Tilley was speechless and couldn’t believe her ears, she stared at Damon in shock, she removed her hand slowly away then sat up.
“Tilley, I truly love you” He muttered.
“But I don’t love you…the only person I love is Roman” She said, looking away.
“Who is that? See, I don’t even want to know who he is…I will make sure I do all my possible to make you fall for me” He said, sadly.
“I’m sorry, Damon” She stood up then left the room.
She went to Gigi’s room, when she got there, she met Gigi chatting on her phone.
“Gigi” She called as she sat down next to her.
“Why are you here? Is there something bothering you?” Gigi questioned, gazing at her.
“Your brother just confessed his feelings to me” She said with a smile.
“Wow, that’s good” Gigi screamed.
“Hey, stop screaming and listen” She said, covering her mouth.
Gigi dropped her phone on the bed and sat up.
“So what did you say? Did you accept his proposal?” Gigi asked with a smile.
She shook her head.
“I need to teach him a lesson, I will make it hard for him” She smiled.
“Pumpkin, go easy on him. I know you love him too so let him know about your feelings too” Gigi said and held her hand.
“No, dear..even though I love him, I won’t let him know and if see him with any ladies, he is gonna see my worst” She said with a frown.
Gigi burst out laughing.
“So someone is in love” Yvonne said as she walked in.
“Yeah, sis…And also Damon has confess his feelings to her but she rejected him because she…”
Her sentence was interrupted.
“You wanna go hard on him, huh? You better let him know your feelings now, you know he will thought you love someone else” Yvonne said, sitting next to Gigi.
“I lied to him that I still love Roman” She said.
“Ohh, Tilley…. do you want to give my brother love sickness, don’t you know that when he loves someone and she rejected, he is gonna loose his mind, he won’t concentrate on everything going around him” Gigi said.
“Did he have someone he loved before?” She asked, gazing at them.
“Yes, He loved a girl named Selene before, he confesses his love to her but she rejected him but as time goes on she accepted his proposal “ Gigi said.
“Ohh, where is she now? Have they broke up?” She questioned.
Gigi glanced at Yvonne, she sighed out loud.
“She was R@P£D until she give up her life… we don’t know the person who did it. Selene is very nice, she doesn’t associate with many people” Gigi said and she was shocked.
“Who was the person, I wish I know who it was” Tilley said in anger.
“We investigated it but we didn’t find any clue” Yvonne said, sadly.
“Oh my God, I will make sure I do some research on it” Tilley gritted.
“Tilley, let’s forget about” Yvonne said and she nodded.
“Are we going to a club tonight?” Gigi asked, gazing at them.
“Yes, I need to enjoy myself before the marriage” Tilley replied with a nod.

At night, the girls were in Gigi’s room, dressing up when Queen Felicia came in, they were shocked to see her.
“Mo…ther” They stuttered.
“Where are you guys going? Wait…are you sneaking out?”She questioned.
“No,mom” Gigi shook her head.
“Don’t you dare lie,you guys know Tilley would be getting married to your brother soon and you are taking her out tonight…what if something happens to you guys?” She said in anger.
“Mom, calm down please… don’t shout” Yvonne said, moving closer to her.
“Mother, I was the one that asked me to take me out “ Tilley said.
“Really but why? Are you bored here?” She asked as she faced her.
“Yes, ma’am” Tilley nodded.
“Okay, you guys should go but don’t come home late” She said with a smile.
“Okay, Her Highness” Tilley muttered then they left.
Hours later, immediately they got to the club and they started dancing to the tune.
“Woohoo, I love this song” Yvonne screamed.
Tilley was dancing with the girls when she spotted Damon,she immediately looked away and continued dance. She was still dancing when someone wrapped his hand on her waist, she turned back angrily and saw it was Vesper, she slapped him and pushed away. A gasped tore from everyone.
“How dare you slap my brother” Etta said as she walked towards her.
“Why won’t she slap him” Gigi said, angrily.
“Tilley, you shouldn’t have slapped him” Yvonne said.
“Oh really, so I should let him be…Yvonne, I know you have feelings but what this fool did is very wrong, he know I am Damon’s wife to be and he is still…”
Her sentence was interrupted.
“And so what? Why would you slap him?” Yvonne yelled.
Tilley was shocked.
“You yelled at me because of him, Yvonne can’t you see that this guy doesn’t love you at all” Tiller said in anger lamed on her voice.
“Vesper, I was there watching you when you wrapped your hands around her waist, how dare you did that to my fiancé… do you know the reason why I didn’t stand up or angry with you when I saw you doing that because I already knew what she would do to you. And you Etta you are siding with your brother without knowing what he does…”
His sentence was interrupted.
“But Damon…”
“Keep quiet, don’t speak when I am still speaking…Yvonne, I know you love Vesper but you shouldn’t have said that to her, you know it was not her fault but Vesper. Why did you care so much for this fool, he doesn’t love you” Damon said and Vesper hit him.
Damon got angry and hit him back, the girls try to stop them but couldn’t.
“Damon, if you don’t leave him alone…I am out of here” Tilley shouted.
He glanced at her and stopped, he wiped the stain of blood off his hand, he moved closer to her and held her hand.
“Why do you care about me when you say you don’t love me” He asked.
She looked away then yanked her hand away, she left the club.
“Tilley” He called, running after her.
Gigi glared at Etta and then she left Yvonne there.

Tilley went out of the club in anger, when she got outside, she stood next to the car, Damon got to her and held her hand.
“Tilley, do you love me?” He asked, gazing at her.
She looked away and shook her head.
“I don’t, why should I love you” She muttered.
“If you don’t love me then why did you care about me” He said, sadly.
“I want you guys to stop fighting, that was the reason…”
She didn’t complete her statement when he kissed her, she reciprocated, holding him tightly. They were still kissing when they saw Gigi, Tilley immediately pushed Damon away.
“Gigi…you…are here” She stuttered, glancing around.
Gigi nodded with a smile.
“Damon, why did you kiss me? I said I…don’t love…you” She said.
“But Tilley I do” He said as he stood up on the floor.
“Gigi, let’s leave” Tilley muttered and was about to enter the car when he held her hand, she immediately yanked it away.
“Don’t touch me” She said.
Damon felt sad and left, Gigi turned to her.
“Tilley, I think you should let him know about your feelings” Gigi said, gazing at her.
“I don’t wanna go easy on him, I want to know how much he loves me” She said as she entered the car.
“Let’s wait for Yvonne” Gigi muttered and she nodded.
They waited for Yvonne for some hours but no sign of her. Tilley got down from the car and was about to call her on the phone when she spotted her coming, they entered the car then the driver drove off. The drive home was so silent, nobody spoke to themselves till they got back to the palace.
Hours later, They got to the palace and headed straight to their rooms, Tilley got to her room and lay down on the bed. Her mind drifted to Damon, she sighed out loud.
“I shouldn’t have pushed him away” She muttered.
After some minutes thinking about him, she got down on the bed and undressed her, and she entered the washroom to take her shower. Immediately after she was done, she put on her pyjamas and lay down on the bed. She stared at her phone waiting for Damon’s call. Maybe he was gonna call her but he didn’t. She felt hurt. She tried to sleep but couldn’t, so she got down on the bed and sat down next to the window.
“Do I truly love Damon?” She thought.
She stared at the moon outside the window for a while, her mind drifted to her parents and Ramon.
“Ramon, I’m sorry…I think I’m in love with someone else now” She muttered.
She later got up and went to lay down on the bed then she dozed off.
The Next Morning***
Tilley got up early because she couldn’t wait to see her Prince Charming. After she was done bathing, she wore something cool then screwed out of the room. Immediately she got outside and met Yvonne walking towards her.
“Hi, Tilley” Yvonne muttered.
“Hi” She replied.
“Tilley, for everything I said yesterday…I shouldn’t have blame you” Yvonne said, sadly.
“It’s okay, I understand. You love Vesper that was the reason why you did that, I see that you care about him so much but Yvonne he doesn’t love…”
Her sentence was interrupted.
“Hi girls” Gigi said, running towards them.
“Hi, why did you wake up late today?” Yvonne asked but Gigi ignored her and faced Tilley.
“Gigi, it’s okay… she has realised her mistakes so please forgive her” Tilley pleaded.
“I should forgive her, do you remember what she said to you yesterday at the club… Tilley, why are you so kind, you forgive people easily? Gigi said, glaring at Yvonne.
“Gigi, it’s okay please. We are all friends so we should forgive ourselves” Tilley said.
“Okay, fine” Gigi mumbled.
Tilley hugged her tightly.
“Pumpkin, you are hurting me” Gigi said and she chuckled then she disengaged.
“Won’t you give me a hug?” Gigi asked, facing Yvonne.
Yvonne smiled and hugged her, they entered the car.
Some minutes later, they got to the college and headed straight to their lecture room as usual. They got inside and were surprised to see Melinda and Quinne. They went to their seats, Tilley glanced around and didn’t see any traces of Damon, she felt sad.
“He might be on his way” She thought.
Not long after Prof.Raven entered the class, they all greeted him. He was teaching but Tilley couldn’t concentrate because she was thinking about Damon. She turned back for the umpteenth time and sighed out loud.
“Why is he not here yet?” She thought worriedly.
Gigi glanced at her and tapped her, jolting her out of her review.
“What’s wrong? Is everything alright?” Gigi questioned.
“Yeah, I’m fine” She muttered.
Gigi nodded and continued listening to Prof.Raven’s explanation on the topic they were dealing with. Damon suddenly showed up, immediately she spotted him, she smiled but she controlled herself and looked away, Damon winked at her and went to sit down.
Some hours later, Prof.Raven was done so he left the class, the student groaned.
?“The class is so boring today”
Some students murmured.
Damon stood up and went to meet Tilley, he stood in front of her and collected her phone, she frowned.
“Damon, give me that back” She said, pretending to be angry.
“I promise to give you, if you follow me to the rooftop” He muttered and grabbed her hand.
They were about to leave the class when Melinda called Damon, he stopped and faced her, Tilley frowned.
“Damon, I am sorry” Melinda said, walking closer to him.
“I already forgive you” He said.
“I know… Damon, can we go back to our old days, I missed you so much” She said and hugged her.
Tilley yanked her hand away and went to sit down, Damon stared at her, he pushed Melinda away.
“I told you to stay away from me, why did you want to ruin everything for me?” He questioned with anger.
“I’m sorry, babe” Melinda said.
Damon glared at her then went to meet Tilley, he held her hand and she yanked it away.
“Damon, please leave” She said.
“Why are you angry? I thought…”
His sentence was interrupted.
“Leave please” She said, looking away.
“Tilley, stop pushing him away…do you want to give Melinda a chance to snatch him away from you” Gigi whispered into her ear.
She shook her head.
“Go with him” Gigi muttered.
She glanced at him and stood up.
“What do you wanna show me?” She asked with a smile.
Damon smiled in return and grabbed her hand without saying anything then they went out of the class, Damon took her to the rooftop. When they got there, he made her sit on a chair, he tucked his hand in his pocket and brought out a silver necklace and wore it on her neck, she smiled and touched it.
“Do you like it?” He asked.
“N..o… I mean…yes” She stuttered.
“I’m so happy you like it” He said and hugged her.
“Stop this, Damon…don’t forget that I don’t love you” She said and it hurt him.
“Tilley, give me a chance even if it is one” He said, looking into her eyes.
She shook her head slowly.
“I need to leave now, thanks for the necklace” She said then left.
“Why do my heart bleed when I said…Damon, I think I am gonna confess my feelings to you very soon” She thought.
