LEE’S MANSION**
Teddy rushed inside the living room only to meet Recee and Hazel chatting
“Dad” He called taking slow strides, getting closer to them
Son, you came here so fast” Recee said with a smile
“You sounded like you were sick, I had to rush down here” Teddy replied, turning to face Hazel who still had a sad look on her face
“Why is she here?” He added
“Why don’t you ask her yourself? she’s your girlfriend, for crying out loud” Recee said
“I told you we’ve broken up, why are you still saying that?” Teddy said, taking his seat
“Dad, he’s hurting me a lot” Hazel cried out
Teddy turned to look at her in surprise, her acting ski|| is definitely out of the world, the way she did it perfectly.
“Stop saying that!” Recee snapped
“Why should I stop? I was only saying the truth, we broke up” Teddy said, looking pissed already
“Angel” A little girl of about 5 years called, in a tiny voice, the speed at which she descended the spiral stairs was alarming
“Easy Briella” Teddy said with a smile on his face
“Don’t talk to me, I’m mad at you” She said, folding her hands dramatically
“Angel is sorry, I should I’ve visited but I’ve been busy with work and all that” Teddy apologized.
Well, Briella is the only one he can say that to freely
“Is your work more important than I?” Briella said smartly
“Of course not….. Angel is very sorry, I’ll try to visit often” He smiled pulling her to his lap
“Yeah… make sure you visit with your girlfriend next time” she replied
“I’m here” Hazel smiled, raising her hand up
“Are you my angel’s girlfriend? you guys have broken up already” Briella rolled her eyes
“That’s enough, go to your room” Recee interrupted
“But I wanna stay with angel, tell Dad I don’t wanna leave” She said, wrapping her tiny hands round his waist burying her head on his chest
“Your brother will be staying for long, you guys can do all that later…. I have to talk to him” Recee said, using his eyes to signal Teddy
“Pretty, I’ll come see you in your room before leaving” Teddy cooed, dropping her
“Are you jilting me now? you prefer being around Dad, what about me?” She pouted
“I’ll make it up to you”
“Is that a promise?”
Sure” he replied
She glance at Hazel taking the stairs
“I understand that before a break up, something necessitated it. Wh@ťěver it is, forgive her and you both should move on” Recee stated
“That’s hard, I tried to but I can’t…..
” Don’t say that, you should try harder….. hoping for good news soon” Recee said and without waiting for them to reply, he walked off
“Teddy, I’m sorry” Hazel pleaded, looking sympathetic
“I can’t believe you came here to to this, since you’re done, I suggest you leave” Teddy said standing up
“I was stupid, I shouldn’t have allowed Romeo to fool me” Hazel said, back hugging him
Teddy gently removed her hand from his waist, before taking the stairs
Hazel slumped on a couch, inhaling hard. Her phone buzzed and she brought it out to check
“Where are you? it’s past practice time” Bethel sent
She checked her wrist watch and she sprang up immediately

“Pretty” Teddy called, going inside her room
Her room was all pink, the painting and the designs, everything
“I’m here, come in” She answered from the washroom
He opened the door and she met her their
“Why are you here?” he inquired
“Don’t come close to me, wash your hand first” She said making him halt
“Why?”
“Just do as I said, no question” she snapped
He washed his hands and even changed Hus shirt as directed by her
“Now tell me, what’s wrong?” He said
“You washed her off your body or didn’t she touch you?” She retorted
“Who? You mean Hazel?”
“Yeah, I just h@ťě her presence… I h@ťě being around her” Briella scoffed
“But she was your favourite and you always wanted us to get married” Teddy smiled
“That’s was then, she hurt you, didn’t she? You pushed me away because of her, you even travelled for a year. She isn’t my favourite, I won’t take it lightly with anyone who messed with my angel” She said pouting
“You are so cute”
“Or…are you guys back together?”
“No”
“Don’t date her again, she’s not a good person” She said
“You shouldn’t be saying those stuffs, it’s for adult only” Teddy warned
“Adult? I have a boyfriend angel, take it as an advice from someone who is in a relationship to you who is single” she smiled showing off her cute set of teeth
“What!!? who is he? is Mom and Dad aware of this?” Teddy said, all at once
“We’ve broken up… he was acting too childish, I had to ditch him” She replied
“Listen to me pretty, dating is for young adults not for children like you and it takes a lot of this. Doing this at this age causes distractions in your studies and heart break won’t be good for you as a student” Teddy explained calmly
The door opened and Loius came in, she’s Recee’s wife
“Mom” Teddy called
“Ted, how you doing? you guys should come over for lunch” She said before leaving
“Thanks angel” Briella said hugging him which he reciprocated

SEVEN’S MANSION**
“Is the food ready?” Sir Seven said
“Almost sir” The head maid replied
“What!? what if he comes now? be fast with it” He snapped
He walked to the living room, scanning the whole place which has been decorated
“Dad, are you sure he’s gonna come?” Thelma asked impatiently
“I hope so, you know Teddy is a busy person” he replied
“That proud peaÇ0çƙ” she mumbled
“Stop. calling him that, he’s your future husband” Seven corrected
“Future husband my foot, I don’t love him. Besides, he’s still in a relationship with Hazel, will be leave her for me?”
Different cars drove inland Teddy came down from one of the cars, the rest were filled with guards
“He’s here” Seven announced happily, beads of sweat had gathered his forehead and he was really nervous. Even Thelma felt her mouth run dry
“Welcome, please take your seat” Seven said, ushering him in
“I’m sorry I’m late” he said calmly
“No problems out that, I’m glad you are here” Seven replied quickly
“So… why did you call me here? what deal do you have for me?”
“Like I told you.. it’s a juicy deal and it won’t be right to miss it” Seven started
“Let me introduce myself once more, I’m Marley Seven…a lawmaker, an investor and the owner if a gold mining industry. I eould like you to marry my daughter” He dropped the bombshell
Teddy scoffed
“You can see her as an asset, she’s very useful and a beautiful one” he quickly added
“I’m not interested, or did I tell you I’m in need of a partner?” Teddy retorted, standing up
“Perhaps, you haven’t seen her. Should I call her for you?”
“You wasted ten minutes for my time, I had to cancel a $h00t to be here and all you had to say was that? I’m not interested in marrying your daughter… whether she’s beautiful or not”
“Is because of Hazel? You might decide to break up with her after I show you this, she’s not someone good-natured but a slut” Seven said, bringing out his phone
“I have nothing to do with her… I’ll take my leave now” Teddy bowed lightly, before storming out

“Aren’t you tired already?” She asked, turni g to face Martins who flashed her a smile
“I’m fine” he said taking her hand
“Good boy” she replied, patting his back slowly
“You live around this place?”
“Sure…. any problem with it?” She asked
“No…nothing at all, when I first saw you I thought you are a governor’s daughter” he said making her laugh
Finn appeared from nowhere
“Finn” she called excitedly, waving at him
He glanced at their interlocked hands before dragging her from Martins. He wrapped his hands around her waist possessively
“Finn” she called in a whisper looking at his handsome face
*What are you doing with him? why were you guys holding hands?”Finn demanded glaring at Martins
“And who the hell are you!!?” Martins said, taking Amelia’s hand
“I’m her boyfriend” He replied, making Amelia hiccup
“What!?” Martins dropped her hand
“Yeah and now you tell me why you are holding my girlfriend’s hand”
Amelia blinked rapidly
“when did get a boyfriend?” she wondered, looking at the two boys
