LUCIFER’S CHAMBER>
“Did something happened last night?” Bathsheba asked Lucifer when she entered the chamber,Even though he wasn’t visible but she could see him clearly sitting on a couch,drinking his favorite wine.
“Do you think something happened?” Lucifer asked,becoming visible now.
“It’s obvious” Bathsheba looked around and then faced him.
“You know,you should really stop hiding behind this face old one” Lucifer said and Bathsheba smiled turning into a woman in her late seventies,her hair was a combination of both white and Grey
“Hearing Lucifer Calling me old one sounds good In my ears” Bathsheba said and sat down
“I’m going to run wild,soon” Lucifer muttered
“Do you really think you don’t have a mate?” Bathsheba asked
“Think?? Do I have to think about anything at this moment? Even if I have a mate,I’m not allowed to love her because she will only be in danger” Lucifer said and Bathsheba nodded
“That’s right,but let’s see if you won’t really fall in love with her when you find her” She smiled and turned back to her young pretty self which made Lucifer groan out
“Falling in love isn’t something I want right now” He muttered and Bathsheba nodded
“I see” She said
“I need to ask you something tho” She added
“What?”
“Can I give your slave girl a room of her own?” Bathsheba asked
“Do wh@ťěver you wish” Lucifer replied and vanished from her sight
“My wish” Bathsheba smiled before walking out of the chamber.

“Robbie,what do you think happens when humans fall in love?” Lucifer asked
“Would you like a deep answer or just a hint?” Robbie asked
“Deep answer,I’ve never felt it before” Lucifer said,his two hands in his pocket
“When you start falling in love, your brain releases chemicals like vasopressin, adrenaline, dopamine, and oxytocin that light up your neural receptors and make you feel both pleasure and a euphoric sense of purpose. In short: you’re addicted to the one you love.Romantic love is an addiction. It’s a very powerfully wonderful addiction when things are going well” Robbie explained
“Then I think it’s stupid,addiction?” Lucifer scoffed
“That’s not all” Robbie said
“Fine,continue” Lucifer said

No wonder the phrase “Drunk in love” has such staying power”
“I’ve never ggotten drunk and I’m not human,second point is also useless” Lucifer said
“That’s not all…..” Before Robbie could continue,Lucifer snapped his fingers and he was turned off
“Drunk in love indeed” Lucifer scoffed

Larisa was among the maids serving the gangs
Orpheus eyes followed Larisa everywhere,he couldn’t look away for once
“You’re checking out the boss’s girl” Ethan whispers beside him
“Shut up” Orpheus snapped and looked away
Renata on the other hand was glaring at Larisa h@ťěfully wishing she can just vanish
“Thanks eclipse” BB smiled and winked at Larisa when she served her
Larisa also smiled at her
“Stop smiling and do your job, slave” Renata said out loudly and eveyone looked at Renata
“Are you going crazy?” Orpheus asked immediately
“f-__-k off” Renata snapped
“That wasn’t a nice remark” BB said
“So what is she?? Isn’t she a slave?” Renata asked
“You don’t have to say it” Wednesday groaned
“Oh wow,didn’t know she’s got armies” Renata said and Scarlett chuckled
BB glared at her immediately
Rocco touched her and she faced him,he winked at her.
“Guys are you ready for tonight? We are dealing with humans this time around” Rocco said
“The boss is coming with us” Renata smiled
“Really?” Storm’s eyes widened
“Yeah” Orpheus replied
“Get ready by six,let’s meet in room 392” Orpheus added and they all nodded
Larisa took her bottom lip in and continue serving them,she started walking to Renata this time,all of a sudden she felt the strange force which made her fell and spill her water all over Renata yesterday,the same thing happened and she stumbled against nothing,the water in the cup would have poured all over Renata again but something made the water stop in the air and then the water poured back into the cup.
“That was awesome” Cash said like he’s surprised
Scarlett rolled her eyes
Larisa looked at BB
“Thanks” She smiled at her
“That wasn’t me” BB shook her head and then looked at Desdemona who was eating quietly
Larisa’s eyes also fell on Desdemona.
Minutes later,Desdemona finished her meal and walked out of the hall. Larisa immediately followed her.
“Hey” She called and Desdemona turned back
“Was it you?” She asked
“You think it was me?” Desdemona questioned back and Larisa nodded
“Fine,you’re right” Desdemona said and Larisa smiled
“Thank you” She muttered
“Be careful” Desdemona said and Larisa nodded
“Bye” Desdemona said and walked away.
Larisa turned back and found BB before her
“It was her?” BB asked,crossing her arms
“Yes,she’s amazing” Larisa smiled
“Indeed” BB rolled her eyes
“You don’t like her?” Larisa asked
“No,and she doesn’t like me either. I wonder why she did that,not the usual one I know” BB scoffed and went back in
“Are they enemies?” Larisa muttered to herself

It was noon,Larisa was on her way back to the room after she finished all her works. As she walked,she was praying inwardly not to meet either Renata or Lucifer.
She passed through the balcony which seems to be silent
All of a sudden,she sighted Renata coming toward her side,Scarlett was beside her
“Oh no” Larisa muttered and immediately turned back before Renata could see her. She took to her heels and started running,she hasn’t ran for a minute when she bumped into someone
She looked up and she saw Lucifer staring at her with his dark eyes,
Almost immediately Larisa’s heart beats increased in a rapid way and her eyes went shut,losing her consciousness instantly,she fell in his arms.
