” Did she mention who sent those thugs?” He asked
” She didn’t ” she replied
★★ FLASHBACK★★
Violet targeted her mask which she successfully removed and her eyes went wide
” Mimi..” she called shocked
” You’re one stubborn girl Violet, why did you do that?” Mimi rolled her eyes
” What’s with the black costume? Wait, you’re an assassin?” Violet asked
” Why did you come for the scholarship exams then? Is it something you wanna tell me?” She asked again
” Is that really important now? You should go home and rest your head after going on a date.. ” Mimi replied
” You know I went on a date too? Who really are you?”
” You won’t want to know and…
” Who are those people?” Violet cut in
” People who won’t rest until they have your head..” Mimi said and began to walk away
” Huh?” Violet exclaimed as she watch Mimi leave while holding her injured arm
” But why are they after my head? Did I offend them?” She shouted but Mimi just walked away without replying
” Why is everyone after me?” She wondered, making her ways to her house

” I really don’t know who she is..” Violet sighed
firstly, her boss kinda look suspicious and that same day, some men wanted her head?
Why were they after her life? She offended no one right? Then why?
And to think her grandmother was hiding things from her! Was she the only one leaving in the dark?” She was lost in her own thoughts
” Hey, can you hear me ?” Ryan waved his hands infront of her, bringing her out of her thoughts
” Huh?”
” Will you come live with me at the hostel?” He asked again
” Nope, I won’t. I can’t involve you in my issues..” She said and another lecturer walked in immediately.
” See you after class..” she said, going back to her seat. All this while, Mara was just staring at them. The way they were smiling at each other was making her mad
” Claire you’ve been quiet, is everything alright?” She turned to Claire
” Should I be insulting you then?” Claire rolled her eyes as she turned to look at Remy and their eyes coincidentally met again
” Arghh “.. she didn’t mean to screamed out loud but she did already and the class turned to her
” I’m sorry ” she apologized, bending her head
” Start ” The lecturer announced and the students began writing.

Students started dispersing as soon as the exams came to an end
” How was the exam” Yixuan asked and Violet smiled
” It was pretty good ” she replied turning to Ryan who was now staring back at her
” I guess your boyfriend is waiting for you..” Yixuan teased and Violet chuckled
” Yeah bye ” she said before standing.
” Let’s go ” She said holding Ryan’s hands and the class gasped
” Are they dating?” Fargo asked
” You can ask him that yourself okay?” Remy replied
” What have gotten into you?” Justin asked
” Claire.. ” he said without realizing it
” Huh? ”
” Huh?” He exclaimed too after realizing what he said
” You said Claire! You’re in love? OMG!! I can’t believe this..” Reece laughed while Remy punched his stomach playfully
” You’ve both been stealing glances at each other for a while now, Is that what she meant by falling?” Ryan asked while Remy stare at him like he (Ryan) was crazy.
” She told me she fell so I suppose she was talking about love, she fell in love and seeing how you two were stealing glances at each other, I bet you’vd both fallen deep, no medicine can cure such disease. can’t believe she even got wounded..” Ryan shook his head like he felt pity for them
” Are you mocking me right now?” Remy raised a brow. Of course, that was the Ryan he knows.
” Wh@ťěver way you take it, it’s fine. Anyway, will be out with Violet, have a nice day bro ” Ryan patted his shoulders softly
” Get away motherf-__-ker ” Remy slapped his hands off and he chuckled before holding Violet’s hands
” See ya ” he said and turned to leave the class
” Hey Ryan, you’ve been close to the scholarship girl and now, you both even hold hands, who’s..
” She’s my girlfriend..” Ryan cut in before walking out of the class with Violet who was already blushing heavily
