“You should go home now love, your mom will be waiting for you” Jesse told Gladys and she pouted cutely.
” I wanna stay with you some more..” She said.

” I’ll be on my way now, Larry. Take care of Jesse for me” She said.
Larry nodded as he watch Jesse and Gladys walked out of the house fully.
Jesse walked in almost immediately and Larry went to him.
” I already sent the video to her”
” I know, I’ll need to visit the club tonight to see how she’ll handle her child.. it’s gonna be fun, don’t you agree?” Jesse laughed.
” Did you delete the second video of her m@$tvrb@ting?” He asked and Larry nodded.
” Yes, I even had to take her to the hospital when I met her unconscious” Larry added and Jesse laughed the more.
” She trust you, how will she feel when she finds out?” Larry asked again, this time he was referring to Gladys.
Jesse thought for a while before chuckling.
” She’ll be dead by then” He said and left for his room.

Menodora yawned loudly as she glanced at the wall clock. It was noon already yet Eduardo wasn’t back.
She took her phone, ready to call him when a broadcasting channel came up.

” He was shot?” she asked no one in particular before dialing Eduardo’s number and he picked up immediately.
? Did you see the news? She asked.
? Hmm.. I was able to take him to the hospital… Eduardo replied and She sighed in relief.
? Won’t you asked me which hospital he got admitted to? Eduardo asked.
? It’s needless cos I won’t visit him.
? I thought you called because you cared about him?” Eduardo asked and silence followed.
She ended the call after a while without saying anything any further.
” He was shot? Are people after his life? Or was it because of me? Did they find out he sheltered me? ” She wondered.
A message popped up on her phone and she checked it.
? HE GOT TWO BULLET IN HIS CHEST AND CURRENTLY, HE’S IN THE OPERATION ROOM.
She read the message which was from Eduardo before dropping her phone.
” I should see Dorian” She picked the phone again and left the house.

Gladys got home but didn’t find her mom in the house. She shrugged and headed to her room at once.
She kept smiling at the thought of Jesse coming to the clubhouse tonight. She just couldn’t wait anymore.
” I’m glad I found you, and I’m sure I won’t regret loving you” She smiled widely.

Dorian and Menodora kept staring at each other, each of them not saying a word. Dorian waited for her to say something but she kept quiet and just stared at Dorian instead.
” Will you just keep staring? Won’t you tell me what happened? Did Mariano really rape you? Dorian broke the silence.
Menodora’s eyes widened.
” How… How… ”
” How I found out? Well, he came here and I told him he might find you at Eduardo’s place” Dorian shrugged.
“ Eduardo really didn’t tell him” Menodora bit her lips slightly.
” How did it happen?”Dorian asked and she sighed.
” Can we please not talk about it? Did you feel this much pain when you lost your pride through rape?” She asked and Dorian chuckled.
” Nah, I am a born s*x addict okay? so I enjoyed it instead” She laughed at her own joke while Menodora shook her head.
” On a serious note babe, you need to forgive Mariano. You wouldn’t believe he almost ki||ed himself right in front of me just because he wanted to prove he was sincerely sorry”
” He did what?”
” Yeah, I told him to show me how sincere he was and that I was gonna help him deliver his apology to you myself. The dumbass took the knife and stabbed himself”
Menodora was speechless, but when she remembered how she pleaded with him last night, her heart hardened.
” Was he the one who got shot? I heard the news , but I don’t know his full name so I didn’t pay much attention to it” Dorian said again.
” Can I rest for a while?” Menodora said instead.
” Nope you can’t, Santario might be here soon” Dorian stood on her feet, she pulled Menodora up and started taking her towards the door.
Immediately she opened the door, she came face to face with Santario who was about to knock.
Santario stared at Menodora, then back at Dorian who let out an eye smile.
” Dora, meet my boyfriend and the distant rela… ”
“Just her boyfriend” Santario cut in.
” Ahh, you’re the cute guy my sister talked about? Wow, she wasn’t lying after all, you look cute” Menodora released a fake smile.
“ you’re the fool who kidnapped me? Just watch and see as I make your life miserable” She said inwardly.
Santario smiled slightly as he stretched his hand for a handshake. Menodora took it with a smile on her face. Her mouth was starting to hurt due to how wide she was smiling.
” I’m Menodora, and I was about leaving when you came. See you another time”
” I’m Santario ” He replied.
” Alright baby, but you still haven’t told me where you live ” Dorian chipped in.
” Oh, I really don’t have a specific place. Like I told you the last time we bumped into each other at the grocery store, I go from one motel to another, I don’t have a permanent place for now” Menodora replied.
” That’s bad.. why don’t you stay with your friend then?” Santario asked and Menodora tried not to scoff.
She was getting tired of the drama already.
” She’s jobless and I am too. Two jobless people living together? how will they cope with the expenses?” She laughed and Santario nodded in understanding.
” Bye girlfriend” She waved and left the house. Santario made to look at her direction but Dorian held his face and started kissing him.
” I miss you so d@mn much, baby” she said.
“Baby?” He raised a brow and she hugged him tight.
” The thing is, I’ve fallen for you… I’m in love with you” She said in the hug. Santario released himself from her grip to take a good look at her.
” Huh?”
She didn’t bother to reply him as she kissed him again.
He wanted to pull away but she grabbed his Ďïčk which made him shudder.
He relented and didn’t know when he lifted her up in his arms and started taking her to the room.
He didn’t bother to close the door as he placed her on the bed. She began undressing him very fast so did he.
Soon, they were both naked and he came over her, reattaching their lips.

Eduardo was still standing in front of the operation room when the door opened. He quickly went to the doctor.
” How’s he?”
” He’s out of danger now, but waking up is left to him” The doctor replied.
” Thank you doctor..” He bowed as he followed the nurse who pushed Mariano to a VIP ward.
The nurse left afterwards and Eduardo sat next to Mariano.
” What did you do to Dora that she came to me with swollen eyes?” He asked, even though he knew Mariano couldn’t hear him.
” I won’t be able to stay with you cos she’s waiting for me at home.. but I’ll call someone to come keep you company” Eduardo stood up and brought out his phone.
He sent Monica the hospital’s address and pocketed his phone.
He stared at Mariano one last time before leaving the ward.
