The night was fast approaching and Alessia’s stomach rumbled violently. She waited for everyone to return back to their respective rooms before looking for some food.
She tiptoed into the kitchen and she could hardly believe her eyes.
There were good and healthy foods which was more than enough to feed everyone but instead Queen Lazebel fed the slaves with corn,bread or hot soup.
“What a large contents” Her eyes raced from one food to another.
She ate to her satisfaction and tiptoed out,back to her room. On her way she saw a shadow. She hid by a tree and tried to catch who it was but the night was too dark except for the half moon up in the sky.
“Who’s that?” She muttered.
The shadow was heading to the antidote room and it disappeared through the walls.
“A wizard” She gasped.
The antidote room was secured a d protected that no supernatural being can go in except for a particular species. A wizard.
She watched it come out and passed through the gates. She heaved a sign of relief and started walking to her room. She stepped on a stone and was about to fall but someone grabbed her.
She looked into the eyes of the arms holding her and it shined green. She quickly bowed her head.
“Greetings my prince” She said already shaking.
“A slave? What are you doing outside by this time?” He asked.
“I…I … came to urinate” She lied but he could detect she was lieing.
“And you are coming from the kitchen. you came to steal isn’t it?”
Immediately he said that her heart got pricked and she almost passed out. She knelt down instantly.
“Pardon me my prince I… I’m sorry” She apologized.
She was expecting a slap or a punishment but instead he held her hands and pulled her up.
“It’s okay,you can return to your room” He said and she ran off immediately.
Queen Lazebel had two children from her formal husband. He died shortly after she became Queen and that’s when she was cursed a s*x beast.
Her son,Prince Ampah seemed different among them. He’s a philanderer,a flirt,a foodie and he trained himself all alone on the training field and he h@ťěs talking to anyone not even his sister.
