Adelaide was on her way to the king’s chamber
She was still walking and she was at the alley when a familia voice called from the back,she immediately turned
“Old Deity!” She called happily and the Deity smiled
“I see you’re no longer scared” She said and moved closer
Adelaide nodded and smiled
The deity inserted a flower to her hair
“You’re one step ahead again” She said
“One step ahead of what?” Adelaide asked
“Fate” The deity replied
“That’s right,you haven’t told me what the fate is.” Adelaide muttered
“You will find out soon”
Adelaide nodded
“I know it’s not easy here,but don’t worry,you’re one step ahead like I said and I will be watching over you”
“Which One are you?” Adelaide asked
“Second Deity,The preserver,go ahead and meet the king” she smiled before vanishing
Adelaide touched the flower In her hair
“Fate,what’s my Fate here?” She muttered and continue walking
Soon she arrived at the king’s chamber,the guards let her in without interruption,she entered and met the king kinda busy,he was writing when she got there
“Good evening my king” Adelaide bowed and King Lucian looked up
“You’re here,I didn’t summon you” He said
“Yes my king,I just decided to come here on my own. If there’s anything you would like me to do for you” Adelaide replied and King Lucian nodded before pointing at a seat opposite him
“You can sit down and watch over me” He said
Adelaide immediately smiled
“Yes my king” She said and sat down
King Lucian nodded and continue what he was doing
“Can I help?” Adelaide asked and he looked up again
“Can you read and write?” He asked and Adelaide immediately nodded
Even though she never attended any academy,it’s strange because she can read anything no matter what it is
“Really??” King Lucian asked
“Yes my king,trust me” She smiled
“Come closer” King Lucian said
Adelaide stood up and moved to his side
“Do you know what edicts are?” King Lucian asked and Adelaide thought for a while
“Written orders?” Adelaide asked and the king smiled
“You’re really intelligent” He said and Adelaide could feel her cheeks burning
“But…can I really help on this?” She asked
King Lucian nodded
“Wow,seems like it’s really going to take a lot of time before you finish,I will help” Adelaide said and immediately took half of the empty notes,she took one of the samples too before returning to her seat. She took a pen and looked up to see the king staring at her
“Trust me my king” She smiled and started writing
King Lucian looked away and also continued

Lisa watched the right and left to see if nobody is watching,she’s going to sneak out because she’s too bored today to keep it in. She was about running when her head hit someone’s chest,she gasped and immediately looked up only to find Carl.
She stood still,her mouth agape in shock
“Are you sneaking out again?” Carl asked
“So what? Just pretend like you can’t see me” Lisa snapped
“I’m not blind,so kindly turn back. I will walk you to your suite” Carl said and Lisa roll her eyes
“Then come with me,I’m not going to drink I promise,I just want to take a walk,,please help me just this once,huh?” Lisa pleaded and Carl scoffed
“Besides,my brother won’t get mad if you follow me so..”
“One hour and we are back” Carl cut in and Lisa immediately smiled
“Yes please” She said
“Fine,let’s go” Carl muttered and they both left the palace together

QUEEN SOFIA’S SUITE**
“Have anyone seen the princess this night?” Queen Sofia asked the maids taking off her robe
“No my queen”
“She left the palace…”
“What?!” Queen Sofia turned immediately
“Yes my queen,she left with the king’s guard”
Queen Sofia sighed
“Carl? Where are they going together?? How sure am I that Lisa didn’t bribe him to go drink with her? You…” She look at one of the maids
“Yes my queen…”
“Go outside and inform four of the guards to go after them and make sure Lisa doesn’t drink” Queen Sofia said
“Yes my queen” The maid bowed and went out immediately

Prince Liam was walking around the palace with Jimmy beside him
“I can’t believe Lucian ditched me because he’s busy when I came all the way here” Liam sighed and Jimmy smiled
“That means the king is really busy to ignore you” He said and Liam nodded
“You’re right,but still I’m heart broken” Liam touched his chest and sighed
Someone suddenly ran into Jimmy and she almost fell but Jimmy grabbed her hand,preventing her from falling.
“Careful” Jimmy said
“I’m sorry…I’m really sorry. Thank you for saving me” Eleanor said,bowing countless times before she faced Liam
“Good evening my prince,I’m sorry for my clumsiness” She bowed
“Be careful” Liam smiled at her
“Thank you,” she faced Jimmy again and bowed shortly before running off
“I can’t believe she’s running again” Jimmy scoffed
“You must really care about her alot” Liam teased and Jimmy faced him immediately
“My prince,I don’t even know her. She’s probably one of the maids, looking at her dress” Jimmy said
“It doesn’t mean anything” Liam smiled
“I’m not like you my……” Jimmy’s eyes went wide before he could finish
“What do you mean??” Liam asked
“Nothing” Jimmy smiled
“Seriously?? You said you’re not like me?? Just because I followed her….never mind” Liam scoffed
“Exactly,why would you follow her home on your first meeting? You acted like a…..never mind”
“Like a what?” Liam grabbed Jimmy’s ear
“A pervert my prince” Jimmy groaned
“But she seems to love it,I don’t think a guy have ever walked her home” Liam smiled and Jimmy scoffed
“I guess,she’s quite innocent” he said
“But wait…how dare you talk to me like this?? Do you wish for death??” Liam asked and Jimmy immediately bowed
“I apologize my prince” He said and Liam smiled
“Well I will forgive you,you’re the only friend I have now” Liam said and Jimmy chuckled
