Henderson was done with his office work, he came back to the palace and
“I want us to spend some time here, before leaving tomorrow morning”
“It’s good. I love it here” He muttered, Amelia placed her head on his shoulder as they talked about the park and the people who couldn’t stop staring at the lovely couple.
“These people won’t stop staring at us. Especially you.”
He chuckled softly and glanced at her and then people walking around the park. “You’re the one they staring at. See that young man over there, he has been looking at for over twenty minutes now. I’m glad i got you pregnant, he would have snatch you away from me.” He replied. Amelia laughed at his silly word. “Babe..” She called. “Yes.” He answered.
“I spend some time with my nephew. It seems like he likes it here than there. I wouldn’t blame him, he went through as a kid.”
“I wished his father was alive and his mother. He would be enjoying the relationship of both parents. But Grayson decided to cut their lives short. Not just his mine too” She mumbled.
“Babe, we went through the same thing. And i understand what how you feel, but we just have to put behind and face reality. We are here to spend time before you leave, not to talk about our past.” He replied, in a soft manner. “I’m sorry.” She apologised.
“Hey brighten up your face. What would you like to have? Ice cream, chocolates and candy. Let’s go for a movie, uhmm anything.” He stammered.
“Hey your college friend, there ice cream van is right there. Let’s go grab some ice cream” He said, pointing at the van, smiling. He just want her to be happy.
“Not now. I just want to stare at your cute face.” She mumbled. “Can you tell your guards to give us some space?” She asked, politely.
“Please leave.” He said to the guards, they bow and left not too far. Just a few steps away.

“Oh. What do you want?” He asked. “Ice cream.” She replied, Henderson was standing at her back, making a call.
“Okay..” He muttered. “What about Chris?” She asked. “He has gotten a job” He muttered and bow to her. She looked away wondering why he’s bowing to her. He gave her the ice cream, Henderson glanced at her.
“Your Majesty.” He muttered and bow. Henderson smiled at him. “Here’s your money.”
“No, Your Highness. Chris told me about you. He told me not to take money from you, whenever you come to buy ice cream.”
“Oh sir. I insist that you should take the money.” Amelia said. “No, Your Highness. If he gets to know that I collected money from you. He will be angry.” He stammered.
“It’s Okay. Tell him that I was the one who insist that you should take the money.” Henderson said and brought out his wallet. He gave him the money.
“Thank you. Your Majesty.” He muttered and bow. Henderson smiled and they left.

Ethan arrived at the Henderson’s house, he got down from the car, he opened the door for Maya. She came down from the car.
He stared at her, for some time ” let’s go inside” he said with a smile.
“Alright” she muttered, they headed to the house.
They arrive at the living room, Henderson and Amelia were there watching a movie, when they came in.
“What’s up bro” Ethan said with a smile, drawing there attention, because there eyes were on the movie.
“Hey man. How are you doing” Ethan said, with a smile, Amelia
Henderson and Ethan shook hands together and hugged each other.
“I’m good bro. What about you?” Ethan said. “I’m doing good, just doing everything to keep my wifey and my unborn child happy.” Henderson replied.
“Babe, I will be right back.” He muttered and kissed her cheek. He returned back to Ethan.
“And am sorry I haven’t been able to come see you” he said, they left the living room for the garden. “It’s okay bro. I understand” Ethan said, smiling.
“Hi princess Amelia” Maya mumbled. “Hi Maya. How are you doing” Amelia said with a smile. “Am good” she replied, smiling.
“What’s really happening with you guys, all these smiles” Maya said.
“Tell me what happened” Maya said.
“Tell you what?” Amelia questioned, looking at her.
“Com’on, tell me something” Maya mumbled. “Didnt Something happened today?” Maya asked.
“Not much, we went to the park and we had fun.” She replied. “Okay. Is there something else you want to talk about?” Maya asked. She wanted to tell her that she will be leaving tomorrow, but she’s scared of her reactions and she doesn’t know how to tell her.
“No” She replied.
Henderson and Ethan were seated on the bench that was in the garden. The maids came with a tray of wine and two glass. She kept it on the table made of glass.
“You may leave.” Henderson instructed. He personally filled the glass with the wine. He sipped and dropped it on the table.
“I’ve told granny about it.” Henderson said. “It’s good. What about her brother, does he know that she will be leaving tomorrow?”
“She told him. I feel bad. I don’t want her to leave either. But there’s nothing i can do. She has her people to rule. And i want her to be safe” Henderson said.
“You’re doing the right thing. If i was in your position I will do the same” Ethan said, Henderson nods in agreement.
“Thank God, you guys are here. We will have dinner together before she leave” Henderson mumbled and sipped from the glass.
“No probs.” Ethan mumbled.

“Where are the guys? Dinner is ready.” Amelia said. “We are here, your highness” Henderson said and smiled at her, they made a full entrance to the dinning.
“It’s good to have you guys here. Am glad you guys came, please enjoy your meal.” Amelia said, smiling.
“Hmm, your highness.” Ethan uttered, they exchanged look not knowing who he was referring to.
“Am talking to the princess.” Ethan cleared the confusion. “Oh. Yes.” She replied with a smile.
“Please take a good care of yourself and your baby. His majesty can’t bear losing you both.”
“I will take care of myself and not just my self. And the king too.” She muttered and winked at him.
After they finished eating Ethan and Maya left the palace. Ethan made a promise to Henderson that he will be here in the morning before the princess leaves.
“Do you want to go somewhere?” She asked, staring at him. He looked at her and chuckled. She still wants to spend more time with him.
“Do you want to go somewhere?” He asked. “Yeah! I want to spend more time with you.”
“So where do we go?” He questioned, staring at her. He
“Let’s go to the garden.” She replied. “The garden?” He questioned. “Yeah! Don’t you like it there? Beside it’s our special spot.”
“I like it there. Let’s go.” He muttered and stood up, Amelia did the same. They walked together.
I have decided to take a step forward and face reality. Am no longer sad about going to Naples, am ready to face my subjects even with this baby.” She replied, rubbing her stomach.
She chuckles, while staring at his face. He couldn’t help but smile. “I love that courage.” He commented and clapped his hands.
“Please take care of my brother. You his all…I know. I promise you that he will be fine here. He won’t lack anything.”
“Thank you.” She muttered. “And one more thing is please don’t let him stay late. I mean while watching movies.”
“Alright, princess. I will do everything you say. It’s good to see that you are happy.”
“Hey there’s a $h00ting star. Let’s make a wish.” Henderson said, Amelia nods in agreement and they closed their eyes and made a wish.
“What did you wish for?” Henderson asked. “Why should I tell you?” She asked with a funny look. Henderson nods and glance at the moon.
“It’s between I and the star. And my God too” She muttered. “Alright, princess. From tomorrow you will be address as a Queen.” Henderson said, Amelia laughed.
“What? Why you laughing?” He asked. “The way you said it sounds so funny.” She replied, smiling.
“You look so beautiful and I pray this smile doesn’t vanish from your face for any reason.” Henderson said. He caress her cheek
“I wish I could make love to you one more time before you leave.”
“Am ready.” She replied. “Shhh…No. I don’t wanna stress you.” He said.
THE NEXT MORNING
Ethan woke up and prepared breakfast, while Maya was still in bed. He didn’t want to wake her up, because she will be heading to the company today and she will return to her house after work.
He went to the bathroom and have his bathe. He returned to the room and dried up his body. He dressed up and kissed her forehead.
He came down stairs and had his breakfast before leaving. He arrived at the king’s palace. To his surprised that were already done.
He exchange greetings with Henderson and the Queen to be. “So early?” Amelia questioned.
“Yeah! I’m here to see off the princess who was once dragged here as a traitor’s daughter. Not knowing that she was innocent and pure hearted. I still guilty for doing that to you.”
“It’s okay Ethan. You were only following orders. And i have forgiven y’all. I hold nothing against you. Thank you for finding out the truth on time. Am grateful.” She replied with a smile.
“Your Majesty, the cars are ready.” The guard said, with a bow. “Let’s go babe.” Henderson said.
“You’re leaving without saying a good bye to me for the last time.” A familiar voice said, she turned and saw him standing. She smiled
“I’m sorry. I thought you went to school.” Amelia said.
“How can I go to school when my aunt is leaving. I love you so much princess.” Richard said.
“I love you too prince Richard.” She muttered and kissed his forehead. “My child, please take care of yourself. Make sure you eat enough for the sake of your baby. I will come see you whenever am chanced.” Miranda said.
“I will eat enough.” She replied and glance at Henderson. He and Ethan walked her to the car and she hopped in. Her heart were beating like a drum, tears were running down from her eyes. She covered her mouth to prevent her from crying out.
“Babe. You told me that were already.” Henderson said. She nods and wiped out the tears. “I’m sorry.” She apologised.
“I love you.” He said. “I love you too. My lord.” She muttered and they shared a passionate kiss. He shut the door and they drove out of the palace with the escorts. They waved at her, as the car drove out of the palace. The guards and maids were sad, she wasn’t someone who h@ťěs. She is peaceful and they never had any problem while she was staying with them.
Richard ran and hugged Henderson tightly. He lift him up and made sure he was comfortable on his arm. “I’m gonna miss my aunt.” He said, sadly.
“Me too. She will be fine okay.” Henderson said. Everyone walked into the palace, the guards went to their duty post.
