*****ARLETTE’S APARTMENT*****
She sat on her bed with the hope of seeing Reggie because she doesn’t even know how to approach him. She realized she wasn’t that hurt when she saw Resse and Nikita kissing intensely than when Reggie confessed to her.
She has been having sleepless nights because all she do all night is to think about Reggie and that baffles her a lot. Her heart aches every time she thinks about Reggie and she has always wondered why that’s happen when she thinks about him.
She decided to let him know how she feels anytime she thinks about him. She has never expected herself to fall on love with him but it just happened and she can’t refuse it or else she’ll gets hurt.
She got the news about Channel but she is too weak to go out but she promised herself to see her once she has the strength. She picked up her phone putting a call through Reggie.
He picked at the third ring and her heart skipped a bit. She opened her mouth to speak but said nothing.
“I need your help. I’m in pains”. She finally said holding the phone tight as more tears poured down her face.
“Send me your address and I’ll be there before you know it. Just stay still”. He said and hanged up while she quickly typed in her address. She sent it to him and dropped her phone laying like a someone in pains on the bed.
Not long after, she heard the sound of car and she quickly pulled the duvet to her waist wrapping her arms around herself.
He entered without knocking running towards the first door he saw. He entered but couldn’t find her. He saw another door, he ran to the door pulling it open.
He met her on the bed wrapped with the duvet. He hurriedly walked towards her and sat on the bed feeling her temperature. He hissed and she opened her eyes immediately.
“Since when did it start?”. He asked but she said nothing.
“Have you eaten?”. He asked she shook her head negatively. He brought out his phone from his pocket making a quick delivery without asking her what she wants.
He dropped his phone on the bed and she sat up holding his hands. He looked at her as she leaned closer while he moved back a bit not sure if she is okay.
He looked away when their lips were about to meet while her lips landed on his cheek.
She stayed like that for a while before moving back. She sat down and cleared her throat making up her mind to tell him how she feels about him.
“Reggie, I’m sorry I rejected your love then. I was just obsessed with Reese and that totally blinded me from seeing who I truly love”.
“Is that why you faked a sickness? I thought something happened to you. Thank you for wasting my time”. He stood up, picked up his phone and walked to the door hurriedly.
“I love you”. She said and he stopped for a while before twisting the nob.
“It’s too late”. He replied and left the room hurriedly.
She smiled sadly as tears poured down her face. She stared at the bed before laying her chest on it screaming and hitting the pillow hard.
She raised her head again, she remembered his last sentence and she placed it back pouring out her anger and frustration on the pillow as her cries, wails and screams filled the room.

*****ZODE’S MANSION*****
Rocky opened the door to Channel’s room and met her standing by the window backing him. He smiled at the development taking slow strides towards her. She turned back sharply when she heard footsteps approaching her, she breath out in relief when she saw it was Rocky.
“Do you still feel pains?”. He asked and she shook her head negatively.
“Just a little on my arm”. She replied pointing at it while he smiled before pulling her to the bed.
“You need to have your bath. I’ll prepare your water but you’ll have to use my bathroom”. He said and she gasped looking at him.
“The only bathroom in this room is mine. Don’t skip today’s bath again”. He said and nod looking down.
“How do I get my clothes?”. She asked and he raised a brow.
“I’m too tired to go to your room. I’ll probably go there tomorrow if I’m not tired”. He replied and she gave him a questioning look.
“What will I then wear if I have my bath?”. She asked rubbing the back of her palm gently.
“I’ll be back”. He said and left the room while she smiled looking around the room and at the same time bitting her lower lips.
He came back with a pink teddy shirt placing it on her hand. She gasped checking it out.
“This is too short”. She replied and he groaned as he stood up.
“Be out in three minutes”. He said and she nod still looking at the shirt in her hand.

She settled to eat her dinner with Rocky when they heard a knock on the door. Rocky dropped the food to open the door. He did and met a guard standing at the entrance while he threw him a questioning look.
“Someone is here to see you”. He said and Rocky raised a brow.
“He said he is someone you know”. He added looking down waiting for his order.
He nod and walked back in, he held Channel’s hand and she gave him a questioning look while he gave her a reassuring smile. They got to the door and he opened the door revealing Ryatt.
He groaned inwardly as Ryatt stared at their locked hands and the shirt she is wearing. He scoffed and it’s obvious he is angry.
Rocky made way for him to come in and he did without hesitation. He walked into the room and Rocky held her hand firmly.
“Why are you here?”. Rocky asked and he smiled settling in the couch.
“I’m I now banned from coming here?”. He replied with a question and Rocky sighed pulling her to the bed.
“It’s late that’s why I asked”. Rocky said and Ryatt nod looking around his childish and girlish room.
“You indeed have a weird taste. Teddies and $h|t around. You really need a change of lifestyle”. He said and Rocky chuckled at what he said.
“I’m here for something quick and urgent”. He said and Rocky panicked a bit but didn’t show it.
“I’m all ears”. Rocky replied rubbing her palm slowly while she looked at Ryatt.
“I’m here for her. She is will be my date for the competition”. He said and Rocky let go of her hand while she cooed.
“What is he saying?”. She asked innocently while Rocky sighed not looking at her.
“He loves you. He will explain the rest in details for you”. He said and stood up while Ryatt smiled watching the drama.
He took two steps forward towards the door while Channel called his name.
“Why should I go with him? I don’t know him”. She said but he didn’t turn back.
“He loves you but I don’t. He is the right guy for you, just go to him. I’ve brought you so many danger. Staying with me is so dangerous and I don’t want to risk your life anymore”. Rocky said and moved closer to the door when Ryatt called his name.
“Let her pick between the both of us”. He said and he stopped for a while thinking about what he said and he turned back immediately.
“Fine… Pick between us”. Rocky said and she shook her head negatively not believing what is happening.
“Who do you pick? The one that loves you or the one who puts your life in danger?”. Ryatt asked and she smiled a little.
“I’ll go with Ryatt”. She released the bombshell with a smirk.
