” It’s beautiful isn’t it?” Jeffrey asked, as they sat at the yard staring into space
” Very beautiful ” she smiled and immediately remembered her time with Ryan.. she smiled but quickly snapped out of her thoughts
” So what is it you wanna tell me?” She faced him
He forced a smile, avoiding her gaze. He was suddenly nervous
” It’s.. he paused and drew his face closer to hers
” Is there something on my face?” She questioned
Jeffrey smiled, removing something from her hair.
” This ” he said showing her the flower that was stuck to her hair
” Thanks ” she smiled sitting properly
” So, you wanted to tell me something. What is it?”
” Actually… there’s someone I like so much and I don’t know how to tell her about my feelings and it’s bothering me”
” Who is she? Do want me to help you out? I can if you can’t face her” she replied excitingly and he felt a hard knot in his heart
She felt nothing for him?
” Who is she?” She asked. ” You don’t wanna tell me?” She pouted
” It’s nothing like that… let’s just go in and have a good rest” he stood up, walking out of the yard
” Is something wrong with him? He likes someone?” Violet asked no one in particular.
She shrugged before walking into the house too heading to her room.
She sat on her bed when she remembered her Lucky charm. She opened her drawer and brought it out
” I met your owner today… God, I thought I was gonna faint for real. I mean, why on Earth did I close my eyes and why was my heart beating so fast” she wondered staring at the money with her
” Or Should I just give you to Jeffrey? So he will get lucky with the girl he likes?” She asked again
” That guy doesn’t see you as just friends” she remembered Mujin’s words and she gasped
” That’s impossible!! ” She laughed and laid back on the bed
She glanced at the money again. ” I need to avoid him, you owner ” She muttered

★ FEW WEEKS LATER
Things had really been somehow between Violet and Ryan. The always avoided each other
Ryan had gone back to being very cold and Remy understood that his brother had eventually fallen for Violet unknowingly so he was always using the opportunity to be close to her so as to get on Ryan’s nerves but he didn’t seem to care
Remy and Violet became very close that the rest of their friends thought they were in a relationship
Jeffrey didn’t give up too. He didn’t know how he was gonna do it but he didn’t want to give up on Violet.
He wanted to prove and show her how much he had loved her but anytime he wishes to spend the time with her, Remy always popped outta nowhere, taking her away from him
Ryan walked to class and sat quietly. Not long after, Remy entered to with Violet. She waved at him before going to her seat
Remy winked at her from his seat and she scoffed
” Violet ” Yixuan tapped her
” Yeah? ”
” There’s actually someone I like but I’m scared of confessing my feelings” she said.
She has come to love Jeffrey so much but he just wouldn’t look at her
wasn’t she pretty enough?
” Who is it? ” Violet asked and she leaned closer to her
” You like Jeff? Like my Jeffrey?” She asked and yixuan nodded
” That’s great then. Jeffrey is a nice guy” violet smiled at her
” Will you help me tell him?” Yixuan asked
” Nah, I will just set you up with him and then you can tell him how you feel” she replied but yixian let out a tight smile.
Fei had transferred from the school even after how much her friends had pleaded with her
” Thanks ” Yixuan smiled before looking at Jeffrey whose head was on his desk
Mara has being quiet trying not to force herself on Ryan since that’s what Claire told her to do. It seems like it was working perfectly since the attitude she’s displaying right now had made Ryan speak to her twice
It was the happiest day of her life
Everywhere was still noisy when Mrs chan Walked into class.
” We are having a math test ” She announced and the students grumbled loudly
” Why? ” Justin asked
” There’s a competition coming up in three days time, the invitation was given weeks ago but the chairman just found it today in his drawer. So I’m gonna share this script to each and everyone of you and you’re to summit it back in three minutes. I’ll be doing the markings right here too… The student with the highest score will have to represent the school” she said, distributing to them the test questions
” Now start ” she said after distributing it to them

? The chairman is annoying. I mean we’re not some highschool students
” Stop ” Mrs chan said after a while and everyone did.
Their answer sheet was given back to the director who immediately got to work
She had the workings with her so she could mark it all without stress
She smiled when she got to Ryan’s paper
” This kid was meant to be a professor ” she chuckled at her own jokes
He is just too intelligent and his writing were out of the world.. she went through his script and kept it elsewhere
” I wonder why they had to go through the stress of giving us a test when we all know Ryan could win the competition all by himself”
” I seriously don’t know what that old man was thinking” Remy replied and his friends laughed
” Old man? Your dad is still very young and your mom… gosh no wonder Ryan is very cute” Justin smiled and Remy looked at him
” I didn’t say you were ugly ” .. Justin shrug while Remy smacked his head playfully
” I’m the cutest guy in my family ” he said proudly
” I won’t argue ” Justin laughed
” I’m done.. Mrs chan banged her hands gently on the table and the once noisy class became quiet
” Should I call out the marks or I should just give them out?” She asked
” Call them out ” Remy said even before the students could reply
” Alright then. I will, but I wonder why most of you submitted an empty script”
” Ying.. wrote nothing” she said and the class laughed
” And you too Fargo, you submitted an empty script ” she said and he shrugged
She shook her head at him before calling the names of the students till she got to Mara
” You got nine ” mrs chan announce and Remy and his friends burst laughter
” Claire, you got ten” She said
” I tried, At least I got average mark. ” Claire smiled.

” Jelly 2 ”
” Justin. 12 ”
” Reece, 12 ”
” Remy 18… ”
? Wow.. they did great..

” Violet 20.. Mrs chan announce and the class went wild.
? Wow. The scholarship girl is brilliant!!
” How come she scored everything?” Mara asked, unbelievably
” She will definitely be paired with Ryan” Claire smiled dreamingly
” It’s normal since it’s for the school’s reputation” Mara smiled too
” And lastly. Ryan, He scored everything plus his writing, I added extra five mark so he got 25 on 20″ Mrs chan smiled and placed his script in front of him
He removed his headphone and glanced at his script. He didn’t smile or show any expression on his face
Well.. he was expecting that anyways
? Can’t believe they’re people who have an IQ of 200
? I’m getting jealous of his future girlfriend. If only if he ends up having one though
” So according to the chairman, just two candidates will be representing the school” she stopped and glanced at Ryan
” Ryan and Violet, you two are the ones the school has chosen”
” I knew it.. Justin said
? Wow, she’s so lucky. Gosh I’m jealous
” Why would they pair them together? Someone she was trying to avoid? She didn’t want to have anything to do with him.. ” Violet let out a tight smile and stared at him but his attention was elsewhere
He raised his head only to see her staring at him. Their eyes met and they quickly look away.
Remy chuckled softly while Jeffrey fumed
“As from today, you two must study together. Good luck” Mrs chan and left the class
” This is… crazy ” Ryan and Violet muttered at the same time
