“Hello guys. My name is Miss De_ra Marius. I deal in all kinds of perfumes. I mean…” She raised MATADOR perfume pack to the camera, keeping her smile steady.
“So this fragrance …”
Dee walked into the studio. He had scripts in his hands. He saw her struggling with words. He beckoned to Vero who came closer; “What’s she doing over there?”
“Some perfumes came into stock today.” she replied.
He perked up his brow, “I thought we were hiring models to advertise this for us.”
“Well, we can’t mistrust her. She’s really good with perfumes. At least, all the one that came into stock and the ones I saw earlier are really good. ”
“Mistrust her?” he turned to De_ra who sat infront of the camera; “What’s she doing there? Shaking and…look at that? Models would’ve been the best shot for this. At the rate she’s going, I don’t think it’s good.”
Veronica patted his shoulder.
“Can we just trust her on this? She’s shaking because, she’s never done this before.”
His eyes dilated in surprise. “What?”
She nodded. “Yes, she have her staffs do it. ”
He shook his head repeatedly; “I see why her company was struggling. Mr. Marius didn’t do a good job leaving his company to the mercy of his own daughter.”
Veronica nudged his shoulder; “It’s our company now. It’s a good thing. At least, new business projects and strategies have been coming in since the merger was done.”
He nodded. His gaze went to De_ra again. “Don’t you think she needs help with that? She have been repeating one line over and over again. ” He looked at the crew members, “I bet they’re so frustrated because of her. She’s going to give this company a tough time.” He kissed his teeth.
“Well, let’s see how it goes. But, you can help her out.”
He frowned; “I have a secretary, don’t I?”
“Really?” she pushed him forward, “Go meet her and straighten things out.”
“Why would I do that?” he asked and just then, De_ra’s gaze turned to his direction. He straightened out his face and walked up to her.
She smiled at him. “Hey.”
He scratched his brow. “Why are you making a mess of this? It’s too early to frustrate…” he pointed at the crew members, “…to frustrate them. Can’t you see them cursing silently at you.”
She crossed her arms; “I’m trying.”
He collected the perfume pack she was holding and looked at it. He opened it and scented it.
“Wow nice. This is very nice.”
“Matador, one of the best perfumes. I can recommend this perfume to my enemy. The fragrance it gives off is dope. As if fresh and very new to the world. It’s cheap…”
“No, we need to test it out and see how it goes. From there, we increase the stock price and make it available in our online marketing websites. ” He reached for another perfume packet by his side; “ASAD…” He read it out.
“Yeah, that’s a Lataffa product.
” Whoa. You really know about your perfumes.”
She chuckled. “I was born for this actually.”
He frowned at her,”But why do you keep messing up?” he asked her.
“I don’t think I’m getting it right.”
He held her shoulder and patted slightly; “This is your company and whether we lose or win, it’s on you. Have you ever thought about that when running your company?”
She shook her head; “No.”
“Then start doing it now.” He stepped aside and beckoned on the director to start recording.
She smiled. He was looking at her and the last thing she’d afford right now is to fail.
“So erm…Good morning to you all. This is DD’s company. And more precisely, Dee Marius company under the brand. Here with me, we are trying some perfumes which came into stock out. So I’m gonna talk about, Mousuf perfumes, it’s good. Longevity 24hrs plus
Woody, vanilla, amber ,warm. Erm…Heard about Oud mood? Oud mood is what am gonna recommend for you couples…” she chuckled nervously, she was bad at this but the look on Dee’s face wasn’t discouraging at all, so she continued.

Berries weekend comes with a spray” she raised the perfume up, she opened it and sprayed it on the air, she scented it and smiled, giving a thumbs up to the camera.
“I scent a fruity, roselike, vanilla ,sweet, flowery…oh gosh! You gonna need this. C’mon, why are you not shopping for this in our company? You’re missing out.” She raised another perfume pack up to the camera.
“Now look at this. Mahir black! I mean do you know I’d ki|| for this? The fragrance….mmmmm….Oud, vanilla, sandalwood, sweet, deep, longevity 24hrs plus. So what are you waiting for? ”
Few minutes later,
She joined Dee at the cafeteria.
“How did I do?” she asked immediately she sat down at his table.
“Not bad, I wasn’t expecting you to be good but that was fair. Congratulations but we will need the models to remodel that.”
She smiled. “Thanks.” she tucked her hair under her ear. She watched him eat and then saw a gray of rice at the corner of his lips. She chuckled.
He frowned, “What?”
She pointed at it, “You’ve got something at the corner of your lips.”
He touched his lips. “What is it?”
She stood up and stretched out her arm, “Here, let me help you.” she wiped off that spot from his lips.

She grabbed her laptop and began her job seeking journey which she had been doing for the past two weeks.

Her door bell rang and she hesitated before answering the door. She opened it and there he stood looking as handsome as ever that even her heart almost melted,
