Quincy rushed in, running past Kimberly in the living room.

She’s already up before she could finish.
Kimberly followed her immediately and caught up in her room
“What happened to sleepover at your boyfriend’s house?”
Quincy sat on her bed slowly, not saying a word.
“Talk to me young girl” Kimberly said, sitting beside her.
Quincy started picking on her nails and Kimberly held her hand.
“Tell me what’s wrong if you still consider me as your manager” she said.
“I….ran away” she replied.
“Ran away?, Why?, He got a lion as a pet?”
“He…. we… wanted to ….get…down but….
“But you ran away and left him hanging?”
“Yes….I was scared…I did it with the others too but they ended up breaking me and….. and I dunno” she replied, shedding slow tears.
Kimberly hugged her.
“I understand your fears baby, but calm down first, please” she said.
“I dunno what to say to him when we meet tommorow, I’m scared, will he break up with me cos i left him hanging?” She asked fearfully.
“Hey Genny is not any guy and you know, just talk it out with him, he’ll understand…. though you need to trust him first, I know it’s hard to trust again but…I want you to” Kimberly said, patting her.
“Now stop crying, crybaby” she smiled.

NEXT DAY, MAYBELLINE HIGH**
“Geez!, Today has been hectic!” Geneva said after the first class.
“If laziness was a person” Craig replied beside him.
“I already told you to stop butting into my affairs” Geneva rolled eyes.
“As if I’ll ever listen” Craig replied.
“I h@ťě you” Geneva shot.
“Same pinch” Craig winked.
“Genny has been quite, what’s up?” Craig asked.
“It’s an hot gist, his big elephant was left hanging last night” Geneva said.
“Big elephant?, What’s that?” Craig asked in confusion.
“You dunno?, f_ck!, where are you even from, you’re like one prehistoric caveman” Geneva said.
“Did Genny buy an elephant?” Craig asked, still in confusion.
“Oh Craig, why is it that anytime you speak, I feel my brain cells commiting suicide” Gennie said.
“I should be crying right now if you really have the brain” Craig replied.
“Jerk” Geneva said, trying to get him but Craig left class.
“WFM!” Neva left with him.
Genova sighed and stood.
He went to Bae.
“Where’s Quincy?” He asked.
“She went to Mrs May’s office” she replied and he left.
“I don’t think they’re ok, he looks dull and Quincy has been acting strange too” Polly said.
“You can say that again” Trinidad smiled.
“I hope they solve wh@ťěver it is, are you coming for the sleepover at Red’s tonight?” Polly asked Bae.
“Of course, the son of a minister is hosting a sleepover, I dare not sleep at my house” Bae replied.
“What about you Trinidad?” Polly asked.
“Are you asking again?, She’s the host’s girl” Bae replied.
“I’m not his girlfriend” Trinidad replied.
“Yet should be part of it, you might become his girlfriend tonight, who knows” Polly winked.
Trinidad smiled.
“What time are we having the next class?” Bae asked.
” Thirty minutes from now” Trinidad replied.
“Let’s go join Izzy at the library, exams are knocking” Polly suggested and they all left the class.
They bumped into Geneva and Craig who has girls around them.
“Girls are already surrounding Neva” Trinidad grinned.
“That jerk” Polly smirked, covering her face with her palms.
She tried walking away without letting him see her but he did.
“Stonia!” He called out.
“I’m dead” she muttered and started walking fast.
He rushed after her and held her hand.
Her heart skipped beats with that single contact.
His palm is so warm and tender on her skin.
She stared at him eyes for a while before getting back to her senses.
“Let’s be friends, just friends” he said
She broke free and ran away.
Craig stopped Bae too.
She became shy to look him in the eye.
“Your necklace” he said.
“Huh?, I’ve been looking for it since yesterday, Quincy must not find out that I lost it, we got it together” she said.
“I have it, I found it somehow” he said.
“Jinjja?”
“Yeah, but it’s not here, are you coming to Red’s sleepover?”
“Sure” she replied and he smiled.
“I’ll bring it there” he replied.
“Thanks!” She smiled and left.

MM GROUP OF COMPANIES**
When the black foreign car stopped in front of the company and Maybelline came out, everyone gasped.
She’s dressed gorgeously, her hair curled to the right, falling on her right shoulder.
She removed her shades and the guards bowed in respect as she stepped into the company.
Everyone stared, it’s like a beauty goddess just entered.
She’s stunning!
She looks stern as she walked
Hanna suddenly appeared and blocked her.
“Where do you think you’re going, shameless wh-_-re” she said h@ťěfully.
“Why are you standing front of me?, I don’t remember placing order for a Ɓîtçh, I’d have gotten a dog if I wanted one” Maybelline replied with a smile.
“What!”
“Out of my way!” Maybelline said and started leaving but Hanna blocked her again.
“You love biting more than you can chew” she said.
“Why can’t I when I have everything in abundance ” May winked.
“Get out!” Hanna screamed.
“Do you know the meaning of MM?, May and Max group of companies, your name is not branded anywhere here so you should be the one to get out, flat @zz” May said tauntingly.
“Why are you even back why!, Max choose me over you cos I’m prettier!” Hanna yelled and May giggled.
“If I had a face like yours trust me I’d sue my parents” May replied and Hanna slapped her soundly.
Everyone gasped and those making videos held their phones tighter.
“Leave!” Hanna yelled.
May swept back her hair and smiled at Hanna.
“You won’t be able to eat for at least, three days” she said and before Hanna could take another breath,….
Maybelline raised her heels to Hanna’s face and kicked her right there, sending her to the ground with a bleeding nose.
