Marissa and Alex sat on a bench close to the school field
“It all started…….”
★FLASHBACK★
It was little Alex tenth birthday,he was happy and sad, happy because it was his birthday, sad because it was also the day he would perform his kidney surgery
Alex has a kidney problem since he was two years old but he had been managing it with drugs but now he had to do the surgery because drugs couldn’t help again
He should have done it before but despite been rich finding a matching donor was rare but now an anonymous donor want to help him without collecting a dime
No matter how his parent try to force words out of the doctor mouth, he refused to give the least information about the donor
His birthday party was held closed to the hospital,right now he was dressed moving round the hall greeting the guest,he was doing it alone since his parent were on their way to the party
He had to come with his maids and body guards since his parent was having a very important meaning in the office but he had called them and they told him they are on their way but were was his wifey,
“Didn’t she come here to her Knight birthday,but she promised to come, she promise to escort him to his surgery room but now where was she?” Alex thought
After three hours nothing came from his parent not even a phone call he had already gave his speech,what was really happening,first it was his wifey now his parent,he was about to call them when his personal maid told him it was time to go for his surgery
Alex sigh before following them to the hospital

Alex surgery was successful but he was still unconscious
Meanwhile in the hospital the doctors, nurses and patients were watching the news of Alex parent getting into an accident, those who perform his surgery were shocked the most especially when they said that only his mom was been able to be rescued
They were still watching when they heard the siren of their hospital ambulance, the nurses rushed outside, they were shocked to see that the patient was Mrs knight but they quickly compose themselves
They willed her into the ward were she was getting treated

Alex eyes flew open,he groan trying to stand up but he couldn’t his whole body was aching
A nurse who came in to check on him quickly rush out to call the doctor when she saw that his awake
Soon,the nurse came in with the doctor
“Are you feeling any pain?” The doctor asked
Alex try to talk but he couldn’t because his throat was dry,he made a sign to the doctor who understood him perfectly
The doctor asked the nurse to give him a glass of water, immediately the nurse rush out and came back with a bottle water,she gave him the water
After taking a gulp from the water Alex faced the doctor
“Thank you doc, were his my mother “he asked his voice was weak
” oh,she has an accident but she’s…..”
