“Come on mom you don’t have to be too persistent.. believe me there is no one in there ”,,, Craig said trying to convince the old woman..
“i know.but I just want to check so I can be sure ” she replied holding the door knob.
Craig twitched his brow tiredly not knowing what else to do ..then suddenly an idea popped into his head ..
“ uuch …..he groned painfully falling heavily on the floor ,,Cara didn’t think twice before storming towards him ..
“son ! What happened? Are you okey ? Why did you fall ? Did you hurt your arm” ? She bombard him with questions..
“am fine ,,I mistakenly bumped into something when I was trying to convince you” he said pretending to be in pain …
“oh gosh ,,, am so sorry,,it all my fault,,I shouldn’t have continued going when you asked me to come back ”cara said pitifully patting his shoulder softly..
“it okay mom you don’t have to bleam yourself”craig said putting on a guilty face ..
“is your wound still hurting? She questioned in concern..

“ok , go to bed now ,she said and walked out ..
As soon as she banged the door , Craig jumped up running into the bathroom..
Melody was still under the shower shivering like a poppy ..
“what !! You are still under the shower? I thought you off it already? Craig asked with his eyes widely opened..
