Tatiana closed her eyes, and slowly hang her arms around his neck, kissing back as well. Their lips collide in one accord, with their lips melting on each other.
Afte what seems like forever, Cheng broke the kiss, staring deeply into Tatiana’s beautiful blue eyes.
“Do you remember me now?” She asked with her eyes fixed on his lips, longing to kiss him again.
“I don’t Tiana. My memories about you from ten years ago is still blank” He said.
“I guess it has to do something with the demon inside of you, since you lost your memories about me on the day you became a demon” She said.
“Are you mad at me for not remembering you?” Cheng asked caressed her face and Tatiana smiles.
“Of course not Cheng. We can always create new memories, since the old memories about me has been watch away from your brain.
Cheng smiles and wrapped his hands around her slender waist.
“You’re right. Let’s make new memories together and this time around, I promise you I won’t forget a single moment we shared together.
“Really?” Tatiana asked with her arm’s around her neck.
“Yes Tiana. Our moments from now on will be stuck in my head, until forever”.
“What guarantee do you have to make me believe you won’t forget about me this time around?” Tatiana asked.
“This” Cheng said claiming her lips again. Tatiana smiles, kissing him back, with the moon shining brightly at them and cicadas chirping.

⟨ MARCELLUS’S HOUSE ⟩
Marcellus drops the ceramic cup and face Swati who had her knees on the floor, looking at him.
“It’s too sugary, make the tea again” He said.
“But you just said you wanted it sweet” Swati said with a tired voice.
She has making oolong tea for Marcellus for the past five hours. Is either he complains it’s too better, or is not bitter, or not sweet to his taste.
Swati knew she brought it upon herself and there was nothing she could do, but dance to the beating of the music she created.
“Are you complaining? Then do you want me to take you to the Chief judge of Maelstrom, since you won’t be able to pay me the money you hoaxed from me.
Swati looks at him and fakes a smile. “Of course not Marcellus, I’m not complaining. I’ll make another oolong tea for you” Swati said.
She took the tray and leaves with it, and Marcellus let out a creepy smile. “This is so much fun” He muffled.
Swati came back with another tray of oolong tea and placed on the table for Marvelous.
“I hope you like it this time around Marcellus” She said with a respect bowing to him. Though that didn’t actually came from her heart. She h@ťěd Marcellus for stressing life out of her, that if she was giving a sword to ki|| him, she is gladly going to do it without any hesitation.
Marcellus sips from the cup of oolong and smiles. “It perfect” He said, and Swati let out a smile of relief.
“Since you love the tea, I’ll be going to bed now” She said and bowed to him. Swati was about opening the door of the door, but was stopped by Marcellus’s voice.
“Halt your feet, right this instant” He said.
Swati frowns her face, but when she turned to look at him, Swati flashed a smile at him.
“Do you need anything else?” She asked faking a smile.
“It so hot in here, and I can’t possibly sleep when it’s hot, it makes me sick. Fan me” He said, and Swati’s eyes almost went out of its socket.
“I should do what?” She asked.
“Are your ears clogged? I just said it’s so hot in here and I can’t sleep when the room is hot, fan me still I fall asleep” Marcellus said with all seriousness, which meant he wasn’t jocking.
He laid down in his bed with his hands on his chest, while Swati remain where she was not moving an inch.
“What are you waiting for? Get to work” Marcellus ordered her.
“Right on that Marcellus” Swati said and reluctantly took the weaving hand fan from the a wooden table.
She squat beside him and began blowing air in his face with the weaving hand fan.
“Can you add more pressure on it, I’m still hot” He said and Swati shot him a deadly look.
“Right on that Marcellus” She said drawing her words, increasing the pressure in blowing air into his face.
Few minutes later, Swati noticed that Marcellus has already drift to sleep and she let out a happy smile.
“Now I can finally have some sleep” She muffled.
Swati stood up from the ground and began tip toeing towards the door.
“Where do you think you are going?” Marcellus’s voice asked, her making her stopped on her track. She turns to face him, forging a laugh.
“No where Marcellus, I was just checking if the door was locked properly” She said.
“No need for that, resumed your work, you can’t leave this room still I wake up tomorrow”.
“Are you trying to say I should fan you throughout the night, then how am I supposed to sleep? I’m human too” Swati said, and Marcellus looks at her.
“You? A human? I don’t think so Swati. You are a witch and since witches don’t sleep at night, you should make me warm still tomorrow, are you just going to stand there and watch me, or should we just go to the Chief judge” Marcellus said, and Swati quickly went to him, blowing air in his face with the weaving hand fan.
Marcellus smiles secretly before laying back on the bed. He woke up in the middle of the night, and sees Swati’s hand on the side of her head, with her eyes closed and some part of her hair covering her face.
Marcellus slowly took out the strands of her hair from her face, and his eyes were glued on her face, and within a second he gave out a smile.
“She is indeed a beautiful witch” He muttered and smiled again. Since Swati was struggling to sleep, he carefully took her head and gently placed on the bed.
“If I take her back to her room, she’s going to find out that I did, so in order not to create any suspicion, she should remain here” Marcellus said watching the sleeping Swati.
