and left with Khalid.

A while Later….
Khalid’s car drove into the camp, the securities at the gate stealing glances at the lady beside him.
He drove in and parked at a cool spot, then stepped out but Timid Octavia remained in the car.
“Hey…” He opened her door and stretched his hand towards her.
“Come on, Octavia”.
She stared at his hand, and nervously, took it and finally stepped out of the car.
And together, they started walking into the main hall.
Octavia held Khalid’s hand so tight, having a little string of hope and security around him.
Her eyes were on the floor as they walked in, all the people around muttering and stealing glances at them.
And as soon as they got pass the door into the main hall, guards surrounded them.
“Seize her!” One of them suddenly yelled and instantly, an unknown force pulled Octavia to her knees.
“Argh!” She groaned as her knees landed hard on the floor and Khalid’s eyes glinted.
“Another person touches her and I swear, you’re dead!” His voice was a growl, a growl that quieted the entire place and gave the kneedle a chance to be heard if dropped to the floor.
The boys mumbled to themselves, alongside the rest of the members in the hall.
And ignoring them, Khalid turned to Octavia and helped her from the floor.
“She’s a wanted Crìminal, Master Khalid!” One of the guards suddenly said.
“You don’t know the things she did. My brother – Nick – suffered severe burns due to her insanity and….”
Before he could finish talking, a heavy wind swept him off his feet as he crashed far behind on the floor.
A wild gasp was heard.
“If you don’t watch your tongue, I’ll cut it out for you” he stated grumpily to the boy as he groaned on the floor.
Octavia was standing so close to Khalid, holding and fidgetting with the tip of his shirt like a baby.
A group of people walked in immediately from different angles – the judges, Master Klaus and Master Zack.
Zack.
He had a black rubber over his left eye and was obviously covering up the hole. And when he walked, it was so obvious he was limping.
No matter how hard he tried, he still looked like a weakling.
“Khalid” the first judge called as they stopped walking and stood a little distance away.
“You made a grave mistake by bringing this lady back here, Khalid. Because the moment she attacked one of the Masters and ran away, that was the moment she got banned. And you of all people should know what happens when a banned member returns to the clan. They get ki||ed instantly”.
Octavia’s bladder suddenly became full and Khalid turned slightly to look at her.
