Mitchell and Claudine kept walking through the hallway quietly till they got Infront of the abandoned office. They exhaled deeply in relief before going in.
” Arghh!!” They both screamed when they noticed the dead bodies on the floor. Mitchell blinked twice before walking to the bodies and her eyes widened the More.
” Senior Ha.. Havana?” She stuttered, taking a proper look at the splitted body.
” No, this can’t be senior Havana.. then what about Chloe? Where’s Chloe?” She cried and Claudine hugged her.
“I need to find Chloe, Claud. Nothing must happen to Chloe” She cried and Claudine sniffled.
“I’m sure your sister is fine, I believe in her cos she’s super smart” Claudine stroke Mitchell’s hair.
“Let’s just rest okay?” She added but Mitchell shook her head in denial.
” If they were together, it means those Demons knows this place and we have to leave too. This place isn’t safe” She sniffed, disengaging from the hug while Claudine nodded.
They left the office and came face to face with Tania and Nadine.
” Mitchell, Claudine” The girls called.
“Why are you both so stained with blood?” Claudine asked.
“Where are the rest?” Mitchell asked and Tania shook her head. Mitchell sighed sadly, hugging both of them.
” Let’s leave here..”Mitchell said and the girls nodded. They left the place and resumed walking to wherever their legs took them to.

” Where the hell did Chloe go?” Elodie wondered aloud.
“She has such a temper” Kurr sighed for the umpteenth time.
Alex and Thierry walked behind them but his (Alex’s ) mind was far from them. He was thinking about Chloe and how possible it was for those Demons to shape-shift into them.
They were about taking a corner when two boys stood in front of them.
” f-__-k” Kurr muttered. His hope was lost, so he wasn’t bothered.
” EACH DAY, MANY PEOPLE FROM AROUND THE WORLD VISIT ME. HOWEVER THEY USUALLY ONLY STAY FOR A FEW MINUTE, I AM CONSIDERED BY MANY TO BE VERY DIRTY, YET FEW PEOPLE WOULD WANT TO LIVE WITHOUT ME. AND WHENEVER PEOPLE COME TO SEE ME, THEY SHOW A PART OF THEMSELVES THAT THEY RARELY SHOW TO OTHERS. WHAT AM I?” They both asked at once.
“Jeez” Elodie muttered when the clock start ticking.

“Why?” Bold asked and Chloe ruffled her hair in frustration.
” Firstly, I’m looking for my sister and then, I have to look for a way to end this riddles so I can f-__-king go home.. so please don’t be a distraction. I don’t like Cops, especially dumbáss cops like you both” She replied.
“Hey kid, how old are you?” Bold asked.
“I should be asking you both that” She said instead and he looked at her unbelievably.

“f_ck respect” She spat and started to walk away but then, someone appeared in front of her. She exhaled and took three steps backwards such that, she was behind Bobby and Bold.
” Why don’t you both try your luck” She urged them.
“GET IT RIGHT OR GET ki||ED” The girl smiled creepily.
“What does that mean?” Bold muttered, staring at Chloe who’s hands were wrapped under her bóóbs. She wasn’t bothered.
“ THEY CAN BE HARBORED BUT FEW HOLDS WATER. YOU CAN NURSE THEM BUT ONLY BY HOLDING THEM AGAINST SOMEONE ELSE.
YOU CAN CARRY THEM, BUT NOT WITH YOUR ARMS.
YOU CAN BURY THEM BUT NOT IN THE EARTH. What am I? The girl asked.
” Why are this riddles so hard??” Bobby wondered, staring at Chloe who shrugged.

” GRUDGES ” Chloe said and the girl smirked before vanishing. Bold immediately hugged Bobby as tears left his eyes.
” Who’s the kiddo right now?” Chloe asked, standing in front of them.
” You both are like a burden, you’re slowing me down, so please let’s go separate ways. I could’ve let you both dié but strangely, I can’t because I already ki||ed my friend. I don’t want any more blood on my hands ” She said and left them.
Bobby stared at her direction untill she was no one.
” Won’t you follow her?”Bold asked.
” She doesn’t look happy, something must have happened ” Bobby muttered.
“Say something” Bold shook Bobby vigorously.
“Oh! Let’s look for a place to hide” Bobby said and started leaving too.

” TOILET..” Alex sulked in air immediately the possessed boys disappeared.
” I want to leave school.. but how?” Elodie cried while Thierry tried comforting her.
” You want me to back you?” He asked.
” Hmm.. I so much want a piggyback but your arm hurts” She cleaned her eyes.
“Where in the world are we heading to?” Nike who’s been quiet asked. Franca wasn’t with them, just five of them since Chloe and Havana aren’t with them anymore
” Nowhere in particular.. we’ll just keep answering riddles that won’t end” Alex replied.
“I wonder if they’re not tired” Thierry said as they entered an empty class.
” Close the door Kurr” Nike said.
” It’s needless since they can find their way in here even if it’s an oven. They’ll locate us if they want ” Kurr replied, taking a seat.
“I’m thirsty” Elodie muttered and Alex checked his wrist watch and his mouth dropped open.
” Guys, It’s just 10am..” He said.
” What?” The rest exclaimed.
” We got to school since seven and now, it’s just 10am? You’re joking right?” Elodie asked, brining out her phone and it slipped off her hands.
” It’s true.. we’ve been playing this damned games for three hours now” She muttered tearfully.
“How the hell do we stop this witchcraft? Alex, you should know something right? I’m sure I heard you and Chloe taking about a book in the library” Elodie said.
“The library!” Alex exclaimed.
” I should get that book. They must absolutely be a way to stop this” He muttered, standing up.
“What’s wrong?” Nike asked.
” We should go to the library.. I need to see that book. I’m sure I saw how to end this but I can’t remember” He said and his friends stood up except for Thierry.
” What? Did something happen to you?” Elodie asked.
“I’m fine.” He muttered and made to stand but he staggered back on his seat.
” Thierry” Elodie rushed to him. She touched him and he was burning up seriously.
” He’s burning up.. we need water to suppress the fever and maybe some Aspirin from the Infirmary” She rushed her words.
“I’ll get the water and the drugs. Y’all should wait here and please don’t die okay? Kurr, I’m trusting on you” Alex said.
“You shouldn’t bother.. I think the cut got infected already. I’m not sure I can survive this” Thierry said but a slap landed on his right cheek.
” Ouch, that stings” He said and Elodie made to slap him again but he held her hands.. her tears was falling again.
” I’m sorry okay? I was only joking” He muttered.
” That’s one expensive Joke! Havana is dead and Chloe’s whereabout is still unknown and now you’re talking about death?” Elodie wailed loudly.
“Gosh.. I said I’m sorry okay?” Thierry pouted cutely and she sniffed.
” I’ll be back and Thierry, stay strong ” Alex said, walking out of the class.

Bobby and Bold kept walking until a guy appeared in front of them.
” f-__-k, you scared me!” Bold yelled but immediately swallowed nothing when he noticed it was one of the demons.

” Bobby, say something please, I don’t wanna dié” Bold cried but the possessed guy appeared Infront of him.
Without warning, he shove his nails into Bold’s chest, gouging out his heart and slowly, his lifeless body fell to the ground.
Bobby’s eyes widened as he swallowed forcefully.
The time start ticking and He tried hard to think.
Six.. five..
” A PATH ” He said, not sure of his answer and the Demon disappeared.
He immediately took to his heels.

Chloe kept tottering through the quiet hallway while humming “ teardrop by Massive attack”. She didn’t seem to care about the situation they were in any longer. She’s been answering riddles for a while now yet Mitchell was no where in sight.
She was starting to have other thoughts too.
” What if she’s dead?? No, Mitchell can’t dié yet” She muttered and her mind drifted to Havana. Tears started gathering in her eyes once more.
She was still walking absentmindedly when she bumped into someone. She bowed her head and said an apology and made to take another path but the person blocked her way.
She was about taking another route but stopped when the person talked.
“ Get it right or get ki||ed..”
Chloe sighed, already tired of everything.
“ I AM SOMETHING PEOPLE CELEBRATE OR RESIST. I CHANGE PEOPLE’S THOUGHTS AND LIVES.
I AM OBVIOUS TO SOME PEOPLE, BUT TO OTHERS, I’M A MYSTERY. What am I??
She sighed again! She wasn’t in the mood to answer anything. She hasn’t tasted water or anything.
She was weak already, so she kept mute as they time keep ticking.

” AGE..” Someone answered from behind and the witch disappeared. Chloe turned to see who it was but the person was already In front of her.
” Do you have a death wish? Why did you keep mute?”
“Didn’t I ask you to stay away and not follow me?” She snapped.
“Look here, you dumbàss cop..

“And I didn’t ask for it ” She rolled her eyes.
“You’re stubborn” Bobby said and she made to walk away but he grabbed her hand.
Alex appeared and hit Bobby’s hands away.
” Alex?” Chloe called surprised but Alex was staring at Bobby.
She shook her head and released her hands from Alex’s grip.
” You both shouldn’t follow me” She turned to leave and her eyes caught Mitchell and her friends.
A demon was infront of them.
” Mitch” She muttered, her eyes glistening.
She was shocked when the possessed girl started ki||ing Mitchell’s friends.
” What’s the riddle?” She asked loudly in tears as Claudine got ki||ed too and it was left just Mitchell.
” WITH POINTED FANGS, IT SITS IN WAIT,
WITH PIERCING FORCE IT DOLES OUT FATE,
OVER BLOODLESS VICTIMS PROCLAIMING IT’S MIGHT,
ETERNALLY JOINING IN A SINGLE BITE….. Mitchell hadn’t finished talking when the Witch’s knife went into her left eye.
” Mitchell!!” Chloe screamed loudly…..
