The sounds of clicking of spoons on the ceramic plate was heard in the cafeteria.
The students were busy eating while chatting as well.
Lexi and James were together as usual, eating their dinner.
Jayden, Richard and Aaron were also eating together in the same table.
Summer,Hazel and Octavia were eating in the same table also,with some other students.
“Girls,I have a gist” Octavia suddenly said and they became interested.
“Say it baby” Summer winked.
“I approached Aaron today to thank him for helping me but I can’t understand myself” She said.
“How?” Summer and Hazel asked in unison.
“My heart was racing badly for him, he’s the first guy I’ll approach that my heart will start beating” She touched her chest.
Hazel sighed.
“What could be the meaning?” Octavia asked.
“It’s love” Summer said.
Octavia rolled her eyes, frowning at her.
“I can’t love that guy” She said.
“Well, Summer just told you the truth” Hazel added and Octavia kept a straight face.
She doesn’t want to like or love him,she would not forgive herself if she love him.
“I rather prefer a dog than him” She hissed and the girls laughed.
Meanwhile Luna was looking at them secretly, whenever they laugh she finds it difficult to breathe cos she’s always clenching her fists.
She was smirking while staring at Hazel,her aim is just for her to eliminate her and Jayden would finally become hers.
She remembered the day Hazel slapped her and that doubled the hatred she has for her.
She was stumping her foot on the ground when an idea popped into her head.
She walked out of the cafeteria, heading to the girls hostel.
She entered the elevator which took her to the 30th floor and she entered the room.
She located Hazel’s bed and she brought out a glue from her pocket, spreading it on her bed.
Luna smiled demonically and she walked out of the room, heading back to the cafeteria.
She entered the cafeteria without anyone noticing her and she sat down like a gentle dove while staring at the students.
“I’m in love guys” Jayden said and Aaron and Richard stared at him as they quit eating their food.
“Who’s the lucky girl?” Richard asked.
“Hazel” He replied and they shook hands with him.
“But you’ve broken your promise” Richard said and Jay stared at him confusedly.
“Promise? What promise?” Jay asked.
“You told me you’re not ready to fall in love,you said you wanna face your studies and get out of this school” Richard said and Jayden started smiling.
“One can change choice” He said and Aaron heaved a soft sigh.
“Congratulations” He shook Jayden’s hand and they laughed.

Hazel and her friends were on their way to the hostel.
She yawned loudly and Octavia started smiling.
“Your yawn seems funny” She said and Hazel chuckled.
“Your words seems funny either” Hazel replied.
“Let’s walk fast girls,I don’t wanna fall” Summer hissed walking faster.
“Wait!..” Octavia pouted walking fast.
Hazel isn’t an exceptional.
They entered the room and they all entered the bathroom, having their baths.
They put on their pyjamas,ready to sleep but Summer suddenly asked a question.
“What do you think about Luna,where does she sleep?” She asked and they hissed.
“It’s her life” Hazel hissed more.
She laid on her bed and she started feeling some warmness on her thighs but she didn’t let that worry her.
She slept off after some minutes.

The girls woke up with smile all over their faces.
Hazel stretched her body and tried standing up from her bed but she can’t get up.
“What’s wrong with you?” Summer asked after noticing her uncomfortable move.
“I don’t know what’s wrong with me,I can’t get up from the bed” She replied.
Octavia and Summer attended to her immediately.
They tried pulling her up but it seems like they’re wasting their time.
Octavia checked the time and she gasped.
“What!!” She screamed.
“What’s wrong?” Summer asked, looking at Hazel who was sweating profusely.
“The time is 8:30am” She said and they both gasped.
“What are we going to do?” Summer asked panicking.
She was panicking cos it’s already time for the first lecture and they haven’t even had their baths.
“I don’t know what to do” Octavia replied.
“Don’t worry yourself,I’ll try my best,you guys should go for lectures” Hazel nodded and they sighed.
“Are you sure of what you’re saying?” Summer asked and she nodded, giving them a go ahead.

Jayden started feeling uncomfortable the moment the first lecturer entered.
The reason is because Hazel and her friends have not arrived yet.
He was ruffling his hair while using some styles to check if she’ll come.
Luna was smiling secretly as she was staring at Jayden.
Her happiness couldn’t be compared to anyone on earth right now,she was overjoyed cos Hazel isn’t in class.
“Let the class begin” The Chemistry lecturer said and wrote a topic on the board.

“Who can tell me the simple definition of an Acid?” The lecturer asked.
No one raised his or her hand.
Jayden chuckled before raising up his hand.
“An acid is a substance which when dissolved in water produces Hydrogen ion as the only positive ion” Jayden said and they all clapped their hands.
Just then Summer and Octavia entered in a haste, breathing heavily.
“Why are you both just coming to my class?” The lecturer asked.
“Sir we woke late today” Summer said.
“We’re sorry” Octavia pleaded and lecturer Dave licked his lips.
“You know what? Stay outside the class till I’m done teaching, after that follow me to my office” Lecturer Dave said and they both nodded.
Dave started explaining to them how acids are formed and some other things they need to know.
When he was done he left the class, Summer and Octavia following him behind.
Meanwhile Aaron’s heart wasn’t at rest,he was feeling so concerned about Octavia.
