Milan was walking slowly to her, and she didn’t even notice, Beauty was busy splashing the water with her hands.
He was about to take another step when his phone vibrated his pocket, he halted his steps.
He brought out his phone and answered the call quietly still looking at her.
“I’m at the warehouse, Reuben isn’t here, come now” Darian said and hung up.
Milan swallowed hard and walked away to first pee then go the warehouse, he stepped on a dry leaf that made a creaking sound.
Beauty turned back but didn’t see anyone.
“Was someone here? ” She asked herself.
“No one was here” She giggled after a while and continued playing in the water.

Stone’s warehouse***
Milan arrived after an hour, the warehouse was filled with half naked women who would be used to transport the drugs.
Milan walked to the inner room and met Darian alone.
“Where’s Reuben?!” Milan yelled.
“Why are you yelling, do I look like his bodyguard or what?” “Darian asked in return before hissing..
” You better watch your tone,”Milan warned.
“Father thinks he’s the best man for the job, the worthy leader but we are the one who does the job and he gets the credit” Milan ranted.
He didn’t realise that the door had opened and Reuben was standing there with a large frame in his hand listening to him.
“He’s a lazy, slothful imbecile who sits at home for us to do his work and then…”
“Are you done bad mouthing me?” Reuben interrupted and Milan inhaled.
He swallowed hard before turning back, to see Reuben’s dangerous eyes on him.
Darian snickered, Reuben walked to the table and dropped the frame of a painting on it.
“What’s this?” Milan inquired.
“We are going to use it to transport drugs, there is an inner vacuum in the painting” Reuben replied.
“The girl is Șëx¥!” Darian smiled, staring at the drawing of a girl made by Reuben.
“I don’t like this” Milan disagreed.
Darian’s face palmed
“Who cares about what you like, mother f-__-ker, get your bloody @zz to work, more paintings are coming” Reuben said, his eyebrows ruffled and his forehead too.
“Don’t you dare order me around!” Milan yelled angrily.
“You are playing with fire Milan” Reuben said smiling, it wasn’t a cheerful smile but a scary smile.
“Should I tell father, how you embezzle money and run your own organisation?Should I tell him how you divert the shipment of goods (women) to other places?!!!” Reuben yelled, shirting him up.
“Which should I f-__-king tell first?!” Reuben asked sternly.
“Guys calm down” Darian muttered feeling tense.
“I’m in a good mood, Milan don’t ruin it” Reuben sneered and stormed out of the room.
“You two are unbearable” Darian rolled his eyes and grabbed the painting before leaving the room.
Milan clenched fist angrily.
“Your end is coming soon, Reuben,” Milan muttered audibly.

Slave’s chamber ***
Beauty got into the chamber and another slave was sleeping in her bed.
She walked to slave.
“Hey” Beauty called and tapped the girl, who jerked her hand off aggressively.
“Why the hell are you disturbing my sleep?!” She yelled.
“You are sleeping in my bed” Beauty pouted.
“Are you nuts?Your bed,when did this place become yours, I didn’t meet you here, you should respect yourself and sleep on the floor” She insulted and hissed loudly.
Beauty’s eyes teared up, she sniffed and went to the corner of the wall.
“My life is always hard” She muttered and sniffed..
“I’m cold” She shivered.
(Next morning)
A bucket of cold water is poured on Beauty, she gasped and shuddered due to the cold.
“Wake up!” Ivy yelled and threw the bucket on the floor. .
Beauty widened her sleepy eyes and realised she was the only one in the room. Katie isn’t in this chamber, so she couldn’t wake her up.
“Good morning… ma, I mean… mistress”Beauty stuttered and stood up.
” The rest of the slaves are outside working and you are here sleeping, do you think this is your mother’s house?, Are you in your right mind?! “Ivy yelled, making her flinch.
” The next time I see you sleeping while others are working, that might be your last day in earth and I’m not joking slave!!! “Ivy yelled again.
” Understood mistress, I’m sorry “Beauty said, already sobbing.
She raised up her head and saw red marks on Ivy’s neck but she dared not ask.
” What are you staring at? “Ivy asked and Beauty shook her head.
” Will you get out of my sight! “Ivy shrieked and Beauty ran out..
