“You should stop crying, it hurts me to hear you cry.”
“If it hurts you, then allow me to go back to her. She needs me, you could come visit me there anytime you pleased.” She requested, placing her head on his shoulder while resting on his chest.
“You can’t go back there, try to understand that I’m doing this for you.”
“Yeah, and I appreciate you for that. But I’m the only she had got, I can’t just abandoned her just like that. She’s like a daughter to me.” Balam persuaded him further.
“Alright, let’s do it this way; go and bring her here.”
“Really?! Are you sure about that?!
“You seems to have no idea about how much I valued you. I can’t just let you leave, I have been waiting for you and now that I have found you, I’ll not let any bad things ever befall on you.” He said and she smiled lightly to herself.
“But I heard from tales that you’re wicked, you ki|| those who disobeyed you and you don’t have a heart….”
“Yes, all of that was true, but you’re quite different from any other person I do murder.”
“How’m I different?” She asked, teasingly.
“Coz you’re the only person to Daracula’s heart…. I’ll try to have a heart because of you.”
“You mean you won’t treat me like a trash as you treated others? Even after knowing I was a stripper?” She asked, astonishingly. And frowned, probably remembering a sad memories of her past.
Daracula detached from the hug and looked into her eyes.
“Are you sad being a stripper?”
“No, I wasn’t…. I wasn’t…”
“Stop lying to me.”
“I’m, I don’t wanna be a stripper but yet I had no other choice. I was sold to Dae couple of days ago, but he didn’t accept me; he freed me instead and then I met her..” She said,as tears trailed down her cheeks.
“You should erased that from your mind, as long you’re with me, I’ll try to make you happy in every possible ways I could.

“Humm! That’s nice… Thanks.”
“You should learn to stop thanking me.”
“Then, what should I do instead of that whenever I wanna appreciate you for something?” She asked, staring into his eyes passionately.
Daracula leaned and caught her lips, it was slow, gently and passionate.
Balam detached from the kiss and turned to the other side, obviously being shy.
“Oh, I understand that. But, do you think that’s right?”
“Yeah, why not? It’s because you’re quite shy when I kissed you. Tell me, why’re you shy?” He asked, suspiciously.
“If I say I wasn’t, would you believe me? Okay, I wasn’t.”
“Really?! How about we do a short clarification?”
“Clarification? Like what?”
“Look at me.” He said, in a quite commanding tone and she obeyed.
He kissed her again, this time it was quite different. She moved closer to him, kissing him as he does.
“I need to get her.” Balam said with an attempt to leave, but he grasp her hand.
“You don’t even ask If we’re in the same realm or not. You’re presently in another realm.
So, that means I’ll have to assign some guards to come along with you.”
“Why not you?” She asked, frowning a bit.
“You have no idea how busy I’m. I can’t follow you, mate.”
“But you said you gonna do anything to make me happy! Are you really fulfilling it?!” She asked, calmly and he looked straight into her eyes.
“Are you trying to be mad at me?” He asked.
“No, I’m not trying to, I’m probably more mad.” Balam said.
“Should I follow you? Then. Will that make you happy?”
“Yeah..”
“But mind you, wherever you might leave, I can enter there. I’ll just accompany you to your destination. Okay?”
“Alright… Thanks anyways.”

Balam’s suite
“Modeok..! Modeok! Are you in there?” Balam asked as she entered.
From the distance, Modeok saw her approaching. She stood and ran to her for a hug.
“What took you so long?” She asked, hugging her tightly.
“I’m so sorry about that, but I’m back to take you with me.” Balam said in the embrace as they hug each other tighter.
“Where?”
“You’ll find out very soon.” Balam assured her and detached from the hug.
“Will you come along with me to the place I have come to take you to?” She asked.
“If you think this place’s no longer safe for us, of course I’ll follow you. I know you can’t do me any harm, I’ll rather than go with you than to go back there.” Modeok said.
Balam grasp her hand and then went out, after walking far away from the suite, they saw a man standing and turning his back at them.
“Ma’am, we can’t go there. We don’t know the man standing right there!” Modeok said in fear while pointing at a man standing before them.
“No worries, Modeok. He’ll do us no harm!” Balam walked to Daracula and stood beside him.
Modeok was just watching, her heart palpitating with fear.
“Daracula, I’m back.” She declared.
Modeok thought Balam as betrayed her, she thought she’s gonna sell her to him and her heart couldn’t beating faster.
“Is she here with you?”
“Yeah.” Balam replied, and he turned at Modeok, who was nervous when she saw him looking at her.
So, she looked at the floor instead.
“Huh! Let’s go back..” He said, turning back and Balam went to her and grasp her hand.
Together, they walked to Daracula and she grasp his hand, and in a short time, they disappears.

DARACULA’S KINGDOM
They appears at another realm, which looks more different to Modeok.
“Where’re we?” She asked.
“Somewhere quiet safe for us, so rest assured.” Balam said, when she saw him leaving, they followed him.

MODEOK’S SUITE
“Girl, this your suite. Any thing you want you can call on the maids before your door.” He explained.
“Do I need them? I have been leaving without them and I survived.” Modeok said.
“Don’t talk that way, Modeok. Everything changes here, you need them and remember the condition you’re.” Balam said, remembering her of her condition.
“Thanks.” Balam said, turning to him.
“Always welcome, mate. But you need to tell her not to talk to me that way again, or I’ll get her punished.” He said and left the suite.
“Do you trust this guy?” Modeok asked as Balam walked towards her.
“Of course, I do.”
“When did you both meet?” She questioned further.
“Why’re you always asking questions? That can never leave your blood.” Balam said, jarcularly.
“I learnt that from you, can’t you see it? Ma’am.” Modeok said, humorously.
And they both burst out laughing for no reason at all.

Later in the day>> Dinning
“Are these meals only for one person?”Modeok asked while staring at the food in front of her in amazement.
“Yeah. Do you want more?” Balam asked.
“More? I was asking if all these are for me, I don’t think I’ll want more.”
“Muhyul, what brings you here?” Daracula asked facing to someone who approaches from the distance.
“I came to say Hi to you. I’m already here, you can’t send me away. Anyways, what did I miss?” Muhyul said and sat on her chair.
“No food for me?”
“Yeah, as you can see.. You didn’t inform me before coming.”
“You could have mine, I’m not that hungry.” Modeok said and stood up.
“You shouldn’t mind him, he’s only kidding.”
“No, I’m not kidding this time around.” Muhyul said.
“You can have mine, then.” Modeok said, pointing towards her seat.
“I’d like to go back to my suite.” She added, and turned to leave.
“Hey girl, I’m not you’re not mad at me for taking what belongs to you?”
“I’m not, I just lost my appetite after you came.”
“Really?! Am I that bad?”
“Not really, I was only kidding..” Modeok said and leave.

“Your Majesty,is everything okay?”Hwan personal guard asked.
“Have I been behaving funning these days?”
“I’m not in the position to tell you that, your majesty please forgive me.”The guard said.
“I asked you to, just be sincere with me.” Hwan said.
“Yeah, sometimes you’ll be lost in thoughts, and sometimes you muttered a name”Modeok” You’re always call her name to yourself.” The guard said, truthfully.
“Really?! You heard me saying all that to myself?” Hwan asked.
“Yeah.”
“Anything else?”
“You seems to be going insane gradually, I’m sorry, Your Majesty. It’s just what I noticed.”
“Oh, I’m going insane?”
“You may leave.”
“Yes,Your Majesty..”

DARACULA’S KINGDOM>>>OUTSIDE
Modeok watched the sun rising.
“Why’m I missing him?” She said, within herself as she tried to erase the thought of him from her mind.
Just then, Muhyul walked to her.
“Hey pretty.” He greeted and she came back to her senses.” What’re you doing outside? And you seems to be lost in thought. Is everything okay?”
“Everything’s absolutely okay. You know people got confused in the world they find themselves.” Modeok said, smiling.
“Are you confused here?”
“No, not really. I’m just confused with my first world, but I’m somehow missing it…” She said, staring at the Moon.
“I think you should go back to your first world instead.”
“I don’t wanna go back coz there, I went through many hardship I never wanna go through again.” She pouted, sadly.
“Why’re you missing it? Then.”
“I don’t know, I really can’t tell why..”
“Do you mind we go to the library?”
“Sure. I’ll love to.”

“Here’s a book I think you would love.” Muhyul suggested and she collected the book from him.
“Should I read it to your hearing?”
“Yeah, if you want to.”
“Have your seat.”
They both sat beside themselves while Modeok listened to him with keen interest.
“How was the story?” He asked, after they were done perusing the book.
“Good.”
“You know what I love this book the most. I read it often and often.”
“Could you lend me some? I can’t come here to read novels because he has warmed me not to cross the line again.”
“I can’t lend you some, but we can always come here whenever you want to read.”
“Oh! That’s so nice of you!”
“Am flattered.”
“Don’t be, I’ll always make you laugh till you laugh your eyes out.” Modeok said.
“And I’ll not stop doing the same to you.” Muhyul said and she looked at him in the eyes.
“Let’s see who’ll laugh best.” She said, smiling and he smiled back at her.
